Menu was unseen delicious; very refined flavors, nicely presented. The package of matching wines was perfect with it. Pleasant hostess and host. Very intimate. Top!

This cozy upmarket restaurant was the perfect place to bring my international colleagues to get a sense of South African food, but with excellent quality and attentive service. Ross from CTSC was quick to make us feel welcome and walk us through the menu and the special menu on offer. Following this I have made another booking in July to bring more of my colleagues. This was truly an unforgettable experience. The food was something different and unlike anything I ever had. The presentation was beautiful and showed a high level of creativity. The service was incredibly thoughtful. The restaurant is very intimate so you feel you have an experience with the whole staff. I appreciated how they checked in and offered us breaks if we were getting to full, which showed there was no stress to rush. I have never had any fine dining restaurant ever ask that. Then, when I asked for a picture, they went a step above and took me to a private garden for a great photo op. This is a must if you visit Amsterdam!

Nice calm atmosphere, delightful food, served with perfect timing. The wine pairing is worth it. And the service is warm with a touch of humor. I had a great time.

Great restaurant. Had lunch here, 7 course homnivore course as well as a vegetarian option. Chef employs spices, taste/ingredient, and cooking techniques from all over the world. One will not only see classical french technoqiues, but also influence from Japanese cuisine as well as South American. Fun and creative pairing as well. Both the champagne and the wine pairing were great, and some of the pairings were quite a pleasant surprise in its creative combination of the food and the wine. Great staff, great ambience as well. Strongly recommend.
