The service is excellent, honestly they prefer waiters everywhere and they take care and bring extra bread every time and are attentive, but the grilled food wasn't the best, the feathers weren't cooked well, we didn't like them, and the wings were really bad and poorly cleaned, they came with their feathers, it disgusted me a lot, and the kofta was delicious, but the appetizers were the best. I give the fattoush salad a 0 out of 10, honestly it's bad, we didn't like it at all, and the bread was burnt, and the salad itself didn't taste good. The fried kibbeh was delicious, and the bread was the best thing in the whole place, amazing and fresh

We've been coming here happily for years, but this visit was a huge disappointment. We ordered one main course, two appetizers, and chicken nuggets from the children's menu. Instead of the nuggets, we received a different chicken dish that we hadn't ordered. We reported this immediately, and the wrong dish was removed, but our child had to wait extra long for his food. What really angered us: a day later, I found the bill in my bag and saw that the incorrect dish was on the receipt. So we paid for a mistake made by the restaurant. That's absolutely unacceptable. I want our money back.

Nour had probably been one of my favourite places in Amsterdam because their kebabs are quite good, and I used to go there very often. I also recommended them to my friends. There have been some ups and downs in service but I know it is a part of the restaurant business and I always thought the quality of their food made up for it. However, sometimes their staff is so rude that it completely kills your mood. I went to pack some salad and bread and waited inside for a bit, using my phone to pass time. They gave me a plastic bag with my food, and as I start to walk out I get a tap on the shoulder from one of the staff who asks me to go to the counter. I go back and the person at the counter asks me if I have received the bread. I start to open the bag and say I'm not sure, let me check. And meanwhile, he, who knows he has forgotten to pack my bread, makes an angry face and says - "if you would put away your phone for 5 mins, you would know". I was so stunned that I just picked up the food and left. I mean it is YOUR responsibility to deliver my order in full, and you have the guts to comment on whether I should be using a phone inside your restaurant or not. I mean what business is it of theirs if I use my phone or not. And what a terribly rude thing to say. Forget customer service, forget an apology, they sometimes make you feel like they are doing a big favour by allowing you to eat their food. It is really one of my worst moments in Amsterdam and I don't think I'm going back ever again.

Our visit to this restaurant was downright disappointing. We had to wait an extremely long time, both for the order to be taken and for the food itself. When the food finally arrived, several dishes appeared to have been forgotten or incorrectly delivered. Even drinks were not remembered well. We had to constantly get the attention of the staff ourselves, who were clearly overworked or disinterested. There was hardly any apology offered, and it felt like we were simply forgotten. For a night out for dinner, this was anything but relaxing. We definitely won't be coming back here again.

Absolutely delicious food and super friendly service! Portions are generous, technically enough for two, but everything was so tasty I ended up eating it all myself 😄 Lots of great vegetarian and vegan options. The vegetarian Biryani with okra and the smoky Baba Ghanoush were standouts. Fresh, flavourful, and clearly made with love. Can’t wait to come back!

After coming here for many years first time I couldn't chew the lamb pieces. Food was cold after 5 minits while other time after ten minits we still eat warm meat and chicken wings. Oh the wings were raw on the side. Blood dripping and I cam here with first time guests from outside of Amsterdam... feeling very disappointed 😞

Skewers kebab 3 portions were not cooked through so half were raw. The dish is not suitable for consumption. We always had to ask the clerk for bread. We ordered a plate of biriaini and it was still old. I have never eaten such a bad biriaini in my life.

I used to come here once in a while. Today I had the worst meat I have ever had in the Netherlands. And the people I brought couldn't even eat the meat. Half of it was full fat no meat at all. The rice was so smelly. I would prefer you to increase the prices rather than reducing the quality.
