There was one other couple in the restaurant when we arrived. The service was very attentive and pleasant. It took a little long to get the food, you have to order sauce and a side dish on the side, but the food was very good. Ordered medium (type more than in the picture on the menu), but got it medium rare. In any case, it was very good food, somewhat lacking accessories. Cozy 😊

Simple restaurant that is overpriced for the price of the dishes. Everything is overpriced with supplements at +5€, sauces at 3.95€, a salad barely 100 grams (7€) which are included in the menu in other Argentinian restaurants nearby. The price per person was €32 (starter + main course) for average service, very long waiting time (40min). The cuisine is not exceptional for the price you spend there, the service is average, the presentation of the dishes needs to be reviewed. Finally, if you want to pay more for average service, you've come to the right place. If you see anyone in the restaurant, you will understand.

Nos alojamos en Amsterdam por 4 noches y pasamos 2 noches para cenar aquí. La primera vez fue Navidad, pedimos costillas de cerdo y pechuga de pollo. La segunda vez pedimos un filete y pechuga de pollo de nuevo. La comida es muy deliciosa, la carne es lo suficientemente jugosa. También puede elegir no tener la guarnición para disfrutar plenamente de la principal. Este es el restaurante familiar, todo el personal es muy amable y servicial! Sin duda volveré a visitar la próxima vez en Amsterdam!

We have a super great christmas dinner in this restaurant. We ordered spare ribs with bbq sauce and the chiken breast with pepper sauce. Both of the food are very good!! You can freely choose the side dish and the bread. We did not try those because we always cant finish the set dinner in Europe. :’) But we still ordered the cream puff as dessert which is also very delicious! Recommend👍🏼

We had a delicious meal for an affordable price. The spare ribs were fried nice and crispy and the taste was very good. The fries that were served with it were also very tasty. The atmosphere was fine and the service friendly. The sandwich with herb butter beforehand was also very tasty. In short, a great place to enjoy a nice meal away from the hustle and bustle.

With so many Argentinian steakhouses to choose from it was tough for us to pick. We found this one on a whim and it was hands-down the best decision we made. The best homemade Argentinian steak sauce we’ve ever had and the steak was cooked to perfection. Highly recommend!!

We ordered a take away and were happy to wait outside for the order. But the owner insisted that we come in and get comfortable while they prepared our food. They were so kind and polite that we wish we had stayed for a sit down meal. The food (we had ribs) was also delicious, and was prepared freshly but in a reasonable amount of time. Thank you!

This was by far the best food that we had during our stay in Amsterdam. Everything was incredibly fresh including the warm bread. Family owned, the service is fantastic. Our only regret is that we found this place on our last night. We would highly recommend this place to anyone.

I just ate something small here. The chicken wings and the garlic Bread. It was really delicious!!! Highly recommended, definitely come here. The two owners of this restaurant were very sweet and the service was great! I will definitely go here again!

Very bad, Few Lots of money Going somewhere else now

The shop owners were extremely down to earth and friendly. They kept coming by to ask how everything tasted and how things were doing, making the patrons feel welcome and relaxed. Food was pretty good, but took quite a while to come out (roughly one hour) with only two tables occupied. During our time there, we only saw three tables total including us dining there, which might pose as a negative indicator as to the status of the restaurant. The portion sizes were okay, but a shame the sides and sauces cost extra considering nearby steakhouses include condiments and sides for roughly the same price. The items were a bit overpriced for their worth. I really hope for them to succeed, but I would recommend revising the menu a bit - the house special steak, the "best", could be placed on the first page, which would immediately catch the eye of the customers. Secondly, a lack of a drink menu is a shame, as I'm sure drinks are good profit making items. Lastly, to differentiate this steakhouse from the other nearby competitors, perhaps promoting more Argentine dishes or preparing the dishes to make it more authentic would be a possibility.

Walked in with a group of six and the restaurant was able to accommodate us. Great specials and the steak was delicious. Family run restaurant so service was good but only one person serving. Would use again as everyone loved the food.

De bestelde rode St. George steak was precies goed gegrild. Zoals ik hem wil: rood van binnen en rondom een mooi bruine, licht krokante korst. Ook de gebakken aardappelpartjes waren krokant van buiten, lekker zacht van binnen en licht gekruid. De salade was vers bereid en van zichtbaar zelf gesneden groenten. De dressing vulde de smaak goed aan en overheerste niet de verse en frisse smaak zoals ik dat in andere restaurants wel vaak meemaak.

Una encantadora empresa familiar con un servicio súper amable (le dará toda la información que necesita y le ofrecerá sugerencias, pero no se vende difícilmente) y buena comida. Teníamos salmón y costillas. El salmón era muy fresco y de sabor encantador, un tamaño decente, las costillas eran tan sabrosas, del tamaño justo y simplemente se cayó del hueso sin la necesidad de ni siquiera roer los huesos. Las verduras vienen como un lado, tuvimos una ensalada y la patata, nada especial, pero un buen complemento a un hermoso principal. El chef también hizo una aparición para asegurarse de que estábamos contentos con nuestra comida, un toque muy agradable y muy humilde, aunque el orgullo de su cocina era obvio. Basándonos en nuestra experiencia estaría muy contento de recomendar este lugar.

No drinks menu, eating took quite a long time even though we were the only ones in the restaurant. The food was then brought incomplete and the chicken fillet I ordered was okay, but only average and too expensive because the sauce and side dish had to be ordered separately. Service also inadequate but still nice.

I can say enough about how DELICIOUS the food was here ! The Ribs were THE BEST IVE EVER HAD ANYWHERE and I've traveled a lot..... But the steak was the real star of the show ! I highly recommend this place. The owner and his wife were a delight and very accommodating.

Very nice place for lunch or dinner in the Center (mostly for meat lovers). The Argentinian beef (St Georges steak) was perfectly cooked, and delicious with the chimichurri sauce. My wife took the grilled chicken, and it was outstanding as well. The staff is friendly and smiling. I will definitely return there when I'm back in Amsterdam.

Over priced and poor food quality. The calamari was low quality. Frozen imitation. French fries also bad. Small portions. And we smelled like fried kitchen oil when we left. The kitchen smoke hovered in the dining area. The owner is nice and kind. But a low budget operation.

On a recent visit to Amsterdam, my mum and I visited this restaurant on the way back to our hotel after a busy day. We were well-taken care of, especially with my mum’s allergy to gluten. The owner was very knowledgeable about each of the dishes and offered her a number of options. He then assured us that he would cook her dish personally and use separate utensils. I am also a fussy eater and didn’t see much for myself - the owner then offered to cook me a chicken dish that wasn’t on the menu so that I too was catered for. The owner, his wife and his son were all very accommodating and made sure that our visit and meal was one to remember. My mum now claims that this restaurant’s ribs are the best she has ever tasted! Thank you all for such a wonderful experience, we will be sure to return if we are ever back in Amsterdam.
