Excellent pizza, superb service, and reasonable prices. (The pizza was slightly burnt, but the service was excellent and the prices reasonable.) Recommended.

A lovely place in what I think is the coolest part of Amsterdam. We had delicious pizza, but the cannelloni were top notch. Friendly staff, spotlessly clean place (very high standard compared to other places), and the owner is truly kind. ❤️ Highly recommended.

Pizzas not recommended! We had pizza and antipasti here for lunch. The service was super friendly (we had kids), but as many other reviews mentioned, the pizza tasted more like supermarket pizza, with that cheap cheese aftertaste. For me, it was the least delicious pizza I've had in Amsterdam in a long time, especially at a real Italian restaurant. And for the €15 antipasti, I really expected more.

Wandered into this little place. I think the dining room is run by a father-son combo. The food was simple Italian and absolutely excellent. We enjoyed the antipasto, tortellini, and lamb chop. Couldn’t be more satisfied. Highly recommend.

These barely exist in Amsterdam anymore!! A spacious and comfortable family owned restaurant that offers great food for an amazing price, perfect for a spontaneous dinner outside the house or when you go with a group of friends/family. The service was great and quick though we stayed for quite a while as we enjoyed the atmosphere and didn’t feel rushed.

We came in and they treated us terribly, we went to open the door and the woman came to close it twice with great force. I don't know what the food is like, but the treatment is without a doubt terrible!!!! They treat you like a dog. Siamo entrati e ci hanno trattato malissimo, siamo andati ad aprire la porta e la donna è venuta a chiuderla con grande forza per due volte. Non so come si cibo, ma senza dubbio il trattamento è ORRIBILE! Ti trattano come un cane. Lo metto in italiano nel caso non mi capissi.

Food was soo good. Best carbonara i've ever eaten. They gave free homemade bread with homemade garlic butter that was incredible. Service was 10/10. Staffs are Italian so you know it's good. Strongly recommended compared to the tiktoks viral spots. Very affordable as well

Accidentally stumble this little gem in amsterdam. The food is good staff is friendly. Ordered steak with mushroom sauce and seafood pasta, one of the best mushroom sauce i ever taste so far, the steak was not overcook taste amazing. They gave use starter bread and butter, to my suprise the butter is so good, so dont skip on the butter.

I had a delicious meal here! The melanzane is the best I have ever eaten and the canneloni was also superb. I can't wait to try the pizzas soon. The atmosphere is super cozy and the service is also super fast and more than friendly. 10/10!

Very welcoming environment. Apparently all from the same Italian family. First class service and excellent food. I recommend it without a doubt, it's worth a visit. When we return to Amsterdam, we will return. Main course far above expectations. Delicious tiramisu and house wine are totally worth it.

For an Italian restaurant, it is one of the worst pizzas I have eaten in my life. It looks like one of the frozen ones you buy at the supermarket. I got a Margherita for €12.50

I've been coming here for 25 years. The very best in Amsterdam! Very good service, always a good price and always a great meal. We have never been dissatisfied and we will never be dissatisfied with Angelo and Capri🇮🇹🍝🍕! In short, highly recommended! Just drop by and experience it for yourself!

First the good news. Great location with lots of room at the tables indoors and out. And warm and helpful waitstaff. I only wish the food had been better. It's the middle of summer but the tomatoes in the insalata Caprese had little taste, the fried mushrooms with garlic and parsley were ok but oversalted, the spaghetti with peppers, garlic and oil was overcooked and lacking in taste, let alone bite, and my pizza was boring, bland, and the dough tasted more like toast.

The food is delicious. The seafood pizza, the four cheeses, the seafood risotto, the spaghetti and the bread, the home med, was ordered. The service is great and the dealing is very nice. At the beginning we were given free tap water and fresh bread. Lasagna and cannelloni were both very tasty, just a bit manageable. Therefore, a starter or dessert is recommended. Prices and service were very good.

A very good Italian restaurant where you can also hear Italian spoken, quite a good sign! Copious and tasty dishes, very reasonable prices, pleasant and smiling service. Place feels like its a scam… the people servicing are actually lovely and very charming but the food is cheap and bad quality. Pizza had the taste and texture of microwave pizza (I’m pretty sure it’s goodfellas) and the carbonara was made with cheap cream and no egg. Also you have photographers coming into the restaurant every 10mins asking every table if they want a overpriced polaroid photo.

pretty local restaurant that me and my friends stumbled upon when walking through the streets, not knowing what to eat. must say that i quite enjoyed the food here. a lot of variety to choose from. in dutch you say: 'voor iedereen wat wils'. there's italian staff working in the kitchen, so you know it's good! i really liked the risotto funghi that i ordered. good portion for a decent price. might visit again if i'm nearby.

Chouette petite trattoria italienne. Les plats sont frais et cuisinés avec soin. Les tarifs sont abordables et le personnel sympatique. Petit bemol pour la vaisselle qui semble avoir bien vécue (c'est propre mais il y a de nombreuses traces d'usure)

La calidad de la pizza es como lo que pueda conseguir en un supermercado. La textura de la pasta está bien pero la salsa de pasta también me da una sensación de supermercado. El precio es económico y la decoración de restaurante está bien.

We were staying in Amsterdam for one night and stumbled upon Restaurant Pizzeria Capri, we were so thankful we did. The hospitality was amazing. We all ordered pasta and it came out so fresh. It is a really cozy restaurant too. We will definitely return next time we are in Amsterdam!

De klassieker onder de pizzeria’s. Capri is tijdloos. Goed en altijd lekker. Pizza salami it is.

Nice little Italian place. We got pizzas and they were very good, but even though the place was almost empty the service was a bit slow.

Wir hatten zwei Pizzen und dazu ein Bier und eine Fanta. Die Pizzen waren super lecker! Der Teig außerordentlich, wie man es sich von der Pizza wünscht. Bei Bier und Fanta kann man ja nichts groß falsch machen. Die Preise dafür auch völlig okay. Das Ambiente fanden wir auch gemütlich und schön. Die Toiletten sind super sauber gewesen. Die Lage war nicht besonders toll. Da wir drinnen saßen kein Problem.

Hebben van een heerlijk (social deal) diner genoten (bruschetta, champignons in knoflooksaus, zeebaarsfilet, kalfs-spare ribs (!!!) en tiramisu) op een zonnig terras met een nog zonniger en zeer vriendelijke bediening. De begeleidende wijn mocht er ook zijn (chardonnay) en we komen zeker nog eens terug

Petit restau qui ne paye pas de mine et pourtant, le meilleur que l'on ai fait durant notre séjour ! Nous avons prit le menu avec les gambas et c'était trop trop bon et vraiment copieux avec des frites, différentes sauces et une énorme salade composé. Le serveur était super sympa et à l'écoute ! Allez y les yeux fermé

Parecía agradable a primera vista, pero la decoración y los muebles deberían haber sido una advertencia. Mi pasta de marisco era sosa, recocida y casi contenida. Sin mariscos. Podría haber hecho un mejor trabajo yo mismo. Este es un restaurante con pizza / pasta / ensaladas, así que lo que podría salir mal con esa comida. Sin embargo, las pizzas que vinieron se veían mejor. Tal vez solo para pizzas aquí.

Hier met vrienden, zondag 01- december 2019 gegeten. Dit ging via Social Deal, gastvrije ontvangst, uitleg over de dag aanbiedingen. Heerlijke wijn gedronken, heerlijke gerechten geserveerd gekregen, attente en gezellige bediening. De huisgemaakte tiramisu moet je geproefd hebben. Ogen dicht bij de eerste hap, een beetje gevoel van Italië komt naar boven. Dank team, voor deze geweldige ervaring. We komen zeker nog een keer terug.
