They should have mentioned that the pizza would take more than an hour and a half to be delivered, otherwise I would have picked it up myself. It's a bit of a shame that if I order at 1am, I only get the pizza at 2.40am, and the food also arrived cold and soggy.
What terribly rude, arrogant staff there!
On July 31st at 10:30, I wanted to order a chicken sandwich... "That wasn't possible," she said, because the sandwiches were still warm and I couldn't cut them open.
I had to come back in half an hour...hahaha, and do you think I'm going to do that??
NO, of course not!!
I said you're open at 10, right?
Then you have to make sure the sandwiches are ready, right?!
But you can't get a sandwich until 11, while it's supposed to be from 10.
The lady said that if I knew that well, I should come work there myself!
And
Wow, wow, wow...and that's the staff there?
Please throw them out! You're not going to win the war with this, and you're definitely not going to make any money!!!
One star is wayyyyyy too much!!!
The poffertjes took a long time to be ready. They were partially burnt and not perfectly round (but very flat). So, they were actually half of what they should be.
In two of the four portions, the sauce was nowhere to be seen. I asked about it, and they said it was already on the side.
A large portion is far from full, but it does cost €9 per portion (excluding sauce/cream).
The staff was friendly.
My friend ate a Turkish pizza from this place, and the next day he vomited and had diarrhea. Definitely not recommended. Oh, and that Turkish pizza had more vegetables than meat...
Very disappointing for the price. €57 for 3 pancakes (1 plain, 1 with bacon, 1 with cheese), 2 baguettes with herb butter, and 2 desserts... The pancakes were rather tasteless... the desserts were okay. We know it's expensive, but sometimes it's downright outrageous. We ordered the 3-course meal twice; otherwise, it would have been even more expensive! The service was friendly and can't be held responsible for the prices.
Paid €25 for a burger, fries and coke. This is not exactly cheap. You can expect a good burger that is not burnt. Tried to reach by phone but the number is wrong.
I've been buying sausage rolls for years, always great.
This year, they were a complete flop!
All the sausage rolls were split open along their entire length.
I didn't dare serve them to my guests at Christmas.
They looked like they'd been ruined.
The staff is rude and unpolite. The one with a big cross necklace chain. If he’s having a bad day, it’s not my problem. The worst experience in cofeeshop (and I visit Amsterdam at least 5 times per year). They have a sign of best coofeeshop award, someone go there and please remove it haha.
Ordered in, therefore does not know much about the atmosphere.
But this is the biggest joke ever. Ordered the chicken doner sandwich large.
You get a tiny piece of bread. Some lettuce and one small piece of tomato and cucumber. Chicken is unseasoned and you are asked to pay 8.50€
Dude, this is ridiculous, that is what I call ripping off
The staff was friendly; you can only pay by card. With a spicy chicken sandwich, I expect spicy chicken. The menu also looked like the sandwich was quite well-filled. The chicken was very bland; it had no flavor at all. The only thing that gave the sandwich any flavor was the onions. The sauce was also tasteless. Such a shame.
