Easy to do while shopping, small McDonald's

We received the order half an hour later than the time indicated. Fine, that can happen. But a burger was missing. It is impossible to get in touch with them in any way... calling, emailing, Facebook... super annoying and customer-unfriendly. The fries were also soggy, which I am not used to from them, so this was the very, very, very last time ordering here. Awaiting our refund... Do not order here!!!! If there is a problem, you simply don't get any help!

Terribly poor service. I waited an hour and a half, called, and was completely unreachable. Finally, they called back to say they'd forgotten our order. Twenty minutes later, we received a call back saying they couldn't find my house number. I explained this and told them I'd come outside. After standing outside for five minutes, I walked around and literally saw them trying to give it to a random person walking down the street. The food was also completely unfresh and cold. This restaurant should close.

Ordered via the website on February 17, never received the food, and can no longer get in touch with them.... Paid, of course. Never got my money back.
