Better to reserve. Wonderful atmosphere where everyone shares tables. Staff and customers are friendly. 3 course meal is vegan and tonight's was very tasty.

I really love this Place and these people. They do a great ethic choice kooking food that could be soon expire. And they do It in a lovely way. Very cheap, three course menu, varying every day for the obvious reason that they Cook what Is expiring soon on the market at the moment. It Is located in an interior space near De Niuwe Anita. Another great Place to visit in Amsterdam for good musical nights and more.

A wonderful restaurant in an inspiring setting, that can be described in one word: Friendly. It applies to the staff, the atmosphere, the visitors, but also to the prices. The kitchen serves proper vegan food, nicely presented. Maybe this explains it all: friendly people do not eat animals (or at least try not to) :). If this appeals to you, make a reservation. I'm sure you will enjoy your diner and have some nice conversations with other guests if you share your table (which is common practice at Robin Food).

Please dear universe, let this place exist for as long as is possible. A thoughtful chef that's able to create elaborate plates that are an adventure for your taste pallet. A local, underground and collective atmosphere. And priced in a way that I would like to come every week!

A three course vegan meal for an extremely affordable price in Amsterdam! The atmosphere is nice, the service is good, and the food is great. Just beware that you can only pay by card if you’re using a Dutch bank account, otherwise cash is preferred.

Vegan restaurant where you pay a more than fair amount for a 3-course meal that is cooked for you using ingredients that otherwise would go to waste. The place is cozy and laid-back and the service was very good. They don’t receive card so bring cash!

Amazing three course meal at this place. It was a communal dining place with shared tables. Everyone got the same 3 courses, and were served depending on when you arrived. Service was super fast and easy, food was delicious!

Great vegan food and wonderful atmosphere. Until corona it used to be really cheap but although they almost doubled the prices in a few years it’s still one of the best deals in this neighbourhood. And even my meat eating friends liked the plant based food. 👍🏻

If you have the opportunity to dine here and want a delectable home cooked meal, don't miss out!! The entire experience was unique and satisfying. This was our first meal in Amsterdam, the only issue now is our expectations are a bit high. Every course was full of flavor, very fresh, and was clearly made with great care. The staff was very welcoming and attentive. The restaurant itself felt like Amsterdam's best kept secret. I don't know how I found this place and got reservations, but I'm so grateful I did!! My husband is quite hard to please and critical of restaurants, and even he gives Robin Food 5 stars across the board. My only complaint is that they won't be open again before we leave. Oh, and bring euros, we only had American cash, and they were nice enough to take it, but I believe that's made more work for them.

Cash strongly preferred! Spectacular vegan three course meal at an affordable price! Ours was delicious, seasonal, and healthy. Expect chill vibes and to potentially share your table. We made a reservation but it seems like they fill up quickly. Enter through De Nieuwe Anita and grab a drink at the bar as the restaurant only has water on table.

This was such a wonderful stop on my trip to Amsterdam. The food was incredible, the staff were lovely, and the cost unbeatable for a 3-course vegan meal!

Amazing food! Super friendly staff who translated their day menu concept to us. Very nice and hidden collective of great and warm people :) be aware: there is no options to choose from; you'll get a starter, a main dish and a dessert. We got a cornchowder soup, a noodle-tofu-broccoli salad and a cake'n'ice cream incl. whipped cream ^^ water was free. If you need a drink or so, the connected bar will supply you with that and you can take it into the restaurant. Enjoy! We'll certainly return next time we're in the city :)

Tuvimos una sopa de calabaza y coco, ensalada de pan de soda y un curry de legumbres mixtas y luego un delicioso pastel de cítricos con semillas de granada. Op woensdag is het Guerrilla kitchen bij Robin Food, dit houdt in dat er gekookt word van producten die weggegooid zouden worden door supermarkten, omdat deze niet meer verkocht mogen worden. De bruikbare producten worden hier uitgezocht en hier word van gekookt. Er word veganistisch gekookt. Je betaald wat je het waard vind. Mij is verteld dat de meeste mensen 5 euro geven. + een wijntje of biertje van een euro. Het eten was best lekker, al miste ik als echte vleeseter wel wat. het voorgerecht, een soep, was wel echt lekker, geen idee wat er allemaal inzat. Het is wel leuk om te zien hoe ze van random producten een drie gangen maaltijd maken. Verwacht binnen niet dat je lekker een tafeltje voor jezelf hebt, je gaat zitten daar waar plek is. Wij hebben even met een jongen uit Iran en met twee mensen uit Italië zitten praten, wat wel leuk was, maar als je gezellig met z'n tweeën wilt eten is dit niet de plek. Het is niet iets wat ik je zal aan of afraden, omdat het idee er achter mooi is, geen verspilling meer. En het eten is best goed. Alleen de sfeer waar je in beland moet bij je passen...

O restaurante surgiu de um Squat! Os responsáveis, são dois amigos que tocam o ambiente com muita garra e carinho! A comida é deliciosa! O ambiente é bem alternativo, aconchegante, a luz de velas! E o custo beneficio nem se fala, foi com certeza o mais barato que comi! A refeição inclui: entrada, prato principal e sobremesa! Super recomendo!

No necesito decir que más que el título no? :) A visitar esta gente subterráneas cocina y el bar llamado De Nieuwe Anita; estos lugares encantadores hacen Amsterdam Amsterdam para mí
