On July 29th, I placed a €50 order with New York Pizza. The order was riddled with complaints. After several emails and weeks of waiting, I received nothing but empty promises ("we'll forward it to the franchisee" and "we'll follow up"), but no solution or refund whatsoever. Ultimately, they only offered one free pizza, which is completely disproportionate to the bad experience. To this day, I still haven't received a refund. Poor service, no serious complaint handling. I'll never use New York Pizza again.

The recipes have been changed recently. I thought the pulled beef was the tastiest thing you had, nicely seasoned. Now it is no longer prepared that way and is tasteless, which is a real shame. The first time I hoped it had just been forgotten... but this is already the third time. Unfortunately :(..

Terrible!! Nothing is fresh (everything is pre-made, even the burger and milkshake), fries, burger, and buns are dry. Pickles are way too wet, causing the sauce to drip off the burger and leaving nothing behind. The order took twice as long as indicated, the delivery person was grumpy and couldn't even manage a "bon appétit." NEVER AGAIN!

Delicious food and fast service and all for a reasonable price

Still waiting for food after 2 hours. No update on delivery through app and phone rings once and disconnects. Don’t both ordering from this shop.

It says they are open until 9 o'clock, but if you arrive at 8 o'clock, they are closed.

Never ever go there for a “nice experience “ I’d rather eat a shoe with mustard than purchase another product Also:DON’T EAT THE CHICKEN SATAY It’s dry like cardboard and feels like you’re eating a m&m made of rubber and hair

I ordered Double pepperoni and added paprika and mushroom ( champion ) , they delivered a double pepperoni and just put mushroom and paprika in the box even not cooked ( see the photo ) , I called them and the guy didn’t even say sorry and just said as an excuse that maybe they forgot to add in the pizza and later just put the mushroom and paprika as lose product in the box even… when I said it’s not even rational what you are telling me he said i understand ( still not even a sorry )

Well, it arrived at 65 minutes. I didn't bother to indicate to the delivery service approximately how long they take. It did arrive warm, but I really did ask for a thin crust (Italian style); it was anything but a thin crust (it was actually thicker than thick).

The employee who took the order was curt and gave the impression that they would rather not work. While waiting, we could look into the kitchen... No gloves are used, and I didn't see anyone wash their hands either. Someone in the kitchen with long hair has their hair down. It's a good thing I don't have germophobia...

Do not order here. Delivery took almost 2 hours, while online it said it took 40 minutes. The chicken burrito was very small, twice as small as last time. I didn't get a call saying it would take a bit longer.

Ordered wok for the first time here, but unfortunately it wasn't what I expected. Dry rice noodles and tasteless chicken because they don't serve it with sweet and sour sauce or teriyaki sauce. Also, no choice of vegetables, just everything mixed together. There were literally 2 pieces of green bell pepper in it, a bit of onion and carrots, and that's it. Disappointed... And this for €20.
