Yesterday I placed an order through the website listed on Google.
I had the same menu, the same logo, and the website said delivery was available. I placed an order at 1:58 PM for 5:00 PM and received a confirmation email. The next day I never saw the food, and the restaurant was unreachable by phone. I paid via iDeal, so I can't get a refund, but it was debited from my account. I hope, by some miracle, I get my money back.
I'm not usually so quick to leave bad reviews, but this is really bad and deserves a warning if it's indeed a rogue website.
The pizza is okay, everything else is RUBBISH. Completely burnt chicken wings. I've been ordering from here for years and am told, "That's how they come out of the oven. You'd take them out sooner, wouldn't you?" Incompetent manager, that is.
Greasy soy sauce. The shawarma was way too greasy. At least, the styrofoam containers were soaking wet with grease. No salad container, and the recommended sauces were forgotten. Not recommended!!! Next time, just order Babylon again. You'll notice the difference.
Roti kip thuis laten bezorgen , de kip , kouseband was super smakelijk maar echt nog nooit meegemaakt dat je de rotipannekoek gewoon kant en klaar in winkelverpakking erbij krijgt ! Die is dus niet vers en dat is jammer ….
Placed an order and never showed up, even though the order had been accepted. Also called a few times but didn't answer. It did say online that they were open. Very unprofessional…
The ice cream is delicious, but they could do better in terms of hygiene. It's a messy place, a bit dirty, and I'm talking about the floor, windows, and where the ice is, including bird droppings on the awning. The floor is filthy everywhere. You can tell there's no clear manager keeping things tidy.
Ordered a pizza and it arrived 20 minutes late and was freezing cold. I called and was told, "It wasn't delivered by car, so it wasn't cold." Terrible service.
I've been ordering sushi here for years, but today was definitely my last time. It's never delivered on time. Even if you call to ask when you can expect your order, I still have to factor in a 45-minute wait. It's a shame, I understand it's busy, but this is always the case.
I arrived there at 4:15. It was very cold, and the staff hadn’t turned anything on yet — nothing was working. The digital display where you can place a self-service order wasn’t working either. Overall, I was dissatisfied and didn’t order anything. Good luck.
