Menu was unseen delicious; very refined flavors, nicely presented. The package of matching wines was perfect with it. Pleasant hostess and host. Very intimate. Top!

The food was absolutely exquisite—each dish beautifully presented and bursting with flavor. From the delicate amuse-bouche to the decadent dessert, every bite was a testament to the chef's artistry. The ambiance was refined yet welcoming, and the service was impeccable. A perfect spot for a special occasion or a luxurious night out. Highly recommended!

Our meal at MOS was an unforgettable culinary exploration. The preset menu was beautifully prepared, with each course offering something creative and delicious. They did an outstanding job accommodating our gluten allergy—not by simply leaving things off the plate, but by thoughtfully modifying dishes so we could fully enjoy the experience. The service was excellent—attentive without being overbearing—and the location provides a fun, different view of Amsterdam that adds to the charm. We did have two small complaints. First, the dinner stretched to 4 hours, with some gaps of 30 minutes or more between courses that made the pacing feel a little awkward. Second, there was an issue with our umbrellas—staff retained them for us, but we missed retrieving them, and unfortunately, our follow-up email asking for help went unanswered. Even with these minor drawbacks, the food, care in preparation, and ambiance made this a memorable night out. Worth a visit if you have the time (and patience) to savor a very slow, elegant meal.

Qué experiencia tan divertida. No estaba muy seguro de lo que estábamos haciendo cuando reservamos la reserva, pero ya que nos alojamos en el hotel pensamos que sería divertido. Nuestro camarero, Fregg, o algo así, era maravilloso. La comida de varios platos con maridaje vino / alcohol fue fabuloso, así como el recorrido por la cocina. El equipo en la cocina era genial, el personal de la casa principal soberbio y amable. A pesar de toda la comida que no dejamos como nos han llenado - todo era de buen gusto y delicioso.
