Restaurant Oh! in Wijk 00 Aalsmeer

We stumbled across this restaurant whilst staying at a local hotel and were looking for a restaurant to have dinner. We were greeted by Aaran thd head chef who kindly talked us through the menu in English and made us feel right at home. The surroundings and ambiance of the restaurant is very comfortable and relaxed. The staff were also very attentive. We had wine, appetisers and main course. The food was absolutely exquisite. Everything tasted unbelievable and was beautifully presented. I can't recommend this restaurant highly enough. If you're in the area you must try it.

Best restaurant in Aalsmeer and one of the best in The Netherlands. Arren the chef is very nice and for sure we will come back.

Atmospheric, friendly staff. Food is generally fine. Eel and Tom Kai Kai soup as a starter. Main courses warm salmon and the entrecote. Fine! For dessert a Monchou cake and the chocolate mousse. Unfortunately I think someone accidentally dropped a barrel of salt in it. It was bremzout 😱 All in all a great place to go and have a nassen!

The food is very good. Very fresh and pure in taste! The service is also excellent. Very cozy, interested and you are helped quickly. We will definitely come back!

Above average quality and generally very friendly, personal service! There is a fixed menu, which is very good! There are plenty of vegetarian options. Since the menu remains the same, the options for a vegetarian in the longer term are somewhat limited. However, most recently I was offered a vegetarian option off the menu, which I really appreciated! Highly recommended!

They were able to accommodate a large group of us at very short notice. Food was very good and reasonably priced for the quality. Owner was very friendly. If you happen to be in the area works recommend a visit!

We had an incredibly delicious meal here on Christmas Day. Furthermore, a great performance by Lynn van de Polder and her partner throughout the evening. The atmosphere was great and we were surprised by the presence of our Ukrainian friends who were invited by Robbie. Restaurant Oh is highly recommended.

Fantastisch menu van de chef op kerstavond gegeten met ons gezin van 6. De service was warm, snel en zeer kundig. Rob de eigenaar en Aran de Chef waren zeer betrokken. En dan het eten... WOW echt fantastisch, het meest malse vlees dat we in tijden hebben gegeten, de kalfswang, ribeye, carpaccio van het hert, reebiefstuk waren allemaal echt fantastisch en de smaak combinaties van oa zalm met zuurkool waren een ware beleving. Absolute aanrader!

Absolutely delicious food! (So good i forgot to take footage before starting to eat. Oops) The tuna steak was one of the best i’ve ever had. Cooked to perfection and very flavorful. So was the fish of the day. The smoked carpaccio was a very nice twist and the suggested fries were a banger! I’m always weary when ratings are too high but i can absolutely back all other 5* reviews. Excellent wine. Excellent friendly service. Fairly priced. 5 stars all the way!

Had a delicious meal here with a group of 4. The dishes off the menu were special and very tasty. Very busy and therefore a lot of noise in the restaurant (hence 'only' 4 stars for the atmosphere. Highly recommended, reservations necessary during the weekend.

Gisteren avond met vrienden wezen eten bij Oh! Het was wederom fantastisch! Dit is een van de weinige restaurants waar we naar uitzien om er weer terug te komen. Alles is zo smaakvol en perfect bereid. We hebben genoten! Vooral het gebakken suikerbrood met truffelmascarpone en ibericoham als voorgerechten was goddelijk. We weten ook al wat we de volgende keer gaan nemen: Het 10 gangen menu van de chef!

The owner is super friendly, the food is msybe a bit pricy but worth every cent. They have an excellent selection and fresh ingredients. For an Amsterdam trip this place is in my opinion a must!

We had the most wonderful evening with simply amazing dishes! Compliments to the chef! This place is ideal for slow dining, so don't come if you're in a rush to go somewhere afterwards. The atmosphere is good, there is some background music but it's not too loud/prominent. So a great place to talk while having a superb meal.

Enjoy delicious food in a casual atmosphere at Oh! We had dinner there on Thursday evening, it was not very busy and, due to a medical history, I have quite a few wishes regarding the food. Everything was taken care of, what a wonderful feeling to be able to eat out again without any problems. The kitchen handled everything very well, it was a party!!!! Delicious food. Seemingly simple dishes such as an asparagus salad and tuna sashimi are remarkably tasty prepared with surprising ingredients. Like veal with the tuna which was delicious. Very hospitable and pleasant hosts. Cheerfulness was visibly present. Good price/quality ratio.

I found this place by accident and so glad we did. We took a quick ride from the airport and had a wonderful meal in a really special place. We enjoyed the welcoming atmosphere, along with the food that was over the top! The owners passion for what is done here is genuine and real. This is one of those rare meals that we will remember. We look forward to trying it again!

Wij komt regelmatig naar Ohh maar deze keer was wel minder, betaalde voor 2 frietjes maar kreeg alleen 1 het vlees was bijna rauwe ( ik houden wel van goed vlees maar deze keer was paar seconden in de pan ) en ik vond het peper duur deze keer voor wat wij kregen.

We had a delicious meal here last Friday. We would also have liked to have had a starter and a dessert. Only the very poor acoustics caused a huge crowd. Understanding each other was almost impossible. We fled after just the main course.

Restaurant Oh! A hidden gem in Aalsmeer! What a delightful dinner we had! Everything we ate was absolutely delicious. I can promise you that you will get much better quality and delicious food than you can get in any one-star Michelin restaurant! We started with beef tataki and savory cheesecake as starters and continued with flank steak and cod fish (vis van de dag) as main courses. We also ordered the recommended wine with the meal and grappa shots after the meal. Our experience with this restaurant is beyond excellent. Thank you so much to the wonderful owner and lovely waiters. We will be back very soon and will be regulars for sure!

Top of the line Restaurant! I don't know how this place did it but literally everything we were served was absolutely delicious. It is not often that a place doesn't seem to have a single flaw but that is this place, delicious variety of meat/fish dishes for quite an affordable price. I had the Lamb which was delicious, so were all the starters and desserts we shared. The atmosphere within the restaurant is laid back and so is the attitude of the staff, very chill and welcoming. I highly recommend checking this place out! You really can't go wrong here!

Absolutely wonderful experience. Aaron and the rest of the staff made sure we were well taken care of, despite the time of arrival (20:15). This restaurant was a real stroke of luck for us. The food was very good and our highlight of a beautiful day. The ambience was excellent, we felt very comfortable the whole evening. Communicating in English was not a problem at all and every contact and communication was very friendly and open-minded. The food was freshly prepared, the quality was excellent and the taste completely exceeded our expectations. Definitely a good tip to spend the evening here.

A very nice restaurant with a good atmosphere and selection of food. Must try: veal fillet with grilled vegetables and truffle hollandaise sauce. The best fillet I've ever eaten! The prices are quite high, but it was worth it for us.

Mistakes can be made and a fair response given 👍It was very busy on the 18th and due to an acute illness in the kitchen you were very stressed. I had not included this in the review. We had a delicious and enjoyable meal again! Next time a beer at your expense😉. 08-18-2022 Very busy as usual, this time on a weekday Thursday, coincidentally this time our 33rd wedding anniversary. The new extension of the building creates a lot of space, light and cosiness. Service is pleasant, very friendly and good at answering. The food, which we come for anyway, may cost a bit here. It is fresh, different and a pleasure every time, but not counting the dead fly in a starter. Alarm bells sounded, immediately got a fresh starter and offered a humble apology. Afterwards not a word about our found "treasure". After paying, once we arrived home we came to the conclusion, when looking at the receipt, that we had paid one Texel beer too much. Next time, no more tip of 5 euros.
