We visited this place for the first time, and the staff was incredibly welcoming. The lady kindly explained everything in detail and helped us choose the products. She told us that we would cook them ourselves in the pot and mix the ingredients just the way we liked. Overall, it was a wonderful experience — very delicious and enjoyable!

The food is great, and staff makes it an amazing experience! 💕 We came to dinner with our mom who's visiting the country. When we casually mentioned that we're also celebrating her birthday, the staff made her a surpise party at the end of our dinner, with a birthday candle on one of the deserts, some little swag, and even sang for her with other customers also joining in! --talking of atmosphere 💕 Their attention to detail was already there when I dropped my chopstick earlier, and one of the staff heard it and brought a new one, before I could even ask for it. - The food is obviously great! There's plenty of options for broth, and then vegan or vegetarian ingredients, and meat. One tip: set up your phone's timer for suggested cooking time if you're not a hot pot pro :)

Good food, great experience. The staff was friendly and all correct. But the waitress that helped us was not smiling at all. Maybe just tired? She didn't do anything wrong, but was kind cold that way. Too bad. At the other Yuans location the waiters are always in a good mood.

My first experience with Hot Pot. Definitely worth repeating.

The staff was very sweet and attentive in general, but also in two specific instances. First, we ordered too much food and they asked us at some point whether they should keep on bringing food or not. I thought that was very sweet, because clearly, 'the more you sell, the more you earn'. Respect for not being pure capitalist, but also human. Second, one of us celebrated their birthday and the staff came out with a nice cake with a candle (which we had ordered) and a goodiebag (which they gave). They even sang and clapped along with the birthday singing. That was very touching. So, all in all, we had a great night, with yummie food and fantastic service.

Great atmosphere, be careful to watch the price which increases as the meal progresses but it was a good evening!

Ivy provided amazing service for us! The food was incredibly delicious. I've never tasted anything like that. They gave us beautiful panda headbands, gave us a wheel to spin and win prizes, and sang Happy Birthday to the table on our side.

Tried hotpot for the first time and it was a delicious and pleasant experience. You must have some affinity with Asian cuisine. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful.

Tonight we had a delicious meal at Yuan's Rijnstraat. It was really tasty. Meat was superb, dumplings great. We had the combination medium spicy with tomato soup, great! Highly recommended.

Great evening. Staff is very available and lovely. Buzzy atmosphere, many families, friends groups, couples... a bit of everything, and it all seems to work fine. Good selection of items for the hot pot.

We visited this place last year and decided to repeat this year. The food is delicious, but the space seems rather tight. We had the half and half soup and ordered a bunch of dumplings, meat platters and veggies.

I have been to various branches of Yuan Ji several times, but I haven’t been to this one for a year or two. After communicating with the waiter, he helped me adjust my seat and gave me a drink through a lucky draw, which was all very positive. Winter is suitable for hot pot.

Great experience and wonderful staff! Caters to all preferences - veg, non veg, sea food, vegan. Very different concept. The only thing is that you need to love ramen and chinese-style eating. And if the staff misses to give you certain instructions, then you kind of mess it up. So, if you are a first timer, ask the staff each and everything 😊 Otherwise, everything awesome overall. Even my little girl enjoyed the experience

Love this place for winter season. The sauce that you can make yourself in the counter is delicious, and you order food very fast through the tablet and a vegetarian/vegan can eat well also. Plus the more you are the cheapest the bill will be.

This was the perfect place for a birthday dinner, food was delicious, the concept is entertaining and staff was really friendly. We appreciated the details such as the aprons that they handed out & the fortune wheel spinning which won us some free toys for the kids. They took great care of us since we had a birthday celebration and let us bring our own cake and even arranged a goodie bag with gifts for the birthday boy. Thank you!!

Lively hotpot shop and for good reason! The food is reasonably priced and very tasty. Service was good and staff were friendly. The beef was particularly good and would recommend a spicy broth to pair with it. Will definitely be visiting again.

Really love this place. Good explanation if you haven't done hot pot before, servers are very attentive. They did a cute thing where you spin a wheel for a free item, I got a bubble tea. Little details like aprons so you don't get oil on yourself and feminine products in the toilet. This place is really great.

Absolutely fantastic, the food and broth for the soups was outstanding. The service even better. It was my friends birthday, I mentioned it when I arrived and they came with a desert, gift, candle, dimmed the light and sang happy birthday. So so lovely. Highly recommend 👌

Very friendly welcome and delicious food. Good quality and tasty. We had the non-spicy in combination with the least spicy broth. Very tasty. Everything on a skewer is easy. Meat, fish, vegetables, there was a lot of choice. Tasty sauces too. Mochi ice cream for dessert. We had a birthday boy with us who was surprised with a goody bag, very unexpected and very thoughtful!

Great food and great service we even won 5 free skewers for their 6 year anniversary fortune wheel. Only thing missing was the sesame paste at the dipping sauce station. You could order it for 1 cent but the principle of it bothered me. Otherwise great place would recommend to everyone, the staff was very nice and friendly as well

Fortunately, English is not a problem for me, but I can understand that it is difficult for others, otherwise it is really delicious and very fun to try. Lots of variety in meat and fish and nice dishes to try, it was really delicious.

Regularly come at Yuan's hotpot on the Ferdinand Bolstraat/Beethovenstraat and now experienced the one on Rijnstraat. The food is always 10/10. Very consistent quality and taste. I have to give my special compliments to the staff at Rijnstraat yesterday. They were incredibly kind and even gave my husband a birthday dessert and gift.

Bastante buena comida, y razonablemente cerca de Chengdu - estilo, pero no creo que era mejor que he tenido en Canadá (InSpring Asian Fusion en Halifax). No tan bueno como lo había tenido en Chengdu. Los servidores eran agradables, amables, y sería muy útil para alguien sin experiencia en hotpot, sin embargo, de alguna manera entregaron la mitad de mi pedido a una mesa diferente y tuve que esperar mucho tiempo para completar el pedido (y creo que todavía se perdieron un artículo). Con todo, una buena comida. Como todo hotpot, es más divertido si estás ahí con un grupo, pero yo estaba solo.
