I got the wrong order. I ordered the Buffalo Terriyaki. Then I got this. I called them. The guy said he personally made the wings and definitely put the sauce on them. Well, as you can see in the photo, that's not true. The guy wouldn't give me a refund since I still had a 15-minute drive. She also wouldn't add two extra wings for all the trouble and mistakes. When I arrived, the guy was called right after his shift and didn't budge. It's striking that there are never any mature people working there; maybe it's about time.
What an unpleasant experience! I said I wanted to buy some delicious pastries to treat colleagues, but the blonde woman behind the counter wasn't interested at all. She was curt and kept sighing. I said, "Never mind, I'm going to the other bakery (Kwakman, just down the road). She said, "You go ahead. I'll never come here again." I should have read the reviews sooner. At Kwakman, the service was very pleasant (and I bought five delicious cakes!).
The food itself is good. But you have to wait longer and longer, more than an hour after it should have arrived. And when you call, all you get told is that it is busy. And then it doesn't matter which day we order. Sometimes something is also missing from the order. And when I said on the phone that they are going to lose customers this way, I was almost laughed at and hung up with 'it's busy, have a nice day'.
Customer service really deserves minus stars.
Been a customer for over 5 years, the fries are always good! The chicken nuggets taste just like McDonald's, and the cheese soufflé is like Smullers', and that's in a village. The döner here is fantastic, as is the chicken döner! The place itself is also very clean, with plenty of magazines to read if you don't have your phone with you.
If there's something wrong with your order, just give them a call and they'll offer you a refund, and you'll always receive excellent service!
