Delicious food, made with passion! Really the best Italian restaurant I know! Especially the octopus spaghetti was delicious, and the chef's pizza is also a nice surprise! I recommend it.

Best carpaccio sandwich I've ever eaten

Fantastic, fantastic and even more fantastic food at sorridi 👍🏽 We ate here with a whole group, a big 10 Delicious dishes, fresh pasta, pizza, salads and snacks. Highly recommended...! Every dish had a great taste, Culinary experience. Very good price/quality ratio. Very nice owner, he does it with a lot of love and passion. We will definitely come back ✌🏽

Recently came here for dinner with the family and fell in love with this place. Authentic and delicious food, from pizzas and pasta to sandwiches and salads. Really not normal good food. The service was also great! Will definitely keep coming here!

I thought I had already posted a review a few weeks ago, but I forgot afterwards. Sorridi is one of the tastiest of recent times. The pizza is delicious, tried different sandwiches, all tasty. And also delicious ravioli. It's just a shame that my brother still has boycott brands on drinks. I think that is a drawback. But still worth 4 stars, because everything is delicious, both lunch and dinner. And he is always very friendly!

We had an extensive meal with his 5th birthday. The owner took a big risk by indicating....you don't have to order anything, but you will be completely taken care of! A very big compliment, the food was really amazingly good and delicious!!! And the non-alcoholic drinks too! Pizza could have been a little crispier and a little less cheese......but certainly considering price/quality, the food was still a 9.5...partly thanks to the Italian chef. Owner is super sweet and hospitable. Disadvantage, we had to go to the toilet across the street and it was very cold in the place because the door kept opening. There were also people with their coats on and that didn't make it any more pleasant. But the owner was such a great person and the food was so good...definitely 5 stars!!! I will DEFINITELY come back when the weather is nicer and when the toilet is ready!!

Very pleasant WhatsApp contact for delivery on January 1. Good information about the food on offer. Because delivery was a little earlier than agreed and we only got home shortly afterwards, some dishes may have cooled down a little more than necessary, but that is really a minor issue.

A real trattoria where a lot of food is taken away, but where you can also eat on site. Approximately 8 tables. Owner gives us a warm welcome. Opted for surprises from the chef. Delicious! Enjoyed really good carpaccio, buffalo mozzarella, various pastas and a delicious thin pizza. Recommended! And within walking distance of the theater. Oh, and we were given a delicious treat for dessert.

Very nice place to taste real Italian food in the Netherlands. Food was of the best quality, super tasty and freshly made. We didn't have much time and didn't know what to choose. So we trusted the owner's taste. We ended up tasting salad, ravioli, pizza and other entrees. And everything was very tasty!

The people are nice and the food was ok, I liked the carpaccio and the ravioli. However the atmosphere was atrocious. The place was deathly cold, other guests were watching videos out loud on their phones, while the kitchen had an actual nuclear meltdown alarm going almost the entire meal. I asked the owner to stop it and he said it was for Thuisbezorgd. Not sure what that means, but I honestly couldn't wait to get out of there. Certainly not worth 65e. No toilet either, so be aware of this.

Ate at Sorridi and really enjoyed it! The chicken pizza was delicious, with the perfect balance of flavors and a crispy crust. The arancini was also wonderfully crispy on the outside and creamy on the inside, just as it should be. Service was very friendly. Definitely recommended for anyone who likes authentic Italian flavors

The food is amazing! The portion of my pasta (pesto e pollos) is very BIG! I could not finish it, but because it is tasty, I took away the leftovers. :) The price is quite fair-cheap, compared to most Italian restaurants in AMS. Hereby an additional comment from my boyfriend: “HEERLIJK!”

The salads are wonderfully fresh, the handmade sandwiches are a delight, and the pastas – especially those with ricotta – are truly delicious. The pistachio cannolis are simply heavenly. The pizzas have a thin, crispy base and are topped with fantastic toppings. Definitely recommended! Even the drinks are authentically Italian. The prices in relation to the quality are unparalleled. A place where you really get value for your money.

This is a lovely little Italian place where they serve the most delicious Italian sandwiches/buns which they bake from scratch. We had the carpaccio bun and the chicken pesto bun; both were exquisite! The place has indoor and outdoor seating on a quiet square right across the theatre (and the library). So perfect for a meal before the show. They do lunch and dinner as well, but we came here for breakfast. All meals are halal. Perfect service. Definitely recommend!

This is not a fancy Italian restaurant, but a trattoria with delicious food and excellent service. We were warned that three pizzas for three people would be too much. We didn't believe it, but we should have. The pizzas are indeed quite large. Most importantly, they are amazingly delicious, the best we have tried in Amsterdam. The Italian lemonades and juices are very tasty, the coffee is excellent, and the cantucci with the coffee is wonderful. I think it's also worth coming here just to buy these wonderful Italian products to take home.

If someone has a passion for food, you can taste it immediately. What an asset to Osdorp! Delicious, fresh (homemade!) breads, with plenty of choice of toppings. If you can't choose, let yourself be advised and surprised. Friendly people. Absolutely recommended.

Wonderfully fresh ingredients and your food is prepared with care by the passionate owner. The business is a bit small and I hope they can expand soon. It's more than worth the food!!

¡Me encanta este lugar! Visito Sorridi así y luego con mis dos hijos, ya que vivimos cerca en Osdorp. Realmente recomiendo este lugar. El propietario es un tipo muy agradable, que sirve deliciosa comida italiana. Grandes bocadillos, buen café y cannoli muy sabroso. Si quieres sentarte a descansar en medio de la (a veces) concurrida zona de Osdorpplein, este es el lugar para estar.

We arrived just before closing time, but we still ate 3 delicious pizzas. He makes the pizzas with care and puts quality first. We had a chat with the owner and we decided to definitely come here again to try his pasta. He will soon come with a new menu! He is continuously improving and listens carefully to his customers. A small disadvantage, which he cannot do much about, is that it is busy outside, which makes you eat in a hurry.

Ate a sandwich here for the first time today. I have to say that this is one of the tastiest caprese sandwiches I have eaten. Fresh bread and ingredients. Recommended.

Just had dinner here with my family and it was very tasty. The pizza base was incredibly fresh. A real rich pizza with a crispy Italian thin base. As you can read, we really enjoyed it. The canaloni were also very tasty. The owner is very attentive and customer-friendly. A place worth repeating!

What a spectacular find! This unassuming locale just outside of Amsterdam city centre is hiding a treasure trove of homemade Italian dishes and desserts. The owner of the business is manning the pizza oven himself, serving a top quality Neapolitan pizza. The desserts are also definitely worth trying!

We went there for dinner because of the good reviews. The staff is very friendly and attentive. In our case we ordered the chicken, funghi and porcinni pizza. It was quite loaded with ingredients but the portions with spinach greatly overshadowed the flavor of the rest of the ingredients. On the other hand, the dough is very flat and without alveoli, which also affects the flavor.

Unbelievable that something like sorridi can be found in Osdorp! It was wonderful. I had dinner there on the recommendation of a friend... and it has now certainly become a regular place that I will visit more often. food was a 10/10. coffee was really tasty too. and the cookie I got with it too! pizza was divine. and the lasagna to take home was really great too. I asked for a coke with the pizza and I could get it! but... was also offered an alternative! instead of cola, an Italian drink with blood orange. It was so delicious that I also took it home. all in all a great experience. and my appreciation to the owner! Nice guy and nice place to enjoy a delicious meal at your leisure for a very reasonable price

Did not expect to have the best pizza in my life in the Nederlands. I visited Oct 5, 2023 and the staff were extremely friendly and accommodating, and the pizza diavola was to die for, I still dream about it.

Delicious, delectable, top notch Italian food! they have several vegetarian options and everything is freshly prepared and is absolutely a banger. We tried both, cream sauce ravioli and red sauce ravioli. It was superb! Desserts are wonderful too. Portion sizes are amazing for the price and can’t be better than this. I would definitely recommend it to anyone who likes Italian cuisine. Owner is humble and welcoming, is always good with his suggestions. They have plenty of sitting area outside as well, for summer days. Only thing which can be improved is: it can be more cozy!

A friend of mine has passed by several times and recommends this place. The first time I ate the carpaccio sandwich was really delicious. Today I had the sarrido sandwich, I think, with avocado, chicken fillet and spinach and some other things. The coffee is honestly not that good, but the owner is a great guy. friendly person that makes it more fun to come, I give such people the money because you get quality in return, quite large sandwiches for an average of 9 euros. I will definitely come back more often and recommend it to everyone, especially if you sometimes want to empty your head and have some peace and quiet. I can recommend this place, quite nicely decorated too.
