Last month he charged me 50c too much, apologised and gave a free sauce, this time I asked before giving my card, he tried to over charge again, claimed it was card fee this time. - if he was an honest man the reason for the overcharge wouldn't change!

Everything is sticky and too dirty to touch with tongs. The owner is rude and extremely unpleasant. The toilet has been broken for 10 years, and most of the items on the menu are unavailable. In short: DO NOT GO HERE!

Fun, quirky bar where time has stood still, unique in the Damstraatjes! Usually only open Friday and Saturday nights. Cash only, no debit or credit cards. Small staff, so often closed due to holidays or illness.

Superb spot by the canal! We ate inside; it's beautiful, cozy, and very pleasant. The welcome and service were perfect, very warm! The menu is great, although a bit pricey. But then again, it's right in the city center... And it's a welcome change from the hustle and bustle of the other so-so places nearby! A guaranteed moment of peace and quiet!!

On Friday evening, we wanted to get a cocktail before our movie started, but the bartender brusquely told us that he did not take orders at the bar. After waiting at a table for 15 minutes and seeing the bartender mostly talking at length with the people at the bar, we requested again to be allowed to order at the bar. Unfortunately, the bartender could only serve us after 10 minutes; incredibly unfriendly treatment.

This place is boring and too dark. Despite the waiter is nice, the food is frozen and I found a hair in my lasagna... Disgusting! The price is reasonable for the food standard. I would not recommend this restaurant. There are plenty of options in Amsterdam!

The sandwiches are really good and they also change the selection quiet often. The staff is communicative and friendly.

The dough isn't anything close to quality, and the bread isn't prepared well. It's ok for ordinary norms...

Great fries, good snacks. What more could you want? Friendly service and served on a plate. Now just add cutlery and napkins, and maybe wipe down the tables, and I'll give 5 stars!!

The location on Google Maps isn't quite right, but the espresso bar is open. Ate delicious Sue bites (gluten-free vegan)!
