Bad service at the bowling alley. You order something, and it's put on another team's table, while we wait. The food is also mediocre. A salad here is a tiny bowl, almost gnome-sized; one bite and it's gone. The prices are ridiculously high for what you get.

We've organized three parties here, both upstairs and downstairs in Nice. Basically, anything is possible. We can take care of everything ourselves, just the venue, or we can take care of everything for you.

This was our first, but also our last, visit. We started 5 minutes early, and then they insisted we wait within the agreed-upon time, forcing us to buy an extra half-hour. The staff was extremely rude. We ordered half-full beers, and the bowling balls were very outdated. Many were damaged, causing irregularities on the lane. The lane was nicely decorated with nice lighting. but sometimes on the somewhat dark lane suddenly such a bright light in your face that you can no longer see the lane (of course just when you are going to throw), my mates also suffered from this. Also unfortunately many damaged balls and a pin system on strings that often get tangled. Nevertheless a nice bowling evening. After bowling we went for dinner, chose the chicken thigh. The fries could be fried a bit more here but tasted fine, nicely decorated on a plate instead of a plate.

As DNB staff, we have been coming here for at least 5 years. Very bad experience tonight. We always bowl for 1 1/2 hours, Now suddenly that is no longer possible, new rules, new policy. To inform customers of this Ho Maar. Then there is the fact that during bowling you suddenly have to pay while you are playing. We had a discussion about this afterwards, but they have been doing this for years. We have never experienced this before! We were treated like a bunch of children by the lady at the reception!

Excellent restaurant with young and friendly staff. Few dishes but good. You can also dine with appetizers inside the bowling alley or ask for a table in the restaurant.

We reserved the birthday party for our son. We got there on time, people were still playing on the lanes we were assigned. They left and everything was dirty. I had to ask several times for them to come clean. We then started playing late as they were not ready and they finished the game automatically without giving us the chance to finish the match. They gave us a very “strict” time to go get the food and they served 25 minutes later after I also had to remind them several times. They had one waiter, cleaner, server for the entire place. And you could see three or four more people behind the bar doing basically nothing. It was honestly a terrible experience. The balls were all dirty and sticky. The only nice thing was that one waiter who was very young, nice and apologetic, but all the rest was not a good experience

Yesterday we went bowling and had dinner for my stepfather's 66th birthday. Let me start by saying that despite the complaints, we made it a fun evening. After bowling we went to eat. My mother who organized this had asked for a table for 9 people, this was no problem according to De Kegel. There were 2 tables pushed together, but there was a very thick tree trunk between them, so you still had a 5 by 4 division. After asking we were given another table. Food was nothing special but fine. However, I found the service dramatic. There was a young man walking with his pants around his knees... I assume this is fashionable or something? I found it very distasteful to look at his underpants... I understand that there is a personnel problem, but I think it is a bit exaggerated to accept everything...

Nice bowling bar near the Grand Hotel Amstelveen. We had booked 3 lanes for 18 people, followed by dinner. We bowled with enthusiasm and a lot of fun. The service was good and friendly, the beer (various good types) was extra, and the dinner was very good. We can only recommend this bar.

A warm welcome and everything is well organised. Drinks and snacks are delivered quickly. Nice music and atmosphere. They also often have nice offers, I will come back here more often.

Rented two courts and unfortunately had quite a few disruptions on both. On one track there was even a repair that took at least 5 minutes. Towards the end the other track got stuck and we asked reception if we could continue for 10 to 15 minutes. Because we would not have been able to actually use that time of the 55 minutes that you rent here. The lady at reception was short and sweet: "no, we are completely full". And that was the end of it. Not even another alternative offered. We stayed because a meal was also consumed and what we see: 4 empty lanes in the hour after us!! That's the end of the matter for us and we will do our monthly bowling outing somewhere else from now on. UPDATE 25MRT: De Kegel has contacted us, regrets the course of events and apologizes. Neat, a much appreciated (re)action. That gives it 5 big stars.

Good reception with a separate room where groups can grab and try on shoes. Receptionist is friendly and fast! Nice, well-maintained courses with guidelines, also for children, and nice music. Balls are not the newest, but good enough for recreational bowling

Went there with about 16 friends. First we had a drink, then we went bowling for 55 minutes and we ate there afterwards. Food was reasonable and so was the salad bar, but nothing special. The service was good during bowling. We regularly came by to ask if we wanted something to drink. Just not while eating. We walked to the bar to see if someone could take our order. The price per person was not too bad afterwards. Free parking opposite the bowling alley.

Went bowling and had dinner here today with a number of colleagues. Bowling and service there was fine. Course a bit slow and outdated, but good fun. The food is against... Indicate in advance that one of the ladies eats gluten-free. This was no problem at all. Upon arrival at the restaurant, the gluten-free plate consisted of 6 of the same lumps of pork, so not 6 types. This is not indicated in advance. Indicated to the waiter, who indicated that there was nothing different and that this is always purchased this way. All the meat is purchased and not prepared herself. Then she walked away, no excuse or nothing. No gluten-free bread or other additions. Most of the salad bar could not be eaten. Then of course ask for the full amount. Just antisocial. The rest of the meat was of low quality, tough, not cooked properly, or very quickly. The speed cannot be adjusted and the controls were not explained. Went here two years ago and were still very satisfied. Unfortunately this was our last time here.

Nice place for bowling. Very strange and a shame that they close at 9pm on weekends. Food was terribly bad and so was the service. We opted for grilling. For this place, halal means that you don't get six types of meat but only three types, including two types of lamb with all the tendons, chunks of fat and muscle. Dry meat, not seasoned. When we discussed this, we were told that everyone who orders halal will receive this, and that this is simply the range. And that with halal you get larger pieces of meat instead of variety. Ultimately, the halal surcharge was removed, but the message was that it simply had to be paid. The description on the website is not correct, it clearly states that six different types of meat are grilled and that halal and vegetarian are also possible. Unfortunately, the salad buffet is not very good either. The photos used on the website are also not a good representation of reality.

Rudeest waiter ever. Literally never experienced how that kid treats his customers. Something went wrong with the reservation we had made for the restaurant at the roadside. I recommend giving a wide berth to the Kegel restaurant, that kid is so rude that he can ruin your evening with one hand. Advice to the manager: hire good staff and let that kid with the big mouth who can't provide service ruin people's evenings somewhere else. It will do your restaurant good. Oh yes, I almost forgot about the food itself... Dry and tasteless. You can get better at any snack bar.

The welcome upon arrival was friendly, the bowling alley was great and the girls behind the bar were pleasant. The drinks and high fries came quickly and those high fries were really perfect, delicious fries and snacks, definitely worth repeating. Then to the a la card restaurant, I wanted to go to bistro Nice But with books in combination with bowling I already got the impression that this was not possible. Then on www.bistronice.nl you will simply go to the Bistro Nice website, only if you scroll down it will become Bistro De Kegel and this is in the bowling center itself, a separate room next to the bowling lanes. There we were served by a gentleman who did not exchange a word with us and only asked/said the essentials. Not friendly, a bit surly. We come for a pleasant evening and you hope that the service will also be pleasant and think along with you. So that's a bit of a shame, but that is not the case with this gentleman. The food was fine for most of us, but the chicken was dry and the spare ribs had almost no meat on them and were not tasty. The desserts are ready-made from somewhere, so that's a bit of a shame. Unfortunately, no gluten-free desserts either. As a service, you could think along with your customers: maybe I only have a scoop of ice cream or something like that, but no, only the answer is not gluten-free, sorry. All in all, high fries bowling is great, nice music, nice drinks and snacks. But I wouldn't go here again for the food and service.

We had a staff outing last Thursday. The staff is not really friendly, they come across as surly, and when we were sitting at the table, someone came to our table to say that there had been a complaint about us. He seemed a bit aggressive, and he didn't let us finish. The appetite was immediately gone.

Went bowling at this location for the first time. It is outdated, but you have that at many bowling locations. Music was nice, atmosphere is cozy, friendly staff. The stone grilling was good and was enough meat. You have to get your own sauces, baguettes, etc. It's a pity that this is not mentioned in advance at the table, because now you are already sitting at the table with several groups and the question is... can't we get sauce with it? With the answer... 'you can get that yourself from the back' and everyone leaves the table again to get sauces and the like. Also it was a DRAMA to get there!!!!! And it is SUPER BADLY marked. Google Maps doesn't show it well either, so you first end up in a residential area, then drive 2 blocks around to find where you need to go. Some colleagues have turned away out of irritation, as they have not been able to find it either and it is difficult to explain where to go. Everything is open. I too was almost the other way around. They should simply place a clearly visible banner/flag/large sign along the road near the matrix signs, so that you can immediately see where to drive. It was also unclear where you were allowed to park. So apparently there is a parking garage where you can park for FREE, but colleagues have parked along the road due to uncertainty. Hopefully the work will be completed soon.

The bowling is a lot of fun, good music and the atmosphere is certainly enjoyable. On the other hand, some of the service was not friendly. At the beginning we indicated that we wanted something to drink with appetizers. The drink arrived within 2 minutes, but after half an hour the appetizers were still not there. We then ordered our second round of drinks and asked a second time about the appetizers, they were already working on this, they replied. To our surprise, our game stopped 8 minutes early, while we were in the middle of a turn. Only after the game stopped did our snack garnish arrive, but it was also cold. When I reported this at the service desk, the first response I received was that I should have indicated earlier, after which I told them that halfway through the game we had already asked for our appetizer garnish a second time. Furthermore, the man behind the service counter said that he found this very annoying for us. We certainly had a nice evening, but next time we will visit another bowling center.

Been coming here all my life, Classic place! The bowling is good and inexpensive, so are the drinks and the food. There are also pool tables and table football. Everything for a fun day out!

If you want to eat something in the neighboring "Grand Hotel", you will be sent here. This place is incapable of serving real food. We had booked half board at the “Grand Hotel” and had to have meals here. There are hardly any fresh dishes. Everything is fried or reheated from a can and largely tasteless. Spices seem to be unknown here. A miserable mess! The service staff tries very hard, but is not trained for this job.

Bowling is OK, convenient as you can set the bumper up yourself. Table football sucks, only 2 balls came out, the receptionist does not know how many balls available. 2nd try, no ball came out.
