Torii sushi in Wijk 02 Noordwest

The food was excellent, hot, and tasted fresh. However, delivery took over two hours longer than anticipated. After contacting the customer service, they promised to add something extra to the order, which ultimately didn't happen.

Just ordered from this restaurant. After waiting an hour and a half, I tried to call to ask where my order was. After dozens of attempts, they finally answered. I was told, "Yes, ma'am, I'll take a look." But then I was put on hold and had to hang up. I then called again countless times to find out where my order was. After 30 minutes, I was told my order wasn't even ready yet! So, I waited 2.5 hours for nothing. The order was canceled.

Just like last time, we waited over 2.5 hours for our food. After 1.5 hours, we called and the order was ready to be picked up. The food still took an hour.

If I could give this place a 0, I would. I ordered on UberEats and waited for 2+ hours before cancelling it. Before I cancelled, I tried getting into contact with the restaurant to no avail, they had stopped answering calls. 15 minutes after I cancel my order, the delivery driver comes with the food, which I decline, of course, since I cancelled the order. When I asked the delivery driver why he was late he told me “If you have a personal problem, keep it to yourself.” Avoid ordering from this place at all costs, and save yourself a headache.

Scam alert! Restraint cancelled the order and charged a cancellation fee, no food arrived.

The rolls are quite small, and unfortunately, they weren't prepared properly. It seems like half the job was done. However, the service was normal. The food certainly wasn't what you'd expect for your money.

Just ordered. NEVER, EVER GET YOUR SUSHI HERE: poor communication, 1.5 hours late after a delivery of 30 to 50 minutes! Didn't get chopsticks. They don't answer the phone. Sushi is not tasty! Too expensive for the quality.

Ordered via Uber, now the second time an incomplete order... food without chopsticks soy sauce ginger and wasabi delicious man ... just like ordering pasta bolognese and only getting pasta without bolognese.... Shrimp were also cold and also delivered without sauce. Ordered extra soy but that was no use. Then you get 1 euro refunded, what a service.

Ordered here for the first time, normally I order/eat sushi elsewhere. This is honestly not recommended, the sushi falls completely apart (see photo) and unfortunately does not taste as it should.

We were really looking forward to sushi, but the food never arrived. So we didn't have dinner and it was also unfortunate that all other restaurants were closed by now. What a mess there.

Food delivery is very late they blame it on uber but they somehow keep making excuses like the address is wrong or smth and orders are always late for more than 2 hours. Trying to call now its blocked the number of the store and they took my money

This is really delicious sushi! We had it delivered, and the ebi roll was even still a little warm! Extremely tasty.

Second time in six months that I order here (this time not for delivery from Uber but from the website for pickup) and the restaurant turns out not to be open. It was indicated through all conceivable channels that the restaurant was open. Contacted the branch on the Nachtegaalstraat and they were helpful by telephone, so I had my food in about 45 minutes. Thanks for that, next time I'll go straight to the nightingale

Ordered sushi for the first time here, delivery time should be 20-40 minutes. After ordering it became 1hr and after waiting 1.5 hours it finally arrived. nobody answered the phone because store was closed already, kinda frustrating. The food tasted good, decent amount of chicken.

Poor quality Sushi not fresh. Better you buy in the supermarket, it is even tastier. Salmon tuna taste was not fresh.

Very silly of that guy Tom below/above to criticize a new restaurant like that without first contacting the restaurant itself and using a technical error by Über to denigrate the restaurant before it has even started. Everything looks good! We hope for tasty, generous dishes & are especially looking forward to the Vegan dishes. Welcome to the neighborhood & good luck! :D

50 euros debited and then immediately canceled the order. Uber Eats indicates that I will not get that money back... SO NEVER ORDER HERE!
