Is this a flat white or milk? It is the worst coffee imaginable—it ruined my morning.

Good and fast service for someone standing alone during rush hour. Nice girl and had a good chat with her. 5 stars girl, keep it up.

Cycled here from our holiday accommodation for a coffee. Small but cozy Starbucks. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I ordered a coffee with oat milk and they double-checked whether whipped cream was allowed or not. Very nice!

Several options I wanted to order were unfortunately sold out, so I opted for a regular iced matcha. The terrace in front is nice, but do watch out for the pooping birds above you!

You don't experience this often! (These days) Normally, the staff at Starbucks Haarlem is average to good. Some are a bit more cheerful or engaged in their work than others. (Just as if we are all human beings). But today I had a particularly positive experience. There were two employees: a male working on the showcases in the store, and a female behind the cash register. After the order, which was already going very nicely, we turned into a chat while I stood waiting for my order. Different from the standard jokes or small talk. To top it all off, this employee wrote a reference or nice message on every cup, which I will attach as a photo. These kinds of extra touches are something as simple as getting a cup of Special and a moment to think back on during the day. Employees like this are worth their weight in gold. I hope you appreciate where that is earned.

Super friendly! I was feeling very sick. Because so many shops at the station were closed, I couldn't get paracetamol anywhere. I decided to ask at Starbucks if they might have any, and without hesitation, the employee immediately went looking for it for me, and I got the only one he could find. So incredibly nice, thank you! ☺️

They take way too much time talking and consulting with colleagues while a whole line of customers is waiting for them; it really could be a lot faster.

This Starbucks is almost always more than an hour late opening. Very annoying.

I love Starbucks coffee, so if I'm anywhere in the neighborhood, I just have to grab a coffee, frappuccino, or something! I hadn't been to this one before, but it really is a very nice place!! I bought a large vanilla Frappuccino didn’t get asked if I wanted coffee. Then I got my Frappuccino got it with me in the bus turns out there was no coffee in and just milk vanilla and ice cubes? For 7,60 just some milk and sugar

I had a really great experience at this Starbucks thanks to Irem. She was genuinely kind, friendly, and professional from the start. What stood out most was how caring she was, not just in general, but also when she noticed my scar and went out of her way to help. It wasn’t just good service, it felt sincere and human. That level of kindness really made a difference and made my visit memorable.

The opening hours are incorrect!!! On Sunday at 6:30 they were closed, while the store is supposed to be open until 7.

The atmosphere makes it a great place to wait for your bus or train. The service and coffee are not your cup of tea. You can't really call this coffee with Starbucks' over-roasted beans. Starbucks is a definite no-go. And way too expensive for what they offer.

Normally there is a friendly girl working there, but now there was a man behind the counter who wanted to charge me double and spoke to me rudely.

Ezgu was the employee who helped us. We were very rude, and we were standing in line when suddenly she had to close… she turned people away, and our drink was made incredibly quickly. A caramel frappuccino with barely any caramel. Such a shame, and I felt very embarrassed. Normally, the service here was much better. Two minutes later, she suddenly opened again. Very strange. It was only 3:00 PM.

I clearly indicated at the counter that I have lactose and wanted almond milk, but I was given regular milk because I have a lot of stomach problems and I'm sweating a lot. I would like a solution for this.

I share my bad experience because I am not used to this from Starbucks. Namely, I greet you in Dutch. The two employees then started talking to each other. I said I wanted hazelnut latte, which she understood, so she said it in Dutch, causing her to tell me in an annoyed tone. Then I got a very hot latte that I couldn't drink for the first 10 minutes. Let alone not even holding it. I sat down and had to listen to their conversation about how rude Dutch people are. After drinking my latte I wished them a nice day in English. :) Very strange experience.

My wife brings me a latte machiato, she arrives and I take the lid off, no foam at all, it looked like a chocolate milk that you get from a cheap machine.

Het is een Starbucks, middelmatige en doorgaans te zoete koffie, chocomel en gerelateerde aftreksels. Etenswaren zitten soms wel redelijke dingen tussen en de service en aankleding is doorgaans dik in orde.

Had een tall farpucino besteld en moest natuurlijk 10 cent betalen voor de plastic drinkbeker met dop, geen probleem. Toen het drankje klaar was werd deze in een kartonnen beker uitgeserveerd waar natuurlijk geen deksel op kon vanwege de slagroom, dit was omdat ze geen tall plastic bekers hadden... Ik mocht om deze reden niet de bus in van de chauffeur dus ik kwam te laat voor mijn afspraak en ik moest 10 cent meer betalen voor iets wat ik uiteindelijk niet kreeg... De dame van kassa stond erbij, keek ernaar en deed niks

We like the Starbucks standard and good size coffee. Not the best coffee but a standard we appreciate a lot when we choose to visit Starbucks . This branch had good service, a quiet spot to catch up with online jobs when travelling and visiting Rotterdam. Also Starbucks always have plant alternatives to dairy milks.
