War sehr gut und schnell. Sehr zu empfehlen und zum weitersagen. Ich würde nochmal herkommen. Die Kellnern waren sehr gut und nett.

Ein wirklich gelungenes Dinner. Wir hatten Rib-Eye-Steaks. Alle 3 perfekt auf den Punkt. Innen perfekt außen tolle Kruste und Röstaromen. Der Service war sehr zuvorkommend. Von uns 5 Sterne für den schönen Abend und für die Kunst, sehr gutes Fleisch sehr gut zuzubereiten.

We visited this restaurant on Valentine's Day, and it was truly the best dining experience we've had in Amsterdam so far. The staff was incredibly professional, warmly welcoming us and ensuring we had everything we needed throughout our meal. Ricardo is an exceptional host, making our evening even more special. Very slow, had to wait 40' to get my dish. I order bife de Chorizo but i received a worse cut. Couit only half of the meat, the rest i could not cut. No drama, but i Will not come again here.

Very nice steak, I had a ribeye. Was beautifully prepared and came with nice accompaniements. The traditional Argentinian sauce wasn't very authentic though, amd i missed the traditional chimichurri sauce, but the served sauce still tasted very good. Overall, very good meats, nice atmosphere, good Colombian(not Argentinian) music, the waiters could smile more🙂. A place and food to repeat!

Unfortunately, we went according to the comments and evaluation, and the shock was the bad taste, the price was high, and the waiter was not tactful in giving the visitor options in ordering, and he was not in the mood to serve it based on steak, but 10/1.

We were disappointed in the waiter service and the food in general. The waiter was not friendly, even though this is an Argentinean restaurant, no one speaks Spanish. Wouldn't come back here.

Last minute meal on new years night for the anniversary. Absolutely amazing. Had the 300g fillet steak medium rare. Amazing cut of steak, great size and cooked to perfection. Soft, juicy and worth it with exceptional service who don't bother you and pester you meanwhile. Very reasonable bill aswell. Shame I'm leaving or id come back again. Thank you

Unfortunately, we had booked a table in advance (which was confirmed), when we got there, they told us that there was only one free table outside (at 10 degrees). They said that we can even wait until there is a free space, luckily approx. We were seated within 20 minutes. There were no tables for 7 people, and we were not allowed to push 2 adjacent tables together, so 2 people sat separately from the company. After we got the menu, it took ~30 minutes before someone finally looked at us, and after ordering ~30 minutes again before we got our order. I asked for rare steak variations, and one of them turned out to be well done, which I don't think is allowed in a steak house. The food was still delicious but the service would not make me go back again.

We wanted to order drinks again after the big meal. We weren't allowed to do that and had to pay so that other customers could still get in (without a reservation at 9:30 p.m.). The steak wasn't cooked to the right point.

Poor services We sat there for 15 minutes without setting our desk , 5 times ask to take the order still walk away. The waitress just clean up the other table and set tables for other. Ignoring us. Never come again Don't go.

Our family went for dinner at Villa Maria and it was absolutely perfect. My son is Celiac (allergic to gluten / wheat) and he could eat all the meats (steaks ribs sausages) as well as the fries and salad/veg. Obviously he couldn’t eat everything on the menu like the onion rings or tiramisu (ate the banana split) but regardless, the whole meal was fantastic especially for my son!! Definitely a go to place for gluten allergy with something delicious for the rest of the family to eat!!!! Bravo!!!

I had a fantastic meal here. I chose the chicken and rib combo served with fries. It was all cooked to perfection. I can see why this place has such a great score and it's fully deserved. The staff were really friendly, incredibly attentive and efficient. I had my food around 10 minutes after ordering. I washed it down with a couple of draught Heineken. I would definitely come and eat here again the next time I visit the city. Highly recommend the Villa Maria Steakhouse.

If you come to a steak house, there should only be one consideration, the steak. We both had perfectly cooked, tender, medium ribeyes. I would definitely recommend here.

The rump steak and rib eye were good. The empanadas were amazing. A shame the fries are not homemade. They asked us if we wanted salad which we said yes to thinking that would come on the plate as a side but they brought a salad plate (not appealing) which costed 7.5 euros. That's quite a tourist trap. If I wanted a salad I would have asked for it.

THE STAFF IS GREAT. IT'S ALL CAPS BECAUSE IM INTERNET SHOUTING THIS AT YOU!!! Have the Tenderloin. Have the Chorizo appetizer. Have anything on the menu because it's all incredible. The texture, the cook on the meat, the flavors and blends in the dishes...it's unreal. Charming and quaint atmosphere, nails the Argentinian steakhouse theme. THE. REAL. DEAL. You're welcome in advance for one of the finest meals of your lives folks.

When we enter the environment, they do not sit where we want, They cooked the meat together with the shrimps, the two mixed together, it's disgusting, it's not worth the price!

We went there to try the steak precisely and it was beyond our expectations. The ribeye was delicious. so was the Cesar salad and the cheeсеcake. Many thanks to Ricardo for his hospitality and the Sambucas!

We booked a table and visited this restaurant on 5May for dinner with 3. I was quite disappointed with my chicken dish with sweet chili sauce. The steak dish for the rest of us looked okay. The waiter looked bored and unhappy. The overall experience wasn’t great for the money paid.

The good: definitely the food. Steak (Bife de Chorizo) was made to perfection! The chicken fillet was also wonderful. Meat empanadas were very good, this is a fried variation which can be found in Argentina, although I personally prefer them oven-baked. Classic Argentinian music playing, giving the right atmosphere. The bad: where is the Chimichurri?! Having been raised to Argentinian parents, I know that no steak is served without Chimichurri. Ever. Period. Also, the Chorizo doesn't resemble a real Argentinian Chorizo. It was OK, I guess, but lacked authenticity. Same goes for the salad we got as a side dish. I know this is The Netherlands, but Argentinian salad dressing is vegetable oil and vinegar, not garlic mayo. Sorry. The ugly: upon entering the restaurant, you are welcomed by a strong moldy odor, that to this minute I'm not sure how we managed to stay there and have dinner. Something must be done with that ASAP. The restaurant decor seems too old and a renovation is well due. All in all, our experience was positive, but if you're looking for a real Argentinian experience, you better look elsewhere. If all you care about is mouthwatering steaks, then this place is great.

The food at Villa Maria is highly recommended, it is beautifully served and the taste is delicious. And you will also be served quickly and the waiters will come by regularly to pick up the dirty plates and glasses. I had carpacio as a starter and 200 g of beef tenderloin as a main course and this was enough. Enjoyed it. Highly recommended.

Honestly just don't go here. Food was nothing special generally but the veggie option for one of our partybwas the worst veggie fish ever. Service was awful which killed the atmosphere.

Top quality meat! The tenderness of this 300g rib eye is unparalleled. If you are daring, take it rare/blue and pair it with grilled tomatoes and pepper sauce for a taste buds' heaven. Enjoy it while listening to latino rhythms and sounds. The service is prompt and very kind.

Very Bad experience. I ordered steak and some rise as side dish; steak was good, but the rice was terrible.. no taste, dry and with very low seasoning. But the real problem were the waiters.. very rude, aggressive and without the basic principles of education, they didn’t even say goodbye to us while exiting, they just ignored us without any reason.
