We ordered food for two people. Instead of the stated 25-50 minutes, we waited 100 minutes. Unfortunately, the food arrived completely greasy and absolutely cold. It also came with a piece of bread in a bag. The worst food order I've ever placed.
Way too much dust in the store, and it doesn't smell fresh either. It's cold inside instead of warm. The coffee tastes like ditch water. I'd rather drink my coffee somewhere else.
A few years ago, when there was a different owner, the food was really good. Now I waited 1.5 hours again for 2 pizzas; very occasionally the pizzas are still baked and topped well, but 9 out of 10 times they aren't properly round, the crust is way too white, they are cut very strangely, and the toppings are really, really, really bad. I don't know who the owner and manager are now, but do something about your staff.
We ate dinner here because we are staying in the hotel Savarin. We ordered a Quiche, 19 euros Quiche. I am writing down this because I only got what appeared to be half of the Quiche, please take a look at the picture and tell me you won't feel sad. I mentioned this feedback and it was received as a joke. The rest of the food is average to bad, overpriced restaurant that I do not recommend. There are two waiters that are actually quite nice, and service overall was good except for the lady that received my feedback with laughter.
A while back, I ordered a giant hogweed with peanut sauce, a salad, and fries. I suspect the refrigerator was broken because the peanut sauce was sour, just like the salad. The giant hogweed itself didn't taste great either; the onions, in particular, were absolutely disgusting.
When I called afterward (and I certainly wasn't rude) to complain, the boss hung up. I'd spent about 20 euros there at least twice a month for about 10 years. He can forget about that now. Luckily, there's another cafeteria not far away.
Honestly... I can't understand why there are reviews here praising the friendliness.
We've had reservations about the quality of the food before, but overall, it was quite good.
I think the bami snack was reheated outside and was rock hard.
The peanut sauce has too much soy sauce, and it's overpowering.
The fries, mayo, and peanut sauce were served with onions without asking.
The croquette sandwich was only okay.
I threw it all away, it was really inedible, but €12.50 poorer.
Closed at night due to COVID.
If they treat drivers like this, I'll just fill up elsewhere during the day.
I'll just ignore it and go to the gas stations that stay open at night.
This is a Starbucks machine located inside Qub3z, so it can be a bit hard to find. The coffee is good, but the selection small.
The location itself is great, and Qub3z itself (which by the way is not a cafe) I can highly recommend to anyone who likes gaming or just having out with nice people.
