Great bowls. The prices arw fair and the salsas they use are delicious. They go from no spicy to spicy. We had the chicken bowl it was delicious. Great service and athmosphere. Great prices and big plates.

Please make the food with a bit of passion. Filling a wrap with leftovers from the bins is not what you want to serve? I understand it was a long day but this is unnecessary and for that money not worth visiting again.

The food was simple but good, and served in sufficient quantities. I don't recommend the pineapple sodas because I find them quite chemical, but the rest was good. I had a burrito, and my friend had a quesadilla.

The food was good, but the service was borderline disrespectful. I visited yesterday around 8 pm, the guy working was very nice - he greeted us and helped with the food. However, the girl working blasted Dutch children’s songs at full volume while dancing and making a scene. The music was so loud that I couldn’t even talk to my company while eating. As a former retail worker, I understand that staff can be tired or unmotivated, but actively ruining the customer experience is unacceptable.

I had a burrito, wrapped in aliminium but all wet on the inside. There were no flavor involved in anything. The burrito was just stuffed with all kinds of products but nothing really came together

Food was great like im used to. The girl serving us was blasting her club music through the speakers. I had to ask twice for her to lower the volume because it was literally physically painful. She eventually turned the volume down but my experience was ruined.

I am just leaving the restaurant close to the Rembrandtplein. the music was insanely loud, like a nightclub and there were two girls working . Me and my boyfriend asked nicely for them to make it lower, which they did for minutes and then super loud again. I am sensitive to noise and I think this is antisocial behavior. We share the same space and everyone should be respected. Besides this is not a nightclub!!!!

I biked 15min through the rain during my lunch break to place an order, only to be told I couldn’t order due to internet issues. While I understand technical problems happen, the lack of alternatives or even an apology was disappointing. Despite suggesting solutions like paying in cash, I was dismissed with a “You can’t order,” along with other customers. As a loyal customer, I expect better communication and service in such situations. I hope this feedback helps improve future customer experiences.

There was a nice American(?) girl there whose presence made me feel compelled to award my experience 3 starts rather than a single one. And the food was actually pretty amazing. The polite American girl’s co-worker, however… First, my friend’s order got taken to the wrong table - after a very long wait on our part already - and then, it apparently got knocked over by the customers at that table without the employee feeling the need to inform us, which ended up having us wait even longer while we were waiting for a movie to start a few blocks away. We got a noticeably smaller portion once the order was ready. I could tell her attitude was anything but friendly from the get-go and the way she slammed down the final order on our table confirmed it. Too bad you guys needed to employ someone so rude next to the much nicer employee. I can’t imagine it being much fun for her.

Very soft tacos, the seasoning was more on the outside than inside the tortilla and the employees are kind, but you can see that they don't even have the desire to put in the slightest effort. The food taken was all cold as if it had come out of a freezer.

First time at the salsa shop. Decent-good food. The dish is a little minimal but acceptable. The only unacceptable thing is the listlessness of the staff, especially the guy with the full beard. With these prices it is the minimum to treat and serve customers well.

Regular visitors to Salsa Shop in Utrecht but our first visit to this branch in Amsterdam. Food is as delicious as what we expect and have previously experienced. This specific branch is alot bigger with more seating. Will visit again when in Amsterdam.

I ordered two burritos and a taco, and it was a complete disappointment. Both burritos were cold and the taco literally fell apart. It looked like the tortilla was days old. This is absolutely unacceptable and I expect more for my money. This is my first and last time ordering here. Very poorly done!

Best nachos my stepson has ever had in his life. Also, when he forgot his phone in the restaurant, the lady ran all the way after us to return the phone to my stepson. Highly recommended!

I paid 12€ for leaves and beans. They add one small spoon of chicken and that’s all. Please give more protein on a damn salad

This was a good burrito. It is similar to Chipotle or Moe's back in the states. It was as authentic to an American burrito as possible. A real Mexican burrito would be nothing like this. Most Americans don't even know that what they are eating is Tex-Mex. I would suggest that there be another option of beans. They only have black beans. I prefer red beans or refried beans. Also the beef was a little to spicy, maybe tone it down some and the heat can be added by your choice of salsa. Anyhow if you are craving a burrito stop here. But...nothing is better than a plain Taco Bell bean burrito which can not be found at the Taco Bell in Europe.

HUGE fan of the burrito bowls and an even bigger fan of the chili peach habanero salsa. I would suggest grabbing their in-house lemonade to pair with your meal! It is great for both adults and kids. The service is always friendly and informed, especially the employee Lorena. 10/10 would recommend!!

I have been going to this Salsa Shop a few times and I must say that I am very happy with my experience every time I visit. The food is good, quick and easy and the staff is very polite and attentive. I always have great interactions with Lorena, she is very helpful and nice to the customers who wonder in the restaurant.
