The food is delicious!!! I recommend this restaurant to everyone, especially during a break while exploring Amsterdam. I ordered the veal and ham in a wine sauce. It was heavenly!

Enjoy lunch in beautiful Amsterdam. The lighting is beautiful and the atmosphere is great. The meal is very filling.

Staff was distracted, don’t take the order correctly and we had to remind them twice for the starter that ended up not coming at all. They did not apologise for their mistake, which contributed for the poor experience in combination with below average food restaurant. Me and my partner were unable to finish the dishes. Not worth the money and the time.

This was our second choice for our evening meal, turned out to be a great option. First class service and good portion sizes. We would recommend this Italian every time.

One of the best Italian restaurants I've ever tried. I was struck by its decor and its authentic, friendly style, inviting you to come in and try every dish on the menu. The waiter who served us was a true professional, recommending dishes from the menu at every turn so we could make the right choice! SPECTACULAR in every sense! Atmosphere, service, and the quality of the products and preparation of each dish. I recommend it 100%.

⭐️⭐️⭐️ After a long time, I ate at Rossini again. The service was friendly and the location remains charming, but the food was unfortunately disappointing. My calzone was too thick, undercooked, and tasteless. The spaghetti bolognese had little to do with real bolognese. It's a shame, as we always enjoyed eating here in the past, but this time it was disappointing.

Pesto pasta was uneatable, tasted alot like sauzijnbroodje. Was very creamy instead of normal pesto, but claimed to be an italian restaurant. Waiters were sweet.

We had pasta carbonara and fettuccine Alfredo. Both were very fresh and flavorful. The service was also very friendly, and from Italians, I hear, so you know you can get good pasta here. The price was also very reasonable compared to most restaurants in Amsterdam. Definitely worth another visit!

You'll feel right at home when you dine at this restaurant. A very warm welcome, the staff takes their time, the food is truly excellent, and the atmosphere is wonderful!

Delicious food. Despite being busy, we had a fantastic meal with a group of 8.

Located near the Canal Museum, the restaurant is friendly and the food is delicious. A large plate of bread and olive oil and avocado vinegar are served before the meal. The pasta comes with a bowl of cheese grits to add as you like, which is excellent. The bolognese sauce is more sauce than the pasta and is delicious. Since there's no air conditioning in the middle of summer, it's recommended to bring a fan along with you while enjoying the meal.

The entrées were extremely mediocre — they charged €17 for a slice of melon with the cheapest ham on the market. Even the water was outrageously priced. If you go, stick to pizza or pasta, but honestly, I wouldn’t recommend the place.

Hit or miss depending on meal. Wouldn't recommend any of the salads but the pasta although not very Italian (I think the carbonara had 1 correct ingredient) were great. Staff were friendly.

We stumbled into Rossini our first night in Amsterdam at the suggestion of our hotel, and it was so good that we went back again on our last night there. The service was great - all of the staff were so incredibly sweet to us both times and remembered us a week later. The food was fantastic. It was pleasant to sit outside and be part of that vibrant little street. Super high recommendation to check this place out

The service is faster than a Vespa in Rome and friendlier than your mother-in-law on your birthday. The pasta? So fresh that I almost saw his mother cry with pride. The wine? Almost sang a serenade into my glass. The atmosphere? As if you accidentally ended up on vacation. In short: if you don't eat here, you'll miss the eighth wonder of the world. I have eaten at this restaurant several times when visiting Amsterdam both when it was Saturninos and now it is Rossinis. I find the location to be ideal and the premises both rustic and inviting. The staff were all very welcoming on this latest visit and there was good seating both indoors and out. The pace of service was perfect and I didn't feel hurried in any way. The quality of the food was high and the ingredients fresh. This reviewer can be quite demanding in his expectations and all my needs and requirements were met.

A very friendly Italian welcome. We arrived very early and got a table for three without a reservation. We started with bread and butter, and they served us a warm plate 👏. The drinks came quickly, and we didn't have to wait long for the food either. The service was very attentive. Prices are reasonable, too. If you're on vacation in Amsterdam, you can eat here with a clear conscience. Enjoy your meal and have fun.

Great experience, I don't really like Italian restaurants abroad, they always seem like a bad copy, but having problems with food we chose to go there, we ate pizza and it was excellent, with excellent quality ingredients, excellent service, Italian waiter, at least the one who served us.
