After receiving half-raw chicken last time, I gave it another chance. Once again, the chicken was completely pink and undercooked. Apparently, you don't take food safety very seriously. In any case, never again for me.

Disappointing experience. There was a staff of 6, and we ate on-site with 3 people. Drinks were taken and brought quickly, followed by the food. The cheese croquettes were still completely frozen, so we asked for new ones. Those weren't warm yet either. They had forgotten the bamihapje (noodle snack). It was brought later after we asked, but it was too hard on the outside and too dark. The special fries menu had a lot of onion, little meat, and almost no satay sauce. So, disappointing. My advice: don't order the special platter, as it's definitely not worth the extra cost. Just order fries with a snack. The staff were talking very loudly to each other afterwards. It felt like there was no management or supervision. Next time we'll go elsewhere.

Placed an order and had it delivered through Thuisbezorgd. Unfortunately, one of the dishes we ordered wasn't delivered. We then called (it took some time to find the correct number, as it was in the Thuisbezorgd confirmation email) and told them we were missing something. Without hesitation, they promised to deliver it and give us a double portion for the inconvenience. Resolved very well and quickly.

They close at 16.30 while the department store it is located in closes at 7. I see customers being turned away the whole time. Unfriendly staff and poor service. They changed their coffee from quality Illy beans to meh Nespresso cups. If I wanted to drink that I could've just stayed home. Good pastries though. I think I'll skip this place for a while in favour of all the other options nearby.

Expensive for what you get, and not exactly delicious. Kids loitering inside and outside all day long. The store is open whenever they want, and the opening hours are completely wrong. Just close the doors and go home...

Way too much culinary food for way too good value for money. This is probably compensated with the cups in the coffee machine. Furthermore, a very nice location to share an exciting story with fellow human beings.

It's a very nice atmosphere... just like the name suggests, an ATMOSPHERE.

Tasty flan and sandwiches. Even when it is busy, the business runs smoothly; we didn't have to wait very long for our order. Having a few sandwiches prepared to take away was also no problem. The only criticism I have concerns the acoustics inside; there is a lot of room for improvement here. There are too many large glass panels and reflective surfaces, causing the sound to echo. As a result, the staff have to speak very loudly to be heard over the noise from the rest of the establishment.

Today we went to the household fair, I wanted to take sandwiches with me. But the store didn't open until 9:00, and the bus left at 9:05. They said no problem, just let us know what you want and you can come and get it at 8:45. Now that's service

The food was really good. Fresh and full of flavor. The pasta was truly delicious. 😍💯💯 The pizza was delicious. Highly recommended. 💯💯

Definate scam, ordered on Uber and our food never arrived. Don't waste your time.
