Disappointing, and a real shame... we sat down on the terrace this afternoon at half past three and the waitress gave us the menu and we indicated that we wanted something small to eat, that was fine she said... after well over 20 minutes she came over (my husband had already gone inside to ask if we could order) and said that we could all stay seated if we both ordered a dish, no starter or anything like that!! An Italian restaurant that wants you to start dining before four o'clock, that is really not customer-friendly... we said that we wanted to share a pizza but that wasn't allowed either. Seriously... I've never experienced anything like this before!!

We only had drinks. The service was very friendly and attentive. The drinks were okay. The place seemed a bit dated.

We had a very disappointing experience as a group. Some of our friends were pressured to place orders. I ordered an iced latte, but a different drink with biscuit cream was served. When I politely explained that this wasn't what I ordered, the staff refused to change it, stating they had already mentioned it. Poor customer service and unhelpful staff.

As always, it was a treat. The service is fast, and the food is very good. We never actually reach 15 rounds, hahaha.
