Ik heb 2 menu's besteld maar kreeg 1 verkeerd menu mee. Ik belde en kon het menu weer terug brengen. Op zich kan iedereen zich vergissen maar van excuses hebben zij nog nooit gehoord. Anderhalf uur later kon ik het juiste menu ophalen. Wat een slechte service. We kregen 2 setjes stokjes erbij. Bij het uithalen van dexstokjes was 1 set gebruikt!
The service was friendly, and the view of the lake was lovely. Unfortunately, the pancakes were convenience food and of questionable quality, especially considering the price of almost €20. The toppings were good. We wouldn't go back; we'd rather have a crepe... but that's a matter of taste.
Ordered food at 9:57 pm, waited over an hour, even though I live less than a 2-minute bike ride away. After waiting an hour, I still didn't receive anything. I drove there, to my surprise, I saw the delivery drivers and staff just chilling and doing nothing. I paid 21 euros for pizza and then never received it. The phone wasn't answered, it was unprofessional. I would like my money back or have my order delivered on another day because this is ridiculous.
Picked up two pizzas, which were very thin, and the salami was even thicker... resulting in a hard, black crust that was inedible.

The food only arrived after 45 minutes, there were cats walking around on the tables and licking them clean, nothing was cleaned and it was far too expensive for what you got.

The pizza was excellent, the delivery was lightning fast, and the delivery driver was fantastic. Very friendly!

A deeply distressing and unpleasant experience in this shop. The owner is extremely rude and intolerant, speaking in an abusive way and throwing people out of his shop. The shop does NOT offer the full range of services they claim to offer, and they have not informed the delivery services of these, so you get sent there incorrectly and then the man shouts at you. The shop stinks like rotten food, with packages scattered everywhere. Delivery companies should terminate their relationship with this deeply unpleasant and dishonest individual.
You ALWAYS buy your snacks at Henry's... you order two shawarma fries with sauce, and they add one container of sauce. Go back into the snack bar to ask about the "forgotten" container. "No, we put the sauce for two people in one container!"
No, I'd like sauce for the other person too; there's not that much sauce in one container.
Yes, you have to return your container and we'll pour it into two containers. Hahahaha, that's no way to treat regular customers! Add an extra container of sauce. Done. Great service.
Now? I'll never go back! They complain about sauce that costs you 5 cents to buy and now you're losing €150 in annual revenue.
Got food today and it was inedible. The durum chicken doner was ice cold and the small shawarma dish was a kapsalon. It was packaged incorrectly. I think the fries had been re-fed several times. They were rock hard. I won't be ordering anything from them again.
They have the tastiest pasta in the whole of the Netherlands. Good service and nice delivery people. They know how to find our holiday home in the dark with simple directions.
Frozen and reheated products. I bought a sheep's cheese, but it didn't taste like mutton at all; it was old beef. And the veal sandwich was awful. The pizza was so hard you could almost break your teeth in it, with awful and very salty beef salami. I got the pizza from Lidl and reheated it. A mess. I also paid €41 for food that was past its sell-by date and tasted awful.
