Tasty food and a very friendly delivery driver! The food arrived exactly on time. The driver even apologized for driving to the wrong address, but that was understandable!

Ordered here often, usually satisfied, but today... Ordered at 12:00, spent until 15:15 on the phone with customer service, and then stated the order was delivered at 15:20, but received nothing... money lost and no food. Called the place more than 10 times to ask what happened, but no one answered.

A disaster. Ordered a whole series of pizzas for 113 euros, didn't respond and didn't deliver the pizzas, had no delivery drivers, and have been waiting for my money for over a month. So watch out. Complaining to head office is useless because they just send it back to the branch, which does nothing. Not Your Pizza Department.

I see a lot of negative reviews, but we just had a really delicious meal here and laughed with complete strangers in the waiting area. With 7 people for less than 10 euros per person, we even had food left over! Definitely recommended!

Just ate the tastiest spareribs in Stadskanaal again via Thuisbezorgd! We always get the sparerib platters from Pyramide: sweet, spicy, and the sweet/spicy. The meat is super tender and falls right off the bone. The marinade is also good, not too sweet, and goes well with the spicy sauce (the men would prefer it even spicier, hehehehe).

I ordered food here and it is delicious and not too expensive either. I will definitely order here more often!

Cheap, disgusting rum, that crap is undrinkable. Better to charge an extra euro and sell normal stuff.

Was there with a group of entrepreneurs and the food was okay, but the service and waitstaff were worse than bad. No attention, no service.

The döner, made from delicious veal, was fantastic; the accompanying fries were very fresh and, together with their own special sauce, created an amazing taste experience. After the meal, we bought Turkish baklava; it was fresh and the presentation on the plate was also beautiful.

Unfortunately, you buy a sharing platter for €12.50, ask beforehand what we could expect, and were told there was more than enough for 2 people, and what do you get? 3 bitterballen, 3 chicken nuggets, 2 mini spring rolls, and 2 mini cheese sticks; that was it, and it really didn't taste good. And when you mention it, "Oh ma'am, normally the plates are a bit smaller, but they were out of stock," as if a smaller plate makes more of it. We sat there from 12 o'clock, first coffee in a glass, 2nd cup in a To-Hot cup with a stick instead of a spoon. Sorry, I don't think that's polite. The parade wasn't over yet and we were already told they were closing. The staff were friendly, but the rest... sorry.

Cozy restaurant and the best pizza I've ever eaten. Also very unique and very flavorful starters and desserts. Works of art in themselves. Service could be a bit better in terms of friendliness, but perhaps that is typical Twente down-to-earthness. Highly recommended!
