Overcooked my steak and tried to gaslight me into believing that medium well has absolutely no pink in it.

Food was really good, we had the scallops and titaki to start which was amazing (unfortunately the caviar was not avaliable which was what we originally wanted) We both had bison steak for main, both were delicious, abiet we like it medium rare, and it was more rare. Even though becuase its such a good cut of meat we both enjoyed it irrelevent. Really friendly staff, just a shame it was so quiet as it lets the atmosphere down a little.

Had dinner there with some colleagues, super delicious food, a very sweet waitress, and we ate a lot and well too. Not too expensive either, so definitely recommended!!!

Ate here yesterday Service good / friendly Food - the steaks were of good quality, deliciously tender, really superb But what I don't understand. The toilets were very dirty, stench, really filthy. That simply shouldn't be allowed. What is also very odd is that you get two cups of tea, and you get a tea box shoved in your face with a hodgepodge of various brands of tea, including tea bags from Albert Heijn. How simple can it be? Get in the car and get a decent tea box at Makro. But, the steaks were superb

We had a wonderful dinner at TDQ Steaks. The cooking, quality, and tenderness of the meat were outstanding, almost like Turkish delight. The salad was very fresh and delicious, while the mashed potatoes were average. A big thank you to the staff for their attentiveness and friendliness; we were definitely very pleased with the experience.

The excessive waiting time and poor service really affected the whole experience. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this place based on the service we received.

The restaurant is delicious and located in a quiet area close to the city center. It has both indoor and outdoor seating. The dishes in the photos are absolutely delicious. For me, it's one of the best restaurants in Amsterdam because I found it difficult to find a place that serves such delicious food that we can truly enjoy, not just fast food. The staff is very friendly and eager to serve you and provide the best experience. Most importantly, they have many halal options for meat lovers.

They gave me a table for one as I requested: alone, do i could speak with my wife on the phone. They did not mind; instead they provided geeat service and info. The chef was extra nice, providing ideas and overseeing how I ate everything. Relaxed, no pressure, great food. The beef tataki and Scottisch beef is amazing. Also, the chocolate dessert is even better while served warm. Come and see.

A good place to eat good meat. The appetizers aren't very good, and the desserts leave a lot to be desired. Overall, though, it's good; knowing Amsterdam, it's not bad.

Tender and delicious steaks. The chimichurri and horseradish sauces were the perfect compliment. Shanta was our server and she was so nice and knowledgeable! I think this is the first time my mom has cleaned her plate in years.

Servers where pretty nice but the food is tasteless, stake clearly smells overdate and was not good. They sold us a bottle of water which was filled with tap water, after complaining they gave us a new one and that one was a new one. Nice people but terrible food

It was our first time in Amsterdam, and we were just walking around when we spotted TDQ Steaks and decided to give it a try. We’re so glad we did! The atmosphere was warm, cozy, and very welcoming. The staff were friendly, attentive, and paid great attention to every detail. A special thank you to Osian for making our visit even more enjoyable with his excellent service! And the steak… wow! It was absolutely amazing. I have never eaten such a delicious steak before. We truly enjoyed our time there. Thank you to the whole team for doing such an amazing job. Tourist trap warning: we ate at this restaurant despite its good reviews, and we were extremely disappointed. The burger buns looked like they came straight from the supermarket next door, the cheese was just an unmelted processed cheese slice, and the steak had absolutely no flavor. If you’re a fan of good burger meat, keep walking.

Here you can enjoy exquisite steaks... the sauces are also of excellent quality. We were looking for one of the best steak restaurants, and coincidentally, this one was near our hotel. I enjoyed it SO much... tender, delicious in flavor, and a huge selection. A quality establishment. Also a wide wine selection from all over the world. A small tasting wine included. Incredibly nice atmosphere, lovely service, and I even gave the chef a wave and a thumbs up. On top of that, a central, cozy location.

It was my last day in Amsterdam and I wanted to treat myself to a nice dinner and saw they had some good steaks and reviews. Unfortunately my experience with the steak was not so great. Ordered the A5 Wagyu , medium rare, it did not arrive medium rare. It came on a plate with a singular cherry tomato and three beans. It was way too overcooked and greasy, my throat was facing repercussions from how greasy it was and I was still coughing a few hours after. Its quite a bummer since the staff were very lovely and all the other side dishes was great but for a steak that costs 100 euros, I expected a better steak and better presentation. Maybe I would've had better luck with a normal steak but you shouldn't have A5 wagyu on the menu if you don't know how to prepare/cook A5 wagyu properly

Update: I posted the original review 4 years ago. We visited again today for a birthday celebration, and everything was perfect! The chef always welcomes us like we were family and makes us feel at home. The steaks were amazing as always, and they even served us a free dessert and sang happy birthday. Thank you guys! Superb steaks, lovely service. This is where we go to celebrate special occasions. Never got disappointed. Thank you and hope to visit again soon

We visited this restaurant on the first day when we arrived Amsterdam. The steak was good and we enjoyed the lively vibe very much. Hence we revisited on the last night again. Surprised that Camelia still recognises us and remembers my girl’s name. The food is delicious as expected. We will definitely come back when we visit Amsterdam again one day.

The food here was outstanding especially the starters and main course. Only regret was that I went with the bought in dessert instead of getting the in house made dessert as everything that was made in house was 5* quality. The Chrf was on point - Best scallops and crab cakes I have tasted in a very long time. The whole presentation was lovely. Main course meats cooked perfectly the way we asked. Our server Camilia was very attentive and very polite. Overall a highly enjoyable experience!!!
