I true the Irish , Canadian and Scottish cuts and the mango salad and everything was delicious. The stake was juicy and cooked exactly how I like it . The salad was very tasty and the ambience very luxurious and high class .

Fantastic award winning irish steak, perfectly done! Medium rare to perfection. Malbec is really good, but the pepper sauce on the house was not your usual mushroom sauce with a bit of cheap pepper. This is the real deal! Fantastic!!!

My husband and I died here on our last night in Amsterdam, everything was delightful, we were ushered to a private tucked away table for two in the corner, ambience was cozy and romantic. We started with tuna, carpaccio, and a bread basket that was outstanding! We had Argentinian fillets that were cooked to perfection. Our sides were also awesome, mashed potatoes, cream, spinach, sautéed mushrooms. We got a surprise treat of a crème brûlée from the staff. All in all a fantastic dining experience that I would recommend.

This was a huge letdown. Very expensive and steak tasted a little off, maybe frozen or just old. Fries slewed basically just fried oil no potato. Sauces were basic and bland. Sorry but there are far better steak places around z

Not bad at all,but nothing like excellent. We chose the place in a spontaneous decision when we were at the entrance. The idea was to discuss some topics while we had a good steak, but it was difficult since the waitress did not stop interrupting.

This steakhouse is located in Spuistraat, near Dam Square. It serves beef from various countries, and what's interesting is that they display the flag of each region (similar to a Japanese children's lunch). This one is from Scotland. It's medium rare and very filling, so you really get the feeling that you're eating meat. They also have a wide selection of wines. A full-bodied red wine pairs perfectly with meat. There's also an open terrace in front of the street, and if the season is nice, I recommend eating there. By the way, they also serve Kobe beef (Wagyu). Japanese people don't need to eat here, though.

Cold, uncozy, tasteless, and expensive restaurant. We were shocked by the presentation of the dishes—salads (mango and tomato) were served on dessert plates, with no hint of aesthetics (just chunks of something roughly chopped), and completely flavorless. The baked potato was another disappointment—first, they brought the potato with sour cream, and only 20–30 minutes later did they serve the garlic butter that was supposed to accompany it. The meat was mediocre at best, and honestly, embarrassingly bad for a restaurant that specializes in meat dishes. The bill was outrageous, and there was absolutely no enjoyment.

Not a bad steakhouse. Large wine list with a huge selection of wines priced from several tens to several thousand euros per bottle. Very friendly staff - the waitresses are originally from Bangladesh. The meat was tasty, but the presentation and plating of the dishes was disappointing; it looked unaesthetic; even the flags of the countries from which the meat was used for the steaks stuck into the dishes did not help. But this is the only complaint - everything else was good.

One of the worst memories in a "restaurant". The staff was very roude and not professional at all. Not only they never bring our order, even though we were the only new customers, so they had only our order to prepare, I started staring at them because they didn't give any attention to our table that was empty even we were there about one hour, and only then they asked if we want something, 45 minutes after we ordered. I said that i want my order, they said you have not ordered or probably we forgot you. And then, after the waitress left, she started laughing with her colleagues looking at us. I called her and I said this is not funny and she continued laughing. My behavior after that was a bit roude because they were laughing and they never asked sorry. I can understand that they might forget an order (even this is a very expensive "restaurant") but, at least they could ask for a sorry!!! if they had done that i wouldn't say anything. I hope this only happened to me. Because of the BEHAVIOR AND NOT the mistake, that can happen to any working person, I would never go there again or at any of the brand's restaurants. Thank you for that bad experience

Toro Dorado located at Spuistraat 3d, 1012 SP Amsterdam, Netherlands is one of the very best of the best Steak Houses I have ever been to. Quite a variety of Prime Steaks from different Continents here. My highest recommendation!

Das Essen ( Steaks) waren gut , aber recht teuer. Wir bekamen Bier welches sehr schlecht war ( abgestanden). Als wir dies Ansprachen brachte man uns frisches . Es ist sehr wenig Platz , wir konnten kaum sitzen oder durchgehen .

Beste steak die ik ooit heb gegeten. Vlees is van zeer hoge kwaliteit. Ze hebben een goede en uitgebreide menu kaart. De appetizers , side dishes en dessert zijn ook echt van top kwaliteit . Hun drank menu is ook erg uitgebreid en erg lekker . het is een mooi en gezellige restaurant. De werknemers die daar werken zijn erg aardig en verlenen goede service. De chefs in de keuken zijn ook gespecialiseerd in hun vak en zijn erg vriendelijk ! De eigenaar is echt een hele warme en gezellige man en je kan flink lachen met hem! Het is echt een aanrader om daar te eten en een Hele ervaring wat je echt moet hebben geproeft.
