Yesterday I placed an order through the website listed on Google. I had the same menu, the same logo, and the website said delivery was available. I placed an order at 1:58 PM for 5:00 PM and received a confirmation email. The next day I never saw the food, and the restaurant was unreachable by phone. I paid via iDeal, so I can't get a refund, but it was debited from my account. I hope, by some miracle, I get my money back. I'm not usually so quick to leave bad reviews, but this is really bad and deserves a warning if it's indeed a rogue website.

Great food... But I got a Chinese spring roll there once. The casing was limp and not crispy. It was a waste of money because I had to throw half of my spring roll away. I hope the next spring roll will be better.

Watch out for a crazy old woman on the patio trying to lock people in, claiming there's a cat outside. We were inside, and she slammed the door shut with brute force and refused to open it, causing my two children, who I was getting ice cream with, to panic. A lot of pushing and shoving, and she simply held us captive—bizarre. We'll be going through that again. Verona is further down the road; go get some ice cream there. That way you won't run into that deranged witch. They shouldn't let her on the patio; they should be put in an asylum, haha, yay.

Greasy soy sauce. The shawarma was way too greasy. At least, the styrofoam containers were soaking wet with grease. No salad container, and the recommended sauces were forgotten. Not recommended!!! Next time, just order Babylon again. You'll notice the difference.

They charged me €5 for some fries... and gave me very few... it was a rip-off.

Around 00:53, I ordered two kapsalons; the delivery time was supposed to be 45 to 70 minutes. Within a few minutes, it was supposed to arrive after just 35 minutes, and around 1:25, it also stated that it was almost ready for delivery. I then waited until 2:25 to finally receive my order. The food was cold. He said it was busy, but my housemate happened to have just come from your restaurant and saw that there was only one order (ours) and that it had been in the oven for a very long time to stay warm because, according to the staff present, that one order was not urgent. I find this quite absurd and have therefore contacted them, but to no avail; they are unreachable. Thuisbezorgd has entered into discussions with them, but they are not willing to compensate in any way whatsoever. SO, NEVER ORDER AGAIN.

Unfortunately, this is the second time we haven't had a good meal. The schnitzel was dry, the chicken strips very hard, and the burger was cold after two bites. Hygiene: In the toilet and throughout almost the entire place, you just stuck to the floor; not very fresh. Such a shame, it used to be top-notch. Unfortunately, this was the last time for us.

What a jerk of an owner!!!!! Ordered food from them at the shop today busy, fine, everyone is these days. You order food in a normal way and you get yelled at terribly by that owner.... Then, after ordering, went for a walk, came back into the shop, sat down quietly on your order, it looked like your food was ready, and you stood up for a moment saying hey, that's my food and I want to pay for it properly, and you get yelled at terribly that it will take another half hour for it to be ready. And then it turns out your order is still there and you get treated like a dog on top of that I even thought about leaving everything there and never getting anything there again. This was the last time I ordered or got anything from this jerk of a guy

It was very good, and we've enjoyed ordering food there for a long time. However, this time I've had two bad experiences. The food was decent, but the first time I waited 2.5 hours, and now it's an hour late again. Calling is difficult; no one answers, and even if it works after several attempts, they don't provide any information. The employee suggested I leave a review... I ordered the first time around 4:30 PM and the second time around 3:30 PM.

Very friendly service, steep prices, delicious food. It's not worth making a special trip just for the food. Only worthwhile if you're already in the area. Restaurant prices are comparatively very high.

Waited 1.5 hours for the order.

I ordered a half-and-half pizza. There was supposed to be sauce on both halves, but there wasn't. So I called them and they said, "Okay, we'll make a new one and then you have to return the old pizza." Fine. After 1.5 hours, the new pizza still hadn't arrived, so I called again. Then they said, "Oh, we forgot, we'll make a new one right away." After another hour, the "new pizza" still hadn't arrived. At some point, they closed and my new pizza never arrived. So I just ate the cold pizza without sauce that was waiting to be returned. Very sad.
