Always out of filter coffee even at 9 am. Baristas are not friendly and don’t serve the customer immediately at the counter despite there being two baristas working. No self service for milk - have to ask barista which takes long. No comfortable seating. The worst Starbucks
A while back, I ordered a giant hogweed with peanut sauce, a salad, and fries. I suspect the refrigerator was broken because the peanut sauce was sour, just like the salad. The giant hogweed itself didn't taste great either; the onions, in particular, were absolutely disgusting.
When I called afterward (and I certainly wasn't rude) to complain, the boss hung up. I'd spent about 20 euros there at least twice a month for about 10 years. He can forget about that now. Luckily, there's another cafeteria not far away.
Honestly... I can't understand why there are reviews here praising the friendliness.
We've had reservations about the quality of the food before, but overall, it was quite good.
Quick tip: get in your car and go to the IJsselstein location. This location is truly outrageous. I ordered pizzas for my mother's birthday. It said delivery would take place between 5:45 and 6:00 PM. Then they sent an email saying they'd deliver between 5:54 and 6:04 PM. You assume you can only determine this specific time when the delivery driver is on his way. But no way. Fifteen minutes later, still no one at the door, but the whole family is waiting at the table. I called anyway, and they told me the pizzas were just going in the oven and would be delivered in half an hour. We understand it's busy, but you tell them you'll be there at a specific time. And when we tell them, we get one nonsense after another: "Yeah, it's busy." Then you put your orders on hold until you can manage it again, like any responsible business would do. My brother then went to pick up the pizzas to save time. No apologies, no hint of any concern. But there they were: eight employees, two of whom were working, and six of whom were chatting among themselves, who didn't seem hardworking.
Only to come home with half-topped pizzas... paid for extra toppings to get less than half the normal amount. Seriously, bizarre...
Really, skip this place. Dozens of companies in Nieuwegein work hard for their money and take responsibility when things go wrong. But you shouldn't give this company your money. They think; the customers will come anyway.
I ordered 4 pizzas at 6:11 PM, which were supposed to be delivered within 20 minutes in Neede. After payment and order confirmation, the delivery time was 8:26 PM!
I filed a complaint through Thuisbezorgd. They told me to call. I tried 10 times, but they were constantly busy and unreachable.
Delivery was very fast; it was supposed to take 50 minutes, but it arrived within 25 minutes, which was great.
The spareribs were mediocre, rather dry, and tasted strange. The Madame Jeanette sauce was so spicy it shocked me; it was awful! The baguette was okay, the herb butter was a very small tub. The potato gratin was fine. Unfortunately (still) no fries here.
Furthermore, it was neatly packaged, including a damp cloth, napkin, and mints. I won't be ordering from here again anytime soon.
We visited this restaurant for dinner. The outdoor tables were unfortunately dirty, and our table wobbled.
The service was fast. We were served promptly, and the drinks and food arrived promptly.
The food was unfortunately quite poor. We had tortellini with spinach, which were OK, but didn't seem freshly prepared. A salad was served on a tray dirty with tomato sauce.
The pizza, unfortunately, left a lot to be desired. My pizza had mushrooms that looked like they came from a can and cheese that tasted almost like processed cheese.
Overall, I unfortunately can't recommend this restaurant. There are certainly restaurants nearby that offer better food and ambiance.
We planned to dine in, but after we placed an order we learned that that was not an option, only carry out. So we canceled the order and left. There was a sign on the door explaining that no dine-in was offered, but it was in Dutch and we didn't pay attention to it.
I always shop from Amsterdam stores of the brand. This was my first time with hoofddorp store. It was totally different than other ones and I did not enjoy this experience. The portions are smaller not going to shop again.
Such a waste to drive there specifically.

We had a fantastic meal here. I don't quite understand the other reviews. These days, it's quite common for orders to be delivered within half an hour, but these people were there within 50 minutes, even for a fairly large order.
Best of all, everything was incredibly delicious. The "kapsalon 1 get 1 free" was excellent. The carpaccio salad wasn't what we expected; it was so much that my girlfriend couldn't finish it, but it was so incredibly delicious. I definitely recommend it as a meal (but not as a treat).
The carpaccio wrap was also super tasty, and everything was delivered without the usual amount of fat you expect from a snack bar.
To summarize, it was incredibly delicious, delivered fairly quickly, and it was truly excellent.
I will definitely order from here again.
Monday evening, the terrace was quiet (about 7 tables occupied). After ordering drinks, we were told that food was possible, but that there would be a 30-minute wait because it was supposedly busy. Apparently, other guests had also ordered before us, so we had to expect an even longer wait. However, after a few minutes, it turned out that another order had been cancelled by other guests, and we were asked if we wanted to eat it. The food was fine, but the organization was poor. During dinner, the waitress came onto the terrace with another 'canceled' order and asked guests if they wanted to eat it. Strange. Several guests sat next to us, but they left because they weren't helped. Side dishes are served when the food is almost finished, and there are no desserts. Once inside, you end up at the bar where unserved orders are displayed, and the restroom was unclean. At 8:00 PM, after taking their drinks, guests were told that the kitchen would be closed. All in all, not recommended, a shame!

I ordered a beef noodle bowl last night around 18:30. After preparing the order, the person in charge called me to say that I had to pay extra. However, he did not inform me about the extra charge before making the order or ask whether I agreed to it. When we said we wanted to cancel, he told us it was not possible and that we had to pay anyway. During the call, he claimed to be the owner of the restaurant, but later we found out that this was not true. His behavior was very rude and aggressive, and he was shouting on the phone. On top of that, the food was extremely greasy and oily, to the point that it was inedible. I will never order from this restaurant again.
