I don't think I've seen a dirtier kitchen in my entire life.

Well, I don't know what others have to say about it. But from the moment I ordered, I received the food within 20 minutes. Literally 19 minutes later, the doorbell rang! Top top top! Never experienced anything like it! You can see for yourself, including taking a photo and writing this review: 22 minutes! Still time to eat my food while it was hot!!

The last three orders, everything went wrong. Once they forgot the drink, last time they gave the wrong wings (spicy instead of regular), and the pizza wasn't topped properly. This time, after waiting for over two hours, the delivery person arrived at the door with the completely wrong order. They are unreachable by phone. I just kept the wrong pizza as well and sent the delivery person back to pick up the correct order. I kept the wrong pizza so that my children would at least have something to eat, even though it is way too late. I wonder what the delivery person will come back with in a moment, if he comes back at all.

I am very disappointed with the service I received. First of all, I received the wrong order, and moreover, the order was smaller than what I had ordered. When I contacted customer service, I did not feel taken seriously. I was passed from one representative to another multiple times, without anyone actually helping me. I clearly indicated that I was not seeking a refund, but that I wanted a suitable solution to the problem. Nevertheless, I was immediately told that I would not receive a refund, even though I had not asked for one at all. The way I was communicated with was unprofessional and disrespectful. To my surprise, the conversation was eventually even terminated when the representative hung up. I do not consider this an appropriate way to treat customers and expect that my complaint be taken seriously and that a suitable solution be provided.

I have never left a negative review before, but this experience was disappointing enough that I felt I should share it with others. When we arrived, the restaurant was completely empty. The woman working there told us it had been full just moments earlier, which felt difficult to believe. The toilet was very dirty, parts of the floor were sticky, and the overall hygiene standards seemed very low. The soup my friend ordered was extremely spicy but had almost no flavor. The spring rolls tasted like frozen products (which the owner later confirmed), and my curry was bland with overcooked chicken. The food was definitely not worth the price. When we politely explained that we were unhappy with the food, the conversation became tense and unpleasant. In the end, we received only a small discount and decided to pay just to avoid further conflict. I also found it confusing that the restaurant name on the sign was different from the one on the receipt. I will never go back there again!

Never ever again! Bought food for €70 plus some tip and had it delivered. Waited an hour and a half, everything was lukewarm or cold and inedible, and on top of that, not the pizzas I ordered.......bye bye Domino's.

Very disappointed. I ordered the BBQ sticky Korean chicken. It looks incredibly tasty online, but it doesn't look tasty at all, and it doesn't taste fantastic either. The sauce was just squirted on top; there is nothing "Korean sticky chicken" about it!! It is not what I expected and is therefore a waste of my money.

The staff are very meticulous in their work and take excellent care of customers. The sausages, fries, and chives are fantastic. I highly recommend it.
