full vegan menu with many chicken/veg curries, snacks and sides. Massive portion, one was enough to share. Great elderflower beer too and lovely service

I should have read these reviews before I placed order via Uber. False delivery timing, 1 hour late as you can see with the time on my phone vs delivery time written on the Uber app. I called at 18:45, I was told the delivery is on the way, I called again at 19:00, I told them I’ll cancel this order and the female staff agreed but Uber called the restaurant and they ignored calls from Uber, as you can read in the screenshot. When they took a call from Uber once, they told Uber that I cannot cancel. I’m already furious about the fact that Uber has this restaurant on the selection even. Ordered garlic Nan and delivered normal Nan.

I really regret ordering food from here. You can order their food through Uber Eats and please don't let the rating fool you. It didn't live up to my expectations. It was said that delivery takes 15-35 minutes, but in reality it took them 1 HOUR 50 MINUTES! don’t order food from here!

Name on the restaurant door: Dosa North & South Indian Restaurant. I was excited to try Vegan Indian Kitchen through a promotion via Thuisbezorgd. I ordered their Vegan Coconut Tofu Curry (Chef Special), which was listed under Vegan Rice Dishes. The curry unfortunately tasted Iike tomato sauce (which, looking at previous reviews, is not an uncommon occurrence) and it barely contained any tofu. Moreover, the description of my dish clearly stated “Served with 2 Indian naan breads”. Upon picking up my order, I did not find the two naan breads in the bag. After inquiring about them, staff told me that this is likely a mistake in the description and that I should not expect the naan breads to be included, given the promotion price. I once more mentioned that the description clearly stated the inclusion of two naan breads. Staff did not budge, and told me that I had to choose between rice and the naan breads. Quite a shame that the restaurant, apparently, shifts issues resulting from not having correct item descriptions onto their customers, instead of resolving them appropriately.

I don't say this often, but it's really gross!

Excellent food and fast delivery!

TLDR: i got food poisoning from this ‘restaurant’ I ordered from this restaurant on uber eats before realizing it was a cloud kitchen. I was unable to cancel the order through uber eats and called the restaurant directly, they said they would cancel it but I needed to contact uber eats to get my money back. About 20 minutes later the restaurant called and said my food was ready if I still wanted it. It was late and I was hungry after all so I decided to just accept it and avoid the headache with uber eats customer service. This was a huge mistake. About 8 hours later, I woke up in the early early morning with the urge the throw up. I tried to ignore it and go back to sleep but unfortunately, this was not just a random bout of nausea. This was the result of the previous’ nights mistake. As you can infer, I had the worst case of food poisoning I’ve ever had in my life and was completely bed/bathroom ridden the entire day. I worried I may have to get to a hospital, but thankfully about 12 hours later I was able to keep water down successfully. It took about 2 weeks for my digestive system to feel normal again. All in all, this was a horrible experience, please never order from cloud kitchens in general and especially not this restaurant if you care for your stomach at all.

Food isnt safe for human consumption

I ordered takeaway, 2 for 1 vegan butter "chicken". Unfortunately it was not good compared to other vegan butter "chicken" I have had in other places. It was mostly alot of sauce and a few small pieces of "chicken". Not worth the price even if it was 2 for 1. Im writing this because as a vegan I want vegan restaurants to serve amazing food, for vegans but also for the animals because amaxing vegan food will make non-vegans more likely to go vegan. Hoping the restaurant will use my feedback to improve.

The people on the phone were kind but sorry this food is simply really bad. Also the price is ridiculous for what it is.The curries all just taste like tomato sauce with some spices you make from the packages of the store and theres only these soya curls in there that taste awful, I would suggest to at least marinade them or do something to get rid of the soy curls flavor. The food is just bad, I would not recommend unless they change some things. Only thing that was okay was the garlic bread.

We have clearly fallen prey to some marketing aimed at exploiting vegan customers. While the concept is good, the execution falls terribly short. Our daughter specifically wanted to order here as she wanted a vegan chicken dish which advertised and on a two for one offer. Apparently, this simply meant splitting what a normal single order would be into two portions. Moreover, no rice was included and sold extra as a side for nearly €5. Outside of the deceptive marketing, the food was of mediocre quality. The worst aspect was the delivery. Using UberEATS it indicated a delivery time of up to 45 minutes and the actual delivery was nearly ONE HOUR AND 45 MINUTES! On top of the delayed, the delivery agent got the wrong address and blamed us for their inability to read the address correctly. When the food arrived it was cold, soggy and disappointing all around. Overall, it was an experience I deeply regret and wish I would have read the Google reviews before ordering.

We went there looking for an Indian restaurant with vegan options, did not disappoint! We ordered samosa, vegan chicken byriani and vegan butter chicken, they also brought us free poppadom and a mini potato dish as they were taking a bit long to serve us. Any chicken dish could be made vegan and they had regardless many vegetarian choices on the standard menu. The guy also still made us a 30% discount ( we thought we booked with the fork but we did a mistake on our side), very kind and very recommended! Ps. The place is called Dosa in reality, they have share kitchens, bit confusing as there is no sign outside saying vegan Indian kitchen, but trust them!

Ordered food from this place after a long day. Waited an hour. Called to ask when it would be delivered. They told me 10 more minutes. Waited another hour. Never arrived so I canceled. Waste of time.

Don’t go. Really disappointing. Clearly made to trap vegans. The food isn’t good. We ordered the Butter Chicken. What arrived was a box of sauce, with what can only be described as tiny slimy sliced up bits of tinned sausage inside. No flavor. Gross! Onion bhaji was an equal waste of money. Arrived cold, tiny, smushed up. Samosas were salty. Not worth the money. Wouldn’t eat here even if it was free. Clearly prepared by non-vegans who wouldn’t even eat this themselves.

Delivery Shockingly Bad However Food Amazing Should not be on a delivery app if they can not live up to the expectations of today’s customer needs.

Amazing place. My friend and I have ordered there many times and it has never disappointed. I don’t know why there are so many bad reviews because the food is amazing and portions are huge. I recommend the butter chicken and the samosas!!

We ordered the vegan butter chicken and it arrived 2.5 hours later. The butter chicken was too sweet and had no taste. The vegan chicken and naan were really chewy. A big disappointment.

Ordered 19:45, it’s 21:38 and we’re still waiting… if you don’t have capacity, don’t accept orders! Or at least answer the phone 🤷🏻‍♂️

Be careful of this place and do not order. We ordered from this restaurant on a random evening at 7:50 PM and although the indicative delivery timeline was between 8:50 PM, it did not arrive till 10:27 PM. Also the app was not showing any updates and the restaurant helpdesk was not giving any proper response. Bad experience and not recommended. Also the food arrived cold and the quality was horrendous. The paneer tasted like a week old and the naan was aweful. Moreover it was sweet, i mean sweeet like a desert. Total waste of money
