I came from America and wanted an authenticity Iraq’s food. It was so delicious and tasty. I felt like I was sitting in Iraq. Also I enjoyed the tea and fresh Iraqi bread.

I've been here twice already and both times it was really good. The food is tasty and the atmosphere is cozy. When I arrived with my family, we were greeted warmly and assisted well by Jafaar. He answered our questions and was very helpful. We also received our food quickly and everything tasted good. After the meal, we were served tea. There was also good music, so the atmosphere was really nice. Definitely recommended!

Really delicious. Our server Jafar was very friendly and answered our questions very clearly. The food and drinks arrived very quickly and were also hot instead of cold, which you would expect with such speed. The bread also kept being refilled without us having to ask, and the appetizers were served without us having to ask either.

The food was genuinely disappointing. I ordered a biryani, but the rice was dry, the chicken likewise, and the salad didn't look freshly cut either. My husband had beef kebab, but it seemed raw and just salty—no spices? We finished eating quickly and even went for a walk because our stomachs started bothering us afterwards. The host did try very sweetly to mediate and offered to serve something else or if we wanted tea, but for us, the experience was already ruined.

We had a delicious meal, very good and friendly service, outside on the terrace. We were served delicious bread with two types of hummus. Freshly made, truly delicious. No alcohol, but delicious kung and ginger tea. Vegetarian Biryani and Qusi. Super tender lamb shank. Delicious!! And all that for 45 Euros for 2 people!!

I'm from Germany and I went to Noor Restaurant and everything was perfect. The food was amazing, especially the sesame bread. I highly recommend it. The atmosphere was wonderful, and I will definitely go back. May God bless you with good health and well-being.

The food was tasty, but unfortunately, the service was very poor. It felt like the staff were working there against their will. My order arrived incorrectly, and I had to remind them multiple times about items that were constantly forgotten. The female employee walked around with an arrogant attitude, while the male employee seemed more preoccupied with smoking than with working. It was very frustrating to constantly have to chase after the service. In short: a disappointing experience. I don't think I will come back here again, and I wouldn't readily recommend it to others either.

Unfortunately, a year ago we went to this restaurant and it was excellent. They welcomed us at the door and the prices were great. Two days ago we went back, and they didn't welcome us or even offer us a seat. We sat down, and the waitress didn't have any paper to write down our order. The cola arrived immediately, and half an hour later, a single plate of hummus (without soup) for four people arrived. How could a plate of hummus for four people be considered acceptable? After 15 minutes, two loaves of bread arrived, and after 20 minutes, a kebab arrived with rice underneath. We hadn't ordered rice or anything else. This is the first time I've ever seen rice with kebab. We ordered lamb shanks, and they brought us lamb ribs. We also ordered three kebab skewers and one chicken skewer to go, and we paid an exorbitant price. When we got home, I opened the bag and found only one kebab skewer and two chicken skewers, even though chicken is cheaper than kebab, and I still paid the price for the kebabs. May God hold them accountable. This is the last time I'll go to this restaurant.

We tried this Iraqi restaurant and it was super delicious. We had the lamb kebab and chicken tikka, both were well marinated, freshly grilled, and full of flavor, served with freshly baked Iraqi tanoor bread. They also offered hummus and yogurt with bread for free, and at the end, we were served black tea on the house. Everything was so delicious,we were so full and happy.

Food here is genuinely amazing highly recommend. I came here during Ramadan where they have a set menu but definitely will be going back to try more of the menu. We got the shared platter of mezze dips as well as the kebab lamb which really surprised me. I couldn’t stop eating it. My favorite part was how sweet the staff is, they are mostly Iraqi and you can tell they love the food and want to share the love with everyone. Amazing people and amazing food and fair prices. 🫶🏼 Only thing is the atmosphere is not the best with the bright lighting but doesn’t take away from the food of course! Highly recommend 🤍

The service was also excellent, the young waiter was ready to explain more and even went to the chef to ask more info. The chef even made an extra small dish for me:) I ordered tea and the waiter said that it will be free because they include it at the end. A while ago, their prices were good, but now a kebab meal per person costs 22 euros, which means we will look for another restaurant that was better before.

Very poor service, they delivered the wrong order. The lamb chop, one of the most expensive items on the menu, was very bad; it looked like it had been microwaved rather than barbecued. I paid for everything, including items I hadn't ordered, because I didn't want to argue too much.

Restaurant Nour was delicious!!!! On my trip to Amsterdam I was just looking for places within walking distance of my hotel and this place popped up. I like middle eastern cuisine so I headed over for lunch. The restaurant was empty around lunch time but the service was fast and friendly and the food was excellent! I appreciated the complimentary bread and dips to start with and my lamb meal was perfectly cooked and seasoned. Next time I visit I have to come here!!
