Worthless company, after waiting 2 hours and calling twice still no food received.

No restroom. Staff very arrogant. Cramped seating. Everything is disgusting. The pinsa has no flavor. The fries are fried in old grease.

Waited two hours for the food, and it arrived cold. The Turkish pizza was wrapped in almost two rolls of aluminum foil, and it was still cold. My garlic sauce was more water than sauce, so it leaked out the bottom, and I couldn't taste any sauce. The fries at the Kapsalon were incredibly old. A terrible experience. Never again!

It's absolutely unacceptable to order a dessert and receive one that's unrecognizable. I can only describe it as dough – I don't even want to taste it – and it comes in a blue bag like I bought it from a shabby place.

We ordered from here via Uber Eats, and it arrived after an hour and a half instead of 45 minutes. The pizzas were cold (so we threw them away) and the fries were soggy. We were supposed to get new pizzas, but because we threw away the previous cold ones, they wouldn't give us a replacement. If I could give 0 stars, I would have :( The delivery driver was also in the car with two other people. If the other two people don't work at Mario, then it's not covered by insurance.

I used to like going to Emma's, but after what I experienced today, I won't anymore! The owner went completely berserk with an old woman who happened to park in the spot he was planning to. "Crazy people" and "I'm going to kill you" were all over the place. After I told him to calm down, he turned on me and went completely berserk. It got worse and worse; the man had completely lost touch with reality! The woman's car was hit several times because she wouldn't move it. Everyone there was a bunch of "cancerous racists." The man had to be restrained by ten men and dragged back into his shop. I briefly went into the supermarket, and the police arrived, and he yelled at him again. Absurd behavior from someone with a successful business! Never, ever again for me!

Brilliant guy who answered the phone, Marijn, I think. I was almost killed by a girl because she was hungry, but luckily he guided me and made sure I had a delicious meal. So, thanks, Marijn.

Really awful. I received the wrong order—I called to say it was the wrong order. They said they'd look into it. I called back a day later and still haven't heard anything. They said they were going to inform the manager—now a week later, I still haven't heard anything. A real waste of money, and a real shame when you're just hungry.

Placed an order for pickup Saturday night, drove 20 minutes for nothing. The place was completely closed, and they arrived well before closing time. I've been trying to call them ever since, but haven't gotten a response. The order is listed as picked up, even though we didn't pick it up. I paid a fortune for nothing, and now I'm completely unreachable!
