Great place for a company or school trip!

Perfect place for a mentor outing with the mentee students. Everyone was super helpful and everything was arranged smoothly and on reasonably short notice. They think along with you and have great packages for schools. I think I'll be back next year.

Bowling and stone grill. Standard formula and still works. It was fun, plenty of meat, and plenty at the buffet bar.

Party with 5 girls. With a high snack. Unfortunately, this was a bit disappointing in terms of quality; the fries were soggy, and snacks?? Vegetarian? It was nice and quiet for a Wednesday afternoon, though.

Had a fantastic team building event here with my colleagues! 🎳 The bowling was so much fun, the drinks were good, and we loved the nachos and fries. 👍🏻 The dinner menu only has two vegetarian options. 🌿 I ordered the Indian couscous salad, which was quite average, though the staff was super cooperative and happily served me falafel patty(vegan soya pattie) on the side when asked. The other option, the Vegan Falafel Burger, actually uses a vegan soy meat patty instead of a real falafel patty. Exceptional staff and great entertainment, just wish the vegetarian main courses were a bit better!

The place is really nice and spacious. It's a great place for kids to enjoy and experience bowling. There is ample free parking available directly opposite the entrance. The parking area looks like a paid garage, but according to the staff, it is completely free every day. The staff are very friendly, and there is a nice bar as well. It's definitely worth a visit and is a great venue for celebrating a child's birthday.

Mice everywhere! Really poor place, we were there on January 2, 2026, the food was average, but the prices were really high, but that's not the scandal, there were mice in the dining room, and when we complained the waitress was there like that, as if it were normal, and said "what can I do?" Disgusting, really, even the cashier told us that "unfortunately it happens" I mean, what the hell is this? How can you serve food with mice running around in the dining room???

What a lovely place to celebrate your 50th birthday! The service was perfect; it turned out beforehand that everything was possible, and that turned out to be true. My guests were enthusiastic about the quality of the buffet, and I had a fantastic evening!

Bowling was fun and nicely decorated but our lane had problems and then we lost 5 minutes but we were not given extra time for the problem so we think that is a shame

Nice bowling place. With ample parking. Easy to find. The only downside is that the shoe-changing area doesn't have a bench. Unless they want you to take your shoes to the lane to change them there.

A bit dated. The staff were incredibly friendly! We had a package deal, but the deal didn't allow us to get the high-end snack at the end of the hour so we could have a drink afterward (a missed opportunity if you want to earn more). Free parking. Low-key bowling. Great fun!

Nice experience for a kid's birthday party. The children enjoyed themselves very much for about 2 hours: first hour to play bowling and then enjoy some food. They even have some slides to help the little children to throw the bowls. Loads of fun!

We had a fantastic evening with over 60 guests. We went bowling, had drinks, and then enjoyed dinner. The service was fast and attentive. Dinner was also good: meat, fries, and a salad buffet. You're the cook yourself at the table grill.

We celebrated my daughter's birthday party there. It was well taken care of. The fries and snacks were okay, but the quality could be better.

Last weekend we went bowling and then had a stone grill (a package deal), and I pointed out that there was cross-contamination on the plate the meat was served on. Raw beef was mixed with raw chicken and pork, to which a manager replied that it was perfectly acceptable and that he'd never heard of it being unacceptable, as that's what happens with a mixed grill, he replied. We were offered steak, which wasn't available, so we got chicken.

The event was organized with a larger team, communication was good, and on the evening everything went as planned!

Last Friday, after our civil partnership ceremony, we toasted, went bowling, and had a delicious meal at your place. It was great that we had a dedicated room for this. It was very well organized, and I had excellent contact with Lisa to arrange everything. She responded very quickly to my emails when I had questions. The service during dinner was also fantastic! I definitely recommend hosting a party here!

My guests and I had a wonderful time in the Nice venue! It's a beautiful venue with a bar, kitchenette, and very clean restrooms. The service was also excellent. I was always welcome to ask questions. I would definitely throw a party here again.

We've organized three parties here, upstairs and downstairs in Nice. Basically, anything is possible. We can take care of everything ourselves, whether it's just the venue or fully catered. On November 11, 2025, we've already had our four wedding parties, with 70 people, bowling, snacks, and drinks. Afterwards, we went downstairs to Nice. We decorated the room and all ate together. It was very enjoyable and very well organized.

Impersonal, rushed staff: when we asked if an extra sugar sachet could be added to the tea, we were told that we had to get it ourselves at the bar, because the lady bringing the drinks said she was too busy. There is heavy smoking outside the entrance, and the unpleasant smell of cigar and cigarette smoke is clearly noticeable inside by the lanes. All in all, not a very pleasant evening.

We had a very nice and enjoyable evening with our staff association at De Kegel! Everything was well organized and exactly as agreed. The stone grill package was also a hit with the participants! We received many positive reactions! So who knows... maybe again next year?

I know this is a business but I just think that a place where they don't offer a free glass of tap water to a kid when asked is not for me.

Bad service at the bowling alley. You order something, and it's put on another team's table, while we wait. The food is also mediocre. A salad here is a tiny bowl, almost gnome-sized; one bite and it's gone. The prices are ridiculously high for what you get.

The bowling alley kept breaking down, so we only got to play for half the hour. Afterward, we went here for dinner. We were given a plate of meat. No one had a clue what it was. It wasn't tasty either. And the fries were soggy and white.

Yes, you can't even ask for gates anymore and the lane was out of service for 7 minutes and you don't even get that back and the staff only comes the last 10 minutes for drinks so I don't recommend it, you're better off going to bowling Hoofddorp, 10 x better

This was our first, but also our last, visit. We started 5 minutes early, and then they insisted we wait within the agreed-upon time, forcing us to buy an extra half-hour. The staff was extremely rude. We ordered half-full beers, and the bowling balls were very outdated. Many were damaged, causing irregularities on the lane. The bittergarnituur we ordered was of poor quality. In short, there was very little good about this party center. Not recommended 😭

The lane was nicely decorated with nice lighting. but sometimes on the somewhat dark lane suddenly such a bright light in your face that you can no longer see the lane (of course just when you are going to throw), my mates also suffered from this. Also unfortunately many damaged balls and a pin system on strings that often get tangled. Nevertheless a nice bowling evening. After bowling we went for dinner, chose the chicken thigh. The fries could be fried a bit more here but tasted fine, nicely decorated on a plate instead of a plate.

As DNB staff, we have been coming here for at least 5 years. Very bad experience tonight. We always bowl for 1 1/2 hours, Now suddenly that is no longer possible, new rules, new policy. To inform customers of this Ho Maar. Then there is the fact that during bowling you suddenly have to pay while you are playing. We had a discussion about this afterwards, but they have been doing this for years. We have never experienced this before! We were treated like a bunch of children by the lady at the reception!

We reserved the birthday party for our son. We got there on time, people were still playing on the lanes we were assigned. They left and everything was dirty. I had to ask several times for them to come clean. We then started playing late as they were not ready and they finished the game automatically without giving us the chance to finish the match. They gave us a very “strict” time to go get the food and they served 25 minutes later after I also had to remind them several times. They had one waiter, cleaner, server for the entire place. And you could see three or four more people behind the bar doing basically nothing. It was honestly a terrible experience. The balls were all dirty and sticky. The only nice thing was that one waiter who was very young, nice and apologetic, but all the rest was not a good experience

The bowling alleys and actually the entire area is very dated, nothing has been renewed in 30 years. I also came here as a child so I should know. The cones are still attached to strings, the track has jammed 5 times. Old gang. Staff nice but all about 14 years old. Food was okay. For 30 euros you can expect a bit of a bowling alley, right...

Yesterday we went bowling and had dinner for my stepfather's 66th birthday. Let me start by saying that despite the complaints, we made it a fun evening. Our job wasn't available yet so we had to wait a while, no problem! We already ordered something to drink. This was then “flipped” on the corner table by a young lady under the guise of “hand it out yourself. Strange form of serving? Her appearance was anything but customer-friendly. After bowling we went to eat. My mother who organized this had asked for a table for 9 people, this was no problem according to De Kegel. There were 2 tables pushed together, but there was a very thick tree trunk between them, so you still had a 5 by 4 division. After asking we were given another table. Food was nothing special but fine. However, I found the service dramatic. There was a young man walking with his pants around his knees... I assume this is fashionable or something? I found it very distasteful to look at his underpants... I understand that there is a personnel problem, but I think it is a bit exaggerated to accept everything...

Nice bowling bar near the Grand Hotel Amstelveen. We had booked 3 lanes for 18 people, followed by dinner. We bowled with enthusiasm and a lot of fun. The service was good and friendly, the beer (various good types) was extra, and the dinner was very good. We can only recommend this bar.

Rented two courts and unfortunately had quite a few disruptions on both. On one track there was even a repair that took at least 5 minutes. Towards the end the other track got stuck and we asked reception if we could continue for 10 to 15 minutes. Because we would not have been able to actually use that time of the 55 minutes that you rent here. The lady at reception was short and sweet: "no, we are completely full". And that was the end of it. Not even another alternative offered. We stayed because a meal was also consumed and what we see: 4 empty lanes in the hour after us!! That's the end of the matter for us and we will do our monthly bowling outing somewhere else from now on. UPDATE 25MRT: De Kegel has contacted us, regrets the course of events and apologizes. Neat, a much appreciated (re)action. That gives it 5 big stars.
