Very nice casual atmosphere, but extremely good service and food. No surprise this place as won a Michelin star for 5 years running. Thank you for looking after us, couldn't decide which course was out favourite my wife liked your famous celeriac course the best I actually loved the mushroom brioche course the best.

I had lunch at this Michelin one-star restaurant yesterday, and unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing and far below the expected standard. The server was quite rude and unprofessional — not only in attitude but also in appearance, wearing low-waist pants that revealed part of his underwear. Additionally, he did not know how to handle guests’ coats properly, simply handing mine back instead of presenting it appropriately. The chair I was seated on was dirty, which added to the overall sense of carelessness. For a Michelin-starred establishment, these details are unacceptable. I agree with several previous reviews mentioning similar concerns. I truly hope Michelin will re-evaluate this restaurant’s current standard, as it certainly did not reflect the level of service and quality that one would expect from a starred venue.

A very disappointing experience. I hope someone from Michelin visits them soon because they definitely do not deserve the star they have. The food was just ok-ish, the “most expensive” dish was the beef, so I don’t understand how the price is justified. The service was incredibly bad, the waiters were very rude. Almost none of the dishes or wines were explained to us, and when we tried to have a small conversation with the waiters, they just walked away from the table and left us talking to ourselves. Clearly, this restaurant does not deserve a Michelin star.

I don’t know how this place got a one Michelin star, the food is ok, nothing to complain but nothing special, the service though… they have 3 ppl for the entire restaurant, they are overworked and dont care about you, witch is ok in a normal restaurant but when you ask 4x the price of a normal diner, it becomes a problem. Especially if you get like us, the wine paring and when you ask questions about the wine the waiter just says “yeaa” and walks away mid conversation

Enjoyed a lovely dinner here whilst visiting Amsterdam. We chose the set menu of 4 courses - one with wine pairing and the other without. Our booking was for a busy Friday night. The food was excellent. An array of different flavours, and the wine pairing complemented the dishes beautifully. Our 4 course dinner ended up being about 7 including "palate cleansers", which was a happy little surprise. Unfortunately, due to a busy Friday night, service was a bit slower and more disjointed than I'd expect from a Michelin starred restaurant. Our waiter was excellent and did his best, but plates were placed without proper descriptions of what they were due to the busy-ness of the night. Also a personal gripe of being charged €15 per person for a couple of extra grates of truffle - not worth it (but still delicious).

The day before our visit, my partner fell down the stairs. The reservation was canceled, but… 2 hours and 3 minutes late! So, the entire deposit was gone, because "those are our terms and conditions." At Sinne, you're not a guest, but a business model. My advice: beSinne before you begin!

My husband and I ate there on Saturday night and had the 6 course tasting menu. Everything was outstanding. I'm pescatarian and they catered beautifully.

We had a great evening. Friendly service, delicious food, and delicious wines.

THEY SAID THEY WILL REFUND GRATUITIES DUE TO UNSATISFACTORY SERVICE BUT THEY DIDNT. By far the worst michelin restaurant. Server went straight into taking orders outside of the tasting menu and didnt ask what we were going to have. Left us clueless for a good 20min because he was too busy with the other customers. Server later left one of the bottles of the wine pairing on the table and it was assumed that its for consumption and we topped up a little in one glass as the service is too slow. And later found extra charges for two glasses of wine that we never ordered. Server didnt mention anything and we paid without noticing and when we did, we called, and asked, they said it was for the wine we topped up during the meal. This was never communicated to us over the 2.5 hour long dinner. It was extremely unprofessional and did not deserve tipping. Requested a refund for the wine and they didnt honor it. In addition, table next to us was too close and server's backside is always tooo close to our food and drinks.

I don’t really go to Michelin star restaurants, not just because they are pricey but because it often feels too formal - plus there are so many other great offerings in Amsterdam. That said, you absolutely need to go to Sinne! Cool and casual, fun young team, incessant creativity and I loved the playlist 💃 You can see Swedish-Greek Chef Alexander Ioannou and his crew very relaxed at work in the very open very small kitchen, pumping out one surprise after another. The winner dish last night was made with braised celeriac poached egg with black truffle and hazelnuts - amazing flavors and textures. The kind of dish you could never repeat at home, even those of us who master the art... That’s why he gets his star ⭐

Excitement at every course! Intense flavors and generous portions for this type of restaurant. Service is quick and informal, yet makes you feel welcomed and pampered. The atmosphere, in my opinion, is a bit sparse.

Great service from the moment we walked in. Great atmosphere and helpfulness. They always tried to help me get a reservation for 10 people, even up until the day of the reservation.

What a wonderful group of people! We were incredibly well looked after and the food was delicious. There were occasional minor issues with the food and drinks in our group; half had small glasses and the other half large ones. Sometimes we were both provided with large glasses, but that didn't spoil the fun. A huge thank you to the staff!

Had a great 5-course dinner. The food was creative and consistently high quality. Don’t skip the asparagus; the celeriac deserves the hype too. Friendly service and a low key, comfortable atmosphere.

Super service and the food was amazing! A truly unique tasting experience that was worth the money. A definite and well-deserved star. It was very quiet, but since we came for brunch on a Sunday, that was understandable. Definitely recommended, and we'll be back in the evening as soon as possible👏🏻

Disappointing experience, not up to the standards of a Michelin star restaurant. Food was good, but service was very poor. We took the 6-course menu with the wine-pairing. The composition of the dishes were barely explained and the wine was served quickly, with absolutely no description whatsoever. Perhaps the most disappointing wine-pairing experience I’ve had ever at a fine dining establishment. Dinner took 4+ hours total, so be ready for excruciatingly slow service. Had to keep asking waiters to refill water glasses. We had made a reservation for a large group, but not everyone showed up. We got charged for the 2 people that didn’t show up. Not an issue, but the additional charged menus were never served and the manager did not even consider asking us whether we wanted them served. He just tacked them onto the bill. There also several sneaky charges to the bill: - Petite slice of bread + water = €7.50 per person! - They asked if we wanted some tiny chocolates after our dessert, which we assumed were courtesy of the chef. Nope, €13.50 per person! I will not be coming back. I hope you consider other options for your next fine-dining experience.

We enjoyed dining here even with our 8-year old. They treated her like a princess. We did food & wine pairing, and the dishes were great! We look forward to coming back here at some point again!

Overall I would avoid this restaurant. The food did not taste bad but the “food science” only seems to detract from the food. You can tell the chefs have talent but the purées and imagined style brings down rather than elevates each dish, the food was too salty, heavy, and over sauced. The presentation is the highlight of this meal, but I can’t taste with my eyes. Though when you realize a lot of the dishes are upside down bowls and cups it just cheapens the experience. While not bad, when paying over 125 euros per person (without drinks), I just expect a higher standard. With so many amazing restaurants in Amsterdam, you’re better off eating elsewhere. P.s. - the staircase down to the bathroom is an accident waiting to happen. If you do the wine pairing be careful or you’ll end up in the hospital

What a shame that if you have such a good chef who knows how to put wonderfully tasty creations on the table, that you can somewhat strangle that with the service. Fortunately that only applied to 1 person, the rest were friendly and good, but the boy who regularly came to our table was really not suited for his job in such a restaurant. He recited his rehearsed spiel when he talked about the dishes and the wines. He spilled and did not clean it up. It started with him accusing me of a double reservation. I had also booked for 1 person according to him. Of course that turned out not to be true, but we were told that as a statement without even apologizing. He was unfriendly, leaned over my plate to pour the one next to me (while he could have easily walked around it and then joined it). The bubbles he poured sloshed over the glass and over the bread. So he did not clean up and only did so at our request and changed the bread. The bread was gone after the amuse but only after the 3rd course he asked “if we were done with the bread”. Well actually we wanted another one. We did get one. But the way you treat your guests really needs to change. With a Michelin star I don’t expect to be carried on hands, but I do expect to feel welcomed and that there is attention for service. This was really in contrast to that. A few more examples; we said we were waiting for the birthday boy to arrive (that’s why we started a few minutes later) but no congratulations or anything. And when we had finished the meal but the wine wasn’t empty yet, we were asked (in an annoying way) if we wanted to drink it. Yes we did. We settled the bill with his colleague who was very friendly. And walked outside into the smoke of the smoking people including the one who had been helping us all the time.. and he didn’t even greet us. Really not ok. The tip was for the kitchen. And he can better look forward to a different future. Is also not suitable for a middle class restaurant, let alone for a restaurant like Sinne. (Just to add; we wanted to ask for another waiter for our table, but we wanted to give him more chance first. And we also found it annoying for the birthday boy we were treating to bring this up right away) Then it was too late, because the other waiter left and he did the last tables alone) Because of the delicious food and the other good service, 4 stars.

Marvelous dinner experience! We went to Sinne Restaurant for a 4 course dinner with wine paring. Food just above all possible grades. Amazing! We enjoyed every course to the last piece. Wine paring is very exotic and unusual, off the beaten trail. Recommend to everyone! Our regards to the chef and the team!

Very relaxed and casual service, food was tasty and creative, with a kimchi and smoked aubergine lamb dish that stood out We celebrated our wedding anniversary and they were really attentive and offered us a small bottle of prosecco and a card from the team which was a very nice touch.

The service was really nice, and they have a great selection of wines. The presentation was on point, and the dishes offered a fascinating mix of flavors—definitely something you wouldn’t try at home. The execution of each dish was intriguing and quite unique. While some in our group found the flavor combinations a bit challenging, it was overall a great culinary adventure. Definitely a nice spot for a special occasion!

Ate here for the first time this week, the welcome was very warm. What is irritating these days is always the first question, "Shall we start with a bubble and a nice oyster?" The menu was very limited, the choice was either fish or vegetarian. We chose the 4 course dinner which was very tasty, but the main course was a bit lacking. Excellent service but overall not star worthy.

Really beautiful, flavourful food. Nice staff. Tables on the kitchen end are too close to each other, but it's kind of interesting seeing the chefs work. Six-course menu ended up being like ten courses, none disappointing. A lovely experience!

Restaurant Sinne offers fine dining. We opted for the six dinner menu with accompanying wines. Food was great. The wines as well, but a bit played too much on the safe side; the wines could have been a bit more adventurous. Service is good and not too formal. A really good experience.

I discovered Sinne during Restaurant Week and booked it for a birthday dinner. The staff was friendly and helpful. The food was outstanding, featuring fresh ingredients and surprising flavors. The wine menu was extensive. I was particularly impressed by the chocolates served with dessert.

We celebrated our wedding anniversary there and it was outstanding, both the service and the food were top notch. Thank you for the lovely evening.

Everything I tried was fantastic. All recipes were original, very creative, a bit bold but in a good way. Not very expensive, considering that you pay for the experience

We ordered the 6 course menu and it was delicious! The atmosphere is cozy inside the restaurant and the food was really tasty. Recommended!

Slow service. Each dish took ages to serve so we waited for forever after finishing our food, and in the end leave us like 5 mins to eat dessert. Worst of the worst, the waitress came over when we just finished eating (keep in mind 5 mins for the dessert), looking annoyed and say “we have to clean the table now because times up”. I never experienced such service in a fine dining restaurant. The food is mediocre by the way, you can taste the effort but not the talent.

High quality, flavorful food with great presentation, although nothing particularly unique or controversial. We might have expected more attentive and knowledgeable service given it is a Michelin star restaurant, but given the very fair price point this is understandable. Our waiter was still very professional and pleasant. The atmosphere, however, felt pretty subpar. Can definitely recommend Sinne as the food was high-level and affordable, but bear in mind that most one-star restaurants offer a far more extensive and interesting experience, albeit at a higher price.

Habíamos oído grandes cosas sobre este restaurante con estrella Michelin y llegamos con grandes expectativas. Si bien hubo algunos aspectos positivos, nuestra experiencia general se quedó corta. La calidad de la comida era buena, pero los platos se sentían bastante básicos para un restaurante de este calibre, y la selección de vinos no destacaba particularmente. El mayor inconveniente era la rigidez del plazo. Un espacio de dos horas para una comida de cuatro platos se sintió apresurado, dejando poco espacio para saborear realmente la experiencia o disfrutar de una conversación relajada. Los platos llegaron en rápida sucesión, haciendo que la comida se sintiera más como un evento programado que una buena experiencia gastronómica. Para empeorar las cosas, el personal nos hizo una señal para que nos fuéramos cinco minutos antes de que terminara nuestro tiempo, incluso manteniendo la puerta abierta como una pista no -tan- sutil. Con temperaturas a 0 °C, nos quedamos terminando nuestros últimos momentos fuera en lugar de en la calidez del restaurante. Si bien la comida tenía sus méritos, el ambiente apresurado y el final abrupto se llevaron lo que podría haber sido una velada memorable.

Als je binnenkomt heb je niet meteen het gevoel een sterren restaurant te betreden. Eenvoudige bistro tafeltjes zonder tafelkleed en steen strips op de muren geef meer het gevoel van de lokale bistro. Maar dat geldt niet voor het eten. Dat springt er echt uit. Eigenlijk alles wat wij aten deze avond werden wij erg enthousiast van. De tafels om ons heen deden het niet, maar de signature dish wilde wij graag wat geschaafde truffels bij a EUR 15 extra per persoon. Maar dit smaakte dan ook goddelijk. Ook de bijpassende wijnen waren zeer goed gekozen. Als aperitief een Griekse wijn was ook zeer origineel en smaakvol. Dan nog het aandachtspunt. wij zaten vrij dicht bij de buitendeur en zonder tochtportaal is het toch (op deze koude avond) elke keer een behoorlijk koude wind die binnen komt. En dan zeker met notoire rokers die iedere gang naar buiten moeten (rokend op het bankje voor de ingang al niet echt een appetijtelijk gezicht), blijft het de hele avond koude winden waaien. Bijna ging het mis met de rekening waar niet de “Heerlijk’ korting was verwerkt, maar gelukkig kwamen we er zelf al achter voordat ik het hoefde te melden. In ieder geval duidelijk dat de wijn de grootste kostenpost op de rekening was.

Mooie zaak. Erg goede gerechten worden helaas afgewisseld met mindere. Bediening is vriendelijk maar staat niet echt open voor commentaar. De Michelin ster wordt wat ons betreft niet waargemaakt. En als je dan op €225 per persoon uitkomt, dan zijn de verhoudingen zoek.

Great food but very disappointing service. We had to wait for 20 min for our reserved table and were offered to have a coffee outside (?). The service was very disappointing putting the restaurant at the center instead of the customer. As an example the waiter mentioned it was not possible with the wine pairing to have half a glass or full glass per course. We complained about the service to the sommelier and instead of acknowledging our poor experience she was sharing excuses for the poor service such as the tight labor market; for a 4 course menu of 85 euro you would expect the management to prevent problems instead of finding excuses. Absolutely not worth a star.

Terrible service, At the entrance, I asked for another table because the lighting was uncomfortable, but they lied to me, claiming the other table was occupied. However, there wasn’t even a setting on the table, and it remained empty the entire night. I’ve been to Michelin-starred restaurants countless times, but I’ve never experienced such poor service. I asked for a Vermentino, and there’s only one Vermentino on the menu, yet the waiter didn’t know what it was and asked me to point it out on the menu. And that’s just one of many mistakes. When serving the desserts, the waiter forgot what was in them and had to call another colleague to explain. The service at Burger King is better than this sinne. The only things I liked were the plates and glasses.

Had dinner at Sinne. Warm welcome and service. Good wine, yes, but the food is really not worth the money. It is very tasty, but not robust and does not come round; it fans and fills too little. The main course is rather a very small middle course. Fortunately the company was very pleasant. Toilets fine.

Sinne offers fantastic food and service, and Rodrigo made our experience exceptional. His detailed explanations of each dish and thoughtful drink recommendations added so much to the meal. Service is terrible. Manager can be a good waitress but not manager. For Michelin star restaurant worst experience so far. Waiter is out of experience even brown pubs has better waiters.

The food quality (taste and presentation) is at a 2/5 slightly below the one star Michelin standard. The service is also at a bare minimum, nothing exceptional. They do explain what the menu is about but does not give guidance to which dish to eat first to have the perfect experience. The table also should have a white cloth to make the food more presentable in my opinion. In conclusion: i believe my experience was a 2/5 star rating to be exact for what you pay for.

Absolutely perfect evening. Did the 5 course menu - everything was prepared to the highest standard, the presentation was beautiful and the food was delicious. Wine pairings were innovative and paired perfectly with the food. Highly recommend.

Dining at Sinne earlier this summer was one of the highlights of my year, hands down. The food was incredible—the Tomato and Cantaloupe, BBQ Celeriac with 63 degree egg, and Black Angus were the standouts—and the service was beyond. I made an last min reservation for this 1 star Michelin restaurant and it was great. The food is absolutely delicious and the service was superb! They sat me right in front of the kitchen and it's like watching a live act of the famous TV series "The Bear." Depending on how hungry you are, they have 4 course dinner to 7 course dinner, and you can also choose what you like or let the chef surprise you. Either way, you won't regret coming by. And I will have to come back with my wife in the future.

Wonderful evening with delicious food and good service. A handwritten wine list is something different. I didn't miss the fries or mash during the main course, the champagne (not a piccolo ;) ) was delicious as was the port! Absolutely spectacular! Food presentation, Service, and the FLAVORS, which top up the indulgent gastronomical feast. This is my first Michelin experience, and my family could not have chosen a better place for my induction into this exclusive experience. The owner chef of SINNE is Swedish Greek. The pride and the personal touch shows in every aspect of your meal. SINNE means Senses in Swedish, and it’s definitely an experience for all the gastronomy senses. Delicious food, plated in earthy and charming crockery, with our attentive hostess bringing new cutlery with every Course. I really should have taken a photo of the menu, to explain it all better, however the menu changes with the seasons, with a new one expected in a couple of weeks. Our hostess was the lovely, and attentive Anna Leos (pronounced Anna Loosh) who described every detail of every dish of our Six Course meal. So there was all the finesse of gastronomy to look forward to, and we relished discovering every ingredient pop with taste on our tongues. The bartender was also very attentive, cheerful and cordial. Between him and Anna Leos, we felt very welcome guests. The photos do not do justice. On arrival we got a complementary Amuse Bouche, actually two different presentations, which really set the bar high for what was to come. Every course promised to be my favorite, till the next one came..and our appetites and tummies were both in food heaven. Finally, it was time for our dessert. What came was another Amuse Bouche, so by the end of our meal we had enjoyed 9 Courses! Of course, the dessert was just as spectacular as the rest of our menu choices. Between us we tasted everything on the menu, and every dish was par excellence! For me personally, it was an experience to cherish, and I would easily pay more for the food we ate, the service and the easy and relaxed ambiance of SINNE. Other members of the family enjoyed their wine, having ordered the same bottle as on their last visit here. For me there was a fabulous non alcoholic Rhubarb drink, which paired perfectly with my dessert. It’s easy to see why SINNE has held it’s Michelin rating for the last 9 years. It will be no surprise that it completes a decade when Michelin announces the list again very soon for 2024.

We had a nice experience with our 4-course menu and received top service from Yordi. The food and flavor palette was always top notch. Unfortunately, we left the table hungry, it was really very little. I had hoped that fries or mash would be served with the main course, but nothing like this. That's why we give 3 stars for the food. And €15 was also charged for 2 glasses of water, a bit out of proportion if you ask me.

The food was a culinary masterpiece, unquestionably deserving its one Michelin star. The dessert box stood out as the perfect crescendo to an already exceptional meal. Great food, great staff, great evening!!!

Really arrogant communication. We called to cancel our reservation one day ahead due to circumstances, but we were informed we will lose the full deposit of 80euros. We decided to not cancel our reservation and to do everything in our power to make it, but unfortunately it was not possible. We received a very unfriendly email, but our no show is due to their no refund policy of the deposit. Be careful before you make the deposit, because you won’t get it back.

Atmospheric restaurant with exceptional quality cuisine, where you can enjoy delicious food. We had the menu with wine pairing and were pleasantly surprised by the beautiful and delicious dishes and matching wines. But especially the professional hostess made the evening a very successful one.

We had a really good meal, but I didn't think it was worth a Michelin star, that's also because there were smokers in front of the door and the smell of weed came in quite a bit.

Ristorante con un’atmosfera rilassante. Personale gentile professionale e simpatico( soprattutto il ragazzo argentino). I tavoli non hanno tovaglia ed i piatti sono posti direttamente sul tavolo. Il menù ( allego foto per dare idea di costi e della composizione dei piatti) , in lingua olandese e inglese, prevede la scelta tra 4 (€85) 5(€105)6(€125)7(€150) piatti ( gangen/courses) ed includono sempre il dolce. Carta dei vini non economica. In fase di prenotazione viene richiesta una cauzione ( noi avendo scelto il menù da 4 portate per 2 persone abbiamo dato una cauzione di €80). Fate attenzione alle regole per la restituzione della caparra se dovete disdire( ben espresse sul sito e sulla mail che ricevete). Siamo rimasti soddisfatti del cibo sia come presentazione che come abbinamento di sapori. Abbiamo preso ( allego foto) 1 asparago 1 1 porro con alga nori 1 spigola 1 agnello , come dolce 1 tartelette e 1 ganache, acqua ( 2 costo €15) e 2 birre (€16) ( a parte omaggi chef). Consigliato.

The food was good, wine pairing seemed improvised, and the overall service was cosy but not at 🌟 level. It was not a bad experience, nevertheless not what we would have expected considering the check.

Visited during the Dining with the Stars month. Also visited John Dory, and the Church in Arnhem which were both excellent experiences. Reviews for Sinne were mainly positive so decided to give it a try. It didn't turn out that good. One word comes to mind: meh. It really puzzles me why Michelin decided this restaurant should deserve their accolade, if it is not the atmosphere, the hospitality, nor the food and wine. Tables are positioned uncomfortably close to each other. Staff was friendly but could not conceal a certain level of stress and seemed to lack experience (a long coat was hung on the bottom part of the closet draping the coat over the floor). The food and paired wines...really underwhelming. Foamy, crunchy but absolutely no intensity. I wish I could have been more positive but this restaurant has no appeal and will not be recommended by us unfortunately.

I recently visited Sinne to celebrate a friend's 45th birthday. Given its one Michelin star rating, we had high expectations. However, our experience was far from what we anticipated. Our reservation was for six people, but unfortunately, two friends had to cancel at the last minute. Earlier in the day at 3 PM, I received a call from the restaurant asking me to confirm our reservation by 4 PM, otherwise, it would be automatically canceled. This meant the restaurant risked losing income for six people just three hours prior to our dinner. Upon arrival, the restaurant informed us that we will be charged for the two absent guests. This policy was not communicated to us at any point prior to our visit, nor was it stated in any written policy. After some discussion, we agreed we will cover one menu to avoid further disputes and not ruin the celebration, hoping this would resolve the matter. However, we were surprised with a bill that included charges for two additional menus. Adding to our frustration, when we asked to speak with the owner, who was insisting on these charges, they never came to our table to discuss the situation. This lack of personal engagement and empathy was disheartening. This situation not only caused a significant disruption to our evening but also left our friend, whose birthday we were celebrating, visibly upset. Despite the hefty charge for the extra menu, which we ended up paying for one anyway, they did not even offer to provide takeaway for the food we paid for but did not consume. For a restaurant of this caliber, the poor customer service and lack of transparency were astonishing. We were extremely disappointed and felt that our special occasion was marred by the restaurant's handling of the situation. Given this experience, I cannot recommend Sinne and will not be returning. It’s a real shame.

Really deserved the Michelin star and really deserved my 5 stars. The food was awesome, really long time ago since I didn’t try this good quality while I’m getting surprised with the mixed flavours and ingredientes in every dish. The service was perfect. The main waiter in our table was Rodrigo and he was really great, friendly and polite, he explained every dish with passion. 100% recommended☺️!

The waitresses were very friendly though one seemed very upset (angry) when we didn’t finish the course. We were definetly dissappointed with the food. The food had no balance, it had excessive mark of one taste. Almost everything was extremely creamy and had nuts in it. We prefered the suprised courses and they served lime ice cream before the dessert which turned out to be basically white chocolate and strawberry ice cream. Seriously? The tables were too close to one another but that was the least of our worries as we left as soon as we could.

Excellent restaurant where you can enjoy a delicious meal in a cozy atmosphere. All dishes looked beautiful and tasted exceptionally delicious and special. Staff very friendly and involved. Recommended!

I had an exceptional dining experience at Sinne. From the moment I walked in, the cozy and elegant atmosphere captivated me. The attention of the staff was impeccable, always attentive and friendly, which added an extra touch to the evening. The food was simply extraordinary. Each dish was meticulously presented and the flavors were exquisite, showing clear dedication and passion on the part of the chef. I opted for the tasting menu, and each bite was an explosion of well-balanced flavors. The fresh, high-quality ingredients were evident in each dish. Plus, they have a handwritten wine list in a notebook. We opted for a champagne. The intimate and sophisticated atmosphere makes Sinne a perfect place for both a romantic dinner and a special celebration. Definitely a place I will return to and recommend to anyone visiting Amsterdam looking for a memorable dining experience. Do not miss it!

Sinne, a cozy and atmospheric place, where the food is perfect, with a very friendly, pleasant and knowledgeable brigade. The menu is also slightly different than elsewhere. A successful evening out and we will certainly come here again

One of the most memorable and delightful culinary experiences that I have had in a long time. Extensive traveling has made me very picky about food and service. However Sinne is an exceptional restaurant where excellent cooking meets extraordinary service We had the 3 course menu and we were not disappointed. The attention to detail of the chefs along with the quality of ingredients made this experience a truly remarkable one. I have no doubt that I will be returning to this restaurant again. Special mention to the manager who was instrumental in us having an amazing time

Most steps in the adventure share similar elements so nothing comes as a surprise. Overall ambience is nice and familiar. Staff was impeccable from start to end. Small but well curated wine list.

I was actually not familiar with Sinne from the star restaurants, but I am very happy that I found him. The service was perfect and they turned out fantastic when we came to eat here for a special occasion. The dinner was unique and extremely tasty, but the wines were also really great. I would recommend a visit to Sinne to everyone. 😊

Delicious dinner tonight! Informal nice atmosphere, but with delicious food. Taken a 5-course surprise dinner with wine pairing, every meal and appetizer was a picture and the flavors were the perfect combination. Nothing could have been better, we would love to come back again!

Top tent, good food, lots of wine on and off the menu. Atmosphere feels good, not noisy and open view of the kitchen.

This was such a pleasant surprise! My husband and I booked Sinne on a whim for a spur-of-the-moment trip to Amsterdam. This experience was very special. We went with the six-course meal, and the staff came to address dietary needs with us, while I usually don’t eat fish (preference not allergy), I decided to try it in one of the dishes that was recommended. I’m so glad I did! Each course was truly unique and special to the experience. The service team was attentive, informed and incredibly kind. They spent time with us and even gave some additional recommendations on places to explore and eat across the city. What I loved most was how unpretentious the environment and experience was, especially for a Michelin-ranked restaurant. Out of the three Michelins we ate at during our visit, this was by far our favorite! I hope we’ll be back to Amsterdam to dine again.

Exceptional cuisine for years, now confirmed again. Small restaurant radiates tranquility with its interior. Sunday lunch at a high standard is no longer possible everywhere, many businesses are unfortunately closed. We went for the 6 course menu with wine pairing. Every dish was exceptionally good: the presentation, colors, structure and the balance in flavors and mouthfeel. Absolutely star-worthy. Service was a friendly Austrian woman who spoke English and some Dutch. You prefer to have explanations of dishes in Dutch, but fortunately we received the written menu. Wine choice surprising and matched well with the dishes. We had a wonderful afternoon here…
