NEVER ORDER FROM THIS RESTAURANT!!!!!!
I ordered a beef noodle bowl last night around 18:30. After preparing the order, the person in charge called me to say that I had to pay extra. However, he did not inform me about the extra charge before making the order or ask whether I agreed to it. When we said we wanted to cancel, he told us it was not possible and that we had to pay anyway. During the call, he claimed to be the owner of the restaurant, but later we found out that this was not true. His behavior was very rude and aggressive, and he was shouting on the phone. On top of that, the food was extremely greasy and oily, to the point that it was inedible. I will never order from this restaurant again.
Domino's is good for one thing only: confirming that you should get the best pizzas from an Italian pizzeria or make them yourself. If you love greasy dough, Domino's is the place to be!
We (2 adults with 2 teenagers) had a very positive and pleasant first experience at this restaurant during our midweek holiday. We had 2 steaks, 1 set hamburger, and 1 set of spare ribs. All dishes were of very high quality and perfectly prepared. We complimented the staff who came to our table on this. Incidentally, we are critical, especially when it comes to the tenderness of steak and spare ribs.
We were then surprised to hear how pleased they were to receive this compliment, as they hear many negative reviews, almost always after the fact. We took a look at the reviews and certainly did not agree with them. It just goes to show that relying on reviews doesn't always pay off.
We definitely recommend it! Yes, the prices are a bit higher. But you know that when you go on holiday. We had 2 drinks per person, consisting of 4 soft drinks, 2 wine, and 2 craft beers, and spent a total of about €160. Incidentally, we had not made a reservation but were immediately assisted in a friendly and hospitable manner.
In my opinion, this is the best place in Venlo for delicious fries and frikandels. We've been coming here for many years whenever we're in Venlo. Even when they're busy, the food is always ready very quickly. Delicious food, friendly staff, everything is great!
Ordered donuts through uber eats, chose specific ones, as the others were not interesting.
As a result, they sent completely different ones. If you have run out, then at least call to clarify which ones to put in, and not just with sugar glaze.
I will not order from this place again.
The only drawback was that the oil in the deep fryer did not seem fresh, which resulted in a slightly tinged, buttery aftertaste. Nevertheless, the calamari was fresh, as were the small bait fish and oysters. Overall, the seafood quality was great.
This afternoon, just before 5 p.m., I ordered food (on their own website), and it still hadn't arrived by 6:30 p.m. I called, and finally, the food arrived at 6:50 p.m. The delivery driver wasn't allowed to deliver it because it hadn't been paid for. I showed him the confirmation email, which clearly stated it had been paid for with iDeal. He called the owner, and she insisted I hadn't paid. I called myself, and then my husband called three more times. She was practically hysterical, screaming that the food hadn't been paid for. The delivery driver was still with us. The man couldn't believe it either. Finally, at 7:40 p.m., she said the payment had arrived and the delivery driver could deliver it.
Well, I didn't think so! I like hot food, and it wasn't. Then the delivery driver spoke to a man on the phone, who said he was going to remake the order. At 8:30 p.m., we were finally able to eat.
But you understand, we'll never order from them again. Accusing us of trying to cheat and yelling at us.
Didn't even get an apology from the owner.

The pizza was an hour late. I ordered a Bilognese pizza but got the same one as my daughter. Advice for anyone planning to order: read the reviews on Google Maps first; you'll immediately see how many stars they have. I definitely won't be ordering from this pizza place again.
