Ruben's Haute Cuisine in De Weteringschans

Exquisite! Every single dish was creative, flavourful and elegant, the chef is super talented! Probably one of my favourite dining experiences in Amsterdam.

Authentic South African fine dining!

I definitely do not recommend the Most restaurant in Amsterdam. I wanted to order a glass of wine, but I was refused service because I didn't order dinner - it was the first time I've encountered something like this. In addition, I wanted to sit outside, where it was empty, but I was not allowed either. The restaurant was empty, and yet they did not want to serve the customer. A very unpleasant experience.

A restaurant worthy of it Michelin stars. Excellent service from arrival to leaving. Knowledgeable staff on food and wine that was being served. Chef delivered exceptional food on the night.

Everything was planned to surprise you - the people, the food and the drinks are absolutely amazing. Congratulations to the team
