I've been ordering here for years and I don't recognize anything about it. The food has indeed become more expensive, but it's always delicious and the delivery is fast. Every now and then, it's a bit less, but that's about it.
The people are friendly and hardworking. I'm happy with it.
I don't know what the atmosphere is like at the company.

Unpleasant experience. The lady addressed me in a rude manner for not realizing this wasn’t self-service, even though there was no one at the bread shelf entrance to help. Instead of simply explaining it politely, the tone felt unwelcoming and unnecessarily hostile. A mood killer.
The food was good, but I’d rather walk to a further bakery next time.
You charge €5.80 for a chai latte—okay, it's Amsterdam, what do you expect?—but then the chai latte is seriously subpar and has no foam. And you charge an extra 80 cents for oat milk. Nope.
Everything is sticky and too dirty to touch with tongs. The owner is rude and incredibly unfriendly. The toilet has been broken for 10 years, and most of the menu items are missing. In short: NOT DOABLE!
The biggest, worthless FEBO that was there didn't care about customers. Glad that one is gone, and there are a few others that are bad. A lot of money for poorly made food there.
My experience at this establishment was highly unsatisfactory. The quality of the food was significantly below expectations, lacking both freshness and authentic flavor. Furthermore, the portion sizes are disproportionately small relative to the pricing, failing to provide basic value.
Beyond the culinary shortcomings, the service atmosphere was off-putting. The staff’s conduct was unprofessional and notably uncomfortable, which detracted from the overall dining environment. I cannot recommend this place, and I will not be returning.
