Called specifically to have a half of Casino (because that always sells fast) and a FitBon set aside...
I get a Shaniqua on the line who says no problem and is about to hang up, I say to the name van der Meer please.. "yes yes that's fine sir"
When I come in I ask about my order, nothing known! Luckily I still remembered the name, the girl behind the counter says "she didn't write it down" but luckily there was still a FitBon there so I paid for that.. no apologies nothing just pay and a "have a nice day sir" bizarre
Good staff are really hard to find these days.
Food was delicious!! Loved the Korean fried chicken!! Had to say the lady at the counter was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Really friendly and gave good information regarding the sauces. Will deff come back. Great food even better customer service. Only negative are the prices for the area
Awful, awful service. Waitresses, chefs, managers and bar staff too busy chatting which lead to my steak staying under a heat lamp so long it became over cooked and then a 30 min wait to get a new rare steak despite there being only 3 customers. When the food arrived it was greasy. No apologies from a manager. Save your money and your patience and eat somewhere else
The sushi and meat are of more than excellent quality for this type of all-you-can-eat establishment.
We were there on a weekday, so it was less busy.
The service is friendly and the ambiance is also fine.
To start with:
Great place, unfortunately it has moved to Bauhaus.
Distance +/- 200 meters.
At Tref Delicatessen they sell döner.
The döner is made from chicken meat that rotates on a spit in front of the grill.
The döner meat is served in various ways: in a durum, a Turkish pizza, with fries, or on a piece of grilled Turkish bread. The döner sandwiches are generously topped with various types of lettuce and vegetables. A tasty sauce completes the experience. Tref Delicatessen is clearly our favorite! We prefer getting our food here rather than at KFC, McDonald's, or Subway...
Various types of Turkish breads / rolls and yes: Turkish delicacies! are also sold here.
The baklava is delicious too, by the way!
Generally, the establishment is staffed by a few smooth young guys. They are assisted by family members (I think); everyone is very nice and, if it isn't too busy, they don't mind having a chat.
The vegetables look fresh and taste that way too.
The kitchen is neat and visible.
Ordered 2 pita gyros an hour and a half ago. The delivery time in the Thuisbezorgd app keeps increasing and the restaurant's phone number is out of service. Just delivered COLD....scam.
