Soooooo delicious! The scent was terrific when I walked in, and somehow the meal was even better. Kind and friendly staff brought a smile too… Highly recommend!!

Yes, what can you say about it, delicious pizzas, the lasagna is great, they are always cheerful and it can be pleasantly busy, but there is always a seat left or I can take it with me to the boat 😍

Excelente servicio, los propietarios y el personal nos hicieron sentir bienvenidos. La comida era genial y servida sin largas esperas. Los precios eran muy razonables para la calidad, y todo el ambiente se sentía relajado y acogedor. El tiramisú era increíblemente fresco y fácilmente uno de los mejores que he probado. Muy recomendable para cualquiera que busque una comida italiana en la ciudad.

Look out for this sign :-) Very tasty and quaint restaurant. Everything (bruschetta, salad, various pizzas) was very tasty and freshly prepared. Be sure to try the homemade tirami su and limoncello. The crowning glory are the innkeepers! Highly recommended :-)

Este era un pequeño restaurante italiano perfecto! Queríamos un lugar muy cerca del Monet Garden Hotel para esta noche, y tan feliz que lo encontramos. Tuvimos suerte de entrar (fuimos justo a las 6 pm) sin reserva. Los propietarios son muy agradables y las pastas estaban recién hechas y cocinadas a la perfección. Teníamos la pasta de trufa y la pasta boloñesa. También me gustó mucho el Tiramisu. Sin duda recomiendo!

We were very surprised that this restaurant received such good reviews. Perhaps as Europeans who have already been to Italy, we are used to a higher standard, but we were also disappointed by the service and the ambience. Pizza didn't seem fresh and had almost no taste - forgot salt in the pizza dough? The restaurant is very small and already showing its age. The gentleman was somewhat friendly and accommodating, but the lady in service seemed very unmotivated and not well looked after... You could also tell that they are very dependent on the income, as they also accepted card payments and splitting very energetically and openly communicated that they still had to pay taxes, so cash would be better. However, it is clear that nowadays everyone wants to pay by card and that as a restaurant you should accept that. Would not recommend a visit!

Best Italian food since Italy. Husband and wife duo from Milan, make this restaurant a must visit for great, homemade meals from scratch. Outside of delicious Italian dishes, you must try their ribs-sweet or spicy. To die for…

We had spent the day walking around Amsterdam and unexpectedly stumbled across this place. What a wonderful find! The service was fantastic! I had a mushroom pizza that was quite delicious. They brought a bottle of hot sauce to the table that was the perfect match for the pizza. I would highly recommend this as a stop for either lunch or dinner!

I LOVE this Resturant! We spent 6 nights in amsterdam and tried this restaurant the first night! We ended up here 3 times during our trip and were beyond impressed with every dish and the staff who are so kind and have the best recommendations!! We brought our family here and they all loved it too!!! You will not regret eating here!!! It will be what I miss most about this beautiful city!!!!

A small Italian restaurant. I came in by chance to fill my stomach, it was great to encounter a good pizza👌🏻 Margerita pizza was delicious, tiramisu was average. When I come back for pizza, I will definitely stop by. Also, the staff is very friendly.

Lovely inviting little restaurant serving authentically Italian pasta and pizzas plus other mains options. The owner will recommend dishes and rightly so for the homemade tiramasu. House red wine in earthenware jugs was just the right accompinament.

Voor ons bezoek aan het Eonarium heerlijk gegeten in dit restaurant. Echt aan te raden voor als je Italiaans wilt eten. We komen hier zeker nog een keer terug om de tiramisu te proberen, want we moesten weg voor de voorstelling. Lieve mensen in de bediening, leuk kleinschalig restaurant.

Food was really tasty … Service was very slow so expect a long wait also on arrival received a message table cancelled but already at restaurant just walked 30 mins so wasn’t having that .. we got our table !!!! Authentic Italian but feel more aimed at local people hence bounced off booking at first.

So, it exists! The family-friendly Italian restaurant with the charming owner and the giant, quality meals that kids will actually eat is not dead yet. This is the Amsterdam version of this gift to humankind. Walk in, drop your loads and relax. My daughter (1) would like to add the had the biggest Calzone she had ever here, while daughter (2) states she had the best Margarita ever. And both are known to be discerning and opinionated. The lady of the house also lauded the charm, food and red wine. Even the location is lovely next to a small bike bridge.

Everything about Verena is five stars! The delightful Italian owners, the cozy atmosphere and the authentic meals. There were five of us including three kids and we all declared this one of the best Italian meals we have ever had. The garlic bread was divine, pizzas and calzone simple and delicious and the spaghetti aglio e olio was divine! Extra chilli sauce and oil was available. The wine and beer available perfectly complemented the meals and our kids also enjoyed a tiramisu at the end! If we didn’t live on the other side of the world, we would be back for sure.

Insane food and dessert. The truffle pasta melted in my mouth. Nothing compares to that. The Hawaiian pizza was off the charts and the bosses wife's homemade tiramisu was mouth watering to say the least. Surely to come again
