Food is very average. There is no salt and pepper here. The service draws you in when you look at the menu outside, you feel welcome, or at least for a moment. You will be taken out again as soon as you were inside. Our food was cleared while we were still at it. Change is not returned, but they are waiting next to your table with a rag to clean your table and use it again. We had an aperitif here and ate a main course in 25 minutes. Hi, and bye again at the same time!

Restaurant in a central location but… + largely friendly staff + Online reservation possible + central location + nice ambience + Waiting times (food; drinks) not too long ! Card payment is possible, but cash payment is requested (if possible) ! Splitting bills is not possible (one bill per table). (-) Price-performance ratio is average at best (-) Quality of the food was OK. (bruscetta, pizza), but overall very lightly seasoned and sometimes not as described on the menu (e.g. no home-baked baguette) (-) Unfortunately we had to specifically ask in order to be able to reorder food and drinks and a drink was forgotten (it can happen) - sometimes particularly high drinks prices - White wine was of poor quality (Chardonnay) and there was no indication of the quantity in the menu - Pepperoni oil was of very poor quality (neither spicy nor taste of olive oil) - Cleanliness of the toilets (but this is also due to the fact that there is only one toilet for women and 1 toilet for men) When paying, this restaurant apparently explicitly asks for a tip, which I'm not familiar with. In view of all the criticisms and the high drinks prices, we just rounded up the bill amount. The waiter then laughed, took the money and told his colleague at the cash register audibly. She was visibly upset and I received a lot of 20ct and 5ct coins as change without comment... I think both the negative points and the reaction of the service team are a shame. Overall, I wasn't satisfied with the visit, I won't be coming back and unfortunately I can't recommend the restaurant. In my opinion, a realistic rating would be around 3.3 out of 5 possible stars.

Great service, great food, attentive service.

We went at 9:10 p.m. for dinner, and Google said it closes at 11:00 p.m. They brought us the starter at 9:30 p.m. and the two pastas at 9:40 p.m. After 10 minutes they started to close. All the candles were blowing out, the TV and the music were turned down and they brought us the bill without telling us anything and the worst thing was the woman started removing the plates from our table. I asked him "don't you close at 11:00 pm?" and he answered "it's just that today we were very quiet and the boss decided that we should close at 10:00 p.m." Even if that were the case, you must respect independent clients whether there are 2, 4 or 100 of them! We were left without dessert, fortunately we didn't order a whole bottle of wine.

It was a delicious Italian experience :) The pizza was amazing, and the service was great. We will definitely come back to try the dessert!

Food was amazing! Given the best table in the house, Nadia gave us an excellent wine rec, and our orders were prioritized as the restaurant became busier after we arrived. Will totally come back!

Food was great, I had the pizza Diavola. Lovely thin crust, salami was slightly spicy in just the right way, I just wish I could eat more! Service was fantastic, we were served by the lovely Nadia who was super sweet and patient with us! Would definitely come back next time I find myself in Amsterdam!

Nadía was our waitress today, I had a Parma pie and it tasted wonderful. I recommend that anyone in the area visit here for good food for the price. All in all, I spent around 20-30 euros on pizza and a drink.

The food was fine, nothing crazy but a decent Italian meal. However the service was appalling. First off, they don’t allow you to separate bills and have signs which encourage that you pay in cash, which is understandable but felt very pushy and made the dining experience feel very cheap. The server had a very off putting vibe. He made a series of weird jokes and was very pushy when it came to us ordering quickly and ordering more food (we had each ordered a main and drink). When the bill came, he added an extra euro charge for asking the remainder of my friends meal in an to go box. He had not made us aware of said charge and was quite rude when we asked why it was added.

Owner was rude and food was horrible. They charged me an extra euro and didn’t have a clear explanation on what it is. He said it was something“extra” we did with our food even we just ordered straight from the menu and then after he switched it up and said it was the take out box. I wouldn’t have kept the food if I knew I was going to get charged for the box. I just felt bad giving back the horrible pasta I barely touched. Do not come here.

ZERO STARS. VIOLENT STAFF. AVOID. I ate here on holiday with my 14 year old son. Customer service began lacklustre, starters were ok but my main was severely acidic and virtually inedible. I attempted unsuccessfully to get staff's attention, they never once came to ask how our food was. I tried to eat as much as I could while I waited. I eventually managed to call someone over and said I would like the bill but please take the main off as it was very unpleasant and I had not eaten much. She offered to make it again I said no thanks please just take it off the bill. She said OK and came back with the bill, trying to make me pay quickly before I noticed it was still there. When I again said I did not feel I should pay for this for the reasons mentioned She said I had eaten too much and had to pay. I said I would either pay minus this dish or not at all. I got up to leave and another waitress grabbed me from behind and threw me to the floor!! In front of my son! She then mimicked and laughed at me and said "Yes I attacked you and I'll do it again thief!" Even if you dispute whether I should pay surely this is ASSAULT and unacceptable?! I have questioned whether I should have just shut up and paid but I am not responsible for her violent behaviour. I eventually just paid as my son was scared and a man intimidated me saying he was "calling the boss". If I was at home I'd be calling the police but my hotel told me they probably wouldn't do anything. But my son will remember this. This is disgusting, inhumane behaviour. AVOID AVOID AVOID.

Had a friend's birthday dinner here, service was amazing, amazing coworkers, especially who Nadia helped us. Friend brought her own cake and they were very accommodating.

Honestly a very bad quality of food. It has nothing to do with traditional Italian cuisine. Update: Your reply is quite interesting for a professional, isn’t it? No “mr” or “mrs” I am Greek, where gastronomy means a lot and has a lot to say as well. However, we are travelers and have our own opinion about food. You should accept both good and bad rates and try to get better.

Food was very tasty but the waiter was so so unfriendly. Made such a bad impression with his hole in his shirt. He immediately picked up the plates right after the last forkful while we still had food in our mouths. He simply threw the glasses and the bill onto the table - for no reason. Was very funny.

20 euro pasta that was not worth 20 euro. Definitely a tourist trap.
