Never again. A small addition: the shop has had a different name, Venus, for over a year now, and very likely a different owner. It's a bit odd that they're still using the old name online. The opening hours are also different, for example, closed on Sundays. Who closes a shop on such a day, especially with these special people?

Terrible place, there are rats everywhere. Food service took 1.5 hours… A small edit: I was just reminded of this place recently when I saw a giant rat come out of the restaurant. So sad the owner has no dignity for themselves to admit they have made simply a bad product and are so willing to claim false reviews under the google page

Waited 2 hours for the food to arrive and called twice

Terribly poor service. I waited an hour and a half, called, and was completely unreachable. Finally, they called back to say they'd forgotten our order. Twenty minutes later, we received a call back saying they couldn't find my house number. I explained this and told them I'd come outside. After standing outside for five minutes, I walked around and literally saw them trying to give it to a random person walking down the street. The food was also completely unfresh and cold. This restaurant should close.

What a mess there. For starters, the veal croquette was freezing cold inside, the frikandel speciaal was stuck to the bottom of the container—I had to scrape the mayonnaise, curry, and onions off the bag, the meatball was lukewarm and crumbly—I couldn't eat it with a fork because the ground meat crumbled off, and finally, the fries were incredibly tough and dry. In short, a mess, and for so much money. You'd expect something decent for that price, especially these days when everything has become so expensive. No more Foodmaster for us.

Very nice people and delicious pizza!

Late for the umpteenth time, cold, and tough... and if you tell them this, they won't meet you. This was the last time that I had to immediately throw away two pizzas for €30.

To bad people working like security guard that only give the option to enter to ducht people so unfair.

They no longer exist (again), which was to be expected. In my opinion, the quality and service weren't good enough to compete with the many other sushi restaurants.

The chicken wings are extremely dry, small, with little meat, and expensive. A complete rip-off‼️

After a few beers (at 2am) the food is simply fantastic.

A truly ridiculous franchise! Weird that they don't address the reviews. Indeed, super late delivery, and they're impossible to reach. Money's already been collected. Better to go with a smaller chain.
