update review 2025 the prices have increased significantly; adding a side of fries is 7.50. delivery times have also increased enormously; I haven't experienced delivery sooner than 2.5 hours after ordering for months. 2022 I find this a nice delivery restaurant. the food always arrives nice and hot and is delicious. if they are a bit late once in a while due to being busy, they call politely and they are certainly not expensive.

I ordered a burger and there was a black hair in it (I'm blond) then I called a day later and they asked me if I had a picture of the hair, which I didn't have because I had thrown the food away. Then the gentleman offered me a new burger but he guaranteed that my food would arrive cold "because I live too far away" in the end they never came💀

Until a few months ago, we regularly ordered from Arabesk. The food is delicious, it is delivered on time, and it is still warm when it arrives. Until today, it had been quite a while since we had ordered from Arabesk, so we placed an order via Arabesk's own website. The food was decent again, the delivery person was on time, and it was warm, but we were shocked by the size of the portions. They are about three-quarters smaller, and that for the same price. I devoured the mixed grill with 3 types of meat. I could have eaten another container like that; it was really very little. I think it was a container of 4 x 4 cm and 2 cm high; it contained a chicken fillet (a small one) and 2 portions (spoons) of chicken doner. And the kapsalon satay, also a small square container. Scandalous!!! We will think about whether we will order again. Now that I read the reviews after posting one, I regret not having done this beforehand.

Although its a cheaper cafe you can have here a real lunch like kapsalon, bami plate, wiener schnitzel... And there is also WiFi, that's a Plus.

We waited over 2 hours for our pizza. Called 4 times: once after an hour because it was taking so long, then we were told it would take another 15 minutes because our pizzas had just been stolen from the delivery person's bike. Called again after 20 minutes, then we were told it would take another 15 minutes. Then called again after half an hour to cancel the order, but there was no answer for 20 minutes and then the delivery person was at the door. I will never order from here again.

Rommel isn't what it used to be. They also sell spoiled meat; I got really sick from their meat.

What top-notch service! 🍕👏 I received a polite call because the eggplant was out of stock, and as an alternative, the Pizza Royal was deliciously topped. It later turned out that I had accidentally selected pickup instead of delivery when placing my order. That was also resolved in a super friendly manner: the pizza was delivered to our home free of charge after all. Truly amazing service! Very friendly staff, incredibly helpful, and not entirely unimportant… the pizza was delicious! 😋🍕 A solid 5 stars from us! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Worthless, ordered at 11am, was supposed to be delivered at 11:45am. Tried calling at 12:30, no one answers. Still nothing at 1:00 PM. 4 hours later, still no contact, they just marked it as delivered. (Not the case.) Do not order here.
