We had a lovely experience here on the first night of our trip, the restaurant is small and cosy which was perfect for the rainy weather. We ordered the salmon pasta and spag bol and both dishes were delicious as were the desserts. The service was spot on and we’ll most likely return at some point in our trip!

Five Stars – An Unforgettable Italian Dining Experience in Amsterdam! If you are visiting Amsterdam, you simply cannot miss this place! From the moment we walked in, we were welcomed with warm, genuine Italian hospitality from the entire team. Their generosity shines through—they even gave us extra generous portions of their delicious bruschetta to start. Knowing that they serve Halal meat was a huge plus for us. We tried the entrecôte, which was exceptionally tender and flavorful, along with their delicious chicken pasta and chicken burgers. Before our food even arrived, we overheard the table next to us raving about their meal, which gave us complete peace of mind—and they certainly delivered! We treated ourselves to their authentic tiramisu and a perfectly crafted cappuccino (in my book, testing the cappuccino is the true mark of a real Italian spot, and they nailed it). Beyond the food, the level of hygiene was spotless. As a rule, you can always judge a kitchen's cleanliness by how well they maintain their restrooms, and theirs were super clean. Even my daughters left so happy that they told me this restaurant deserves way more than 9 stars! To top it all off, they gave us a lovely gift on our way out. Unmatched warmth, amazing food, and incredible service. We will definitely be back for more!

As a tourist, I let my Italian father convince me to dine here... granting that I love food and cooking, the place is aesthetically pleasing, on a main road with lots of people passing by. Let's talk about the poor service from the only waiter, a bit absent-minded perhaps, who didn't bring us silverware once we'd ordered. When the dishes arrived, I had to ask for silverware, although it took him quite a while to get us to order. But that aside, he brought us a beer, which I would have preferred colder, but let's overlook that. I ordered a burger that was supposed to have bacon and some sort of mushroom sauce, and my dad ordered a meat-filled ravioli with tomato sauce. He didn't ask me how I wanted the meat cooked, which was the first red flag. It meant the meat was frozen. My dish consisted of potatoes soaked in oil (he didn't put salt on the table), which were flavorless. All you could taste was the oil, and the potatoes were like those at the MC. Okay, on the other side, a salad with 3 thickly sliced ​​cucumbers that tasted like seeds, a quarter of a tomato, which was probably the only decent thing, then arugula that I thought was at least 2 days old, or even more, which I couldn't tell was fresh. The iceberg lettuce, which I don't know if it was cut thin or how, was folded over on itself, as if someone wanted to tear it in half instead of cutting it. Then the "main course" was untoasted bread, soft bacon, a burger that, as I said, was bland, tasteless, overcooked, and some mushrooms taken from some Latina and placed there in the middle. That food had no flavor at all, I swear! I didn't try the ravioli, but my father was also quite unhappy with the dish. Granted, I'm not a chef—as I said, I love eating and cooking—but I felt cheated, primarily because of the quality, but especially because of the final bill. Two pieces of cheese (not grated, but thinly sliced) to put on the ravioli cost an extra €2. I left angrily because, to me, it was an insult to the name (Verona, therefore Italy). Offering dishes like that is an insult to Italy, but also to food.

The food was terrible. The portions were tiny for the price – stay away! On top of that, the owner adds some kind of service charge and bills you accordingly.

I have never experienced such a disgusting restaurant in my entire life. It was by far the worst restaurant experience we have ever had. We paid an unbelievable €54 for two pancakes, one American breakfast, two cappuccinos, and one Fanta. For that exorbitant price, you expect at least clean dishes and decent food—instead, we got the complete opposite. The cutlery was dirty for all three of us. There were even food scraps stuck to it. I immediately lost my appetite. This is simply disgusting and absolutely unacceptable. Anyone who doesn't even wash their cutlery properly makes you wonder what the kitchen must be like. The cappuccino cups were also smeared and dirty. The so-called cappuccino had nothing to do with a cappuccino—it was just extremely strong coffee. The pancakes were also burnt. The portions were ridiculously small. Even our 11-year-old daughter wasn't satisfied with the portions. Charging such exorbitant prices for these tiny portions is simply outrageous. I'm still kicking myself for spending money there. Every single euro was a complete waste. This restaurant was an absolute disaster for us – overpriced, unhygienic, and the food was abysmal. I strongly advise everyone to avoid this restaurant. There are countless other breakfast options in Amsterdam – don't waste your money here. It was a total disappointment for us, and we will definitely never set foot in that place again.

I accidentally ordered a burger with bacon, and when I mentioned that I don’t eat pork due to my dietary preferences, the staff immediately apologized and prepared a completely new burger instead of simply removing the bacon.
