I ordered takeout because they don't deliver in our area. When we got home, something was missing from the order. We called to see if they could bring it over, but they refused. They did refund me for the missing pizza, and I'll get it free next time, so they did try to think of a solution. Still, I'm disappointed they didn't want to deliver it. After all, it's not my fault they forgot something in the order. This leaves me with mixed feelings. The food was good, though.
I ordered a family box in two flavors. There were more than enough ribs, and together with the side dishes, it was more than enough for four people. The ribs were super tender and well-packaged, so they were still nice and hot, allowing you to easily pull the bones out. I had the classic and the BBQ ribs. The BBQ is highly recommended if you like a little more bite on your ribs. Delivery was within 50 minutes, right at 6:00 PM. Perfect timing!

Bella Italia is truly strong. The pizzas are fresh, well-topped, and perfectly baked: crispy crust, rich sauce, and a good balance of cheese. The flavor is consistent, and you can taste the care and attention they put into them.
The delivery service is the icing on the cake. Head delivery driver Moturk delivers quickly, neatly, and always hot. The order is accurate, the timing is right, and the attitude is good. That elevates the whole experience.

A good bakery that has been a fixture in the Wiken shopping center for years. They offer superior quality bread and pastries, plus excellent service. The staff is friendly and helpful.
Heard at the last delivery here at home (3-4 weeks ago) that Aphrodite itself is closing. There will probably be a different concept in terms of food. Not entirely clear yet. Very unfortunate, we have been ordering there for years and it was always fine with us.
The food is fine. I ordered €50 worth of sushi and, upon opening the bag, noticed that it didn't include soy sauce or chopsticks. I called and was told to specify in the description that I wanted it, select soy sauce separately, and then pay almost €1 per bag for it. The service was far from friendly. It's ridiculous that you don't get these two things included, especially when you order over €50 worth of food. I will NEVER order from here again.
I ordered pizzas through New York Pizza on August 30th. After an hour and a half, they still hadn't arrived, and I was supposed to get a refund. So far, I haven't received anything. Customer service is also terrible; they only keep referring customers to the franchisee. Never order through New York Pizza. I feel ripped off.
Great roti for the price! Portions are also good. Went with a friend to the store for takeout and only had to wait around 8 minutes or so. Staff were nice.
Order only if you "must"! For the umpteenth time, OR much too late (delivered around 6:32 PM, delivered at 7:05 PM (and not informed about this) AND then also incomplete (5 chicken strips instead of 3 and 0 hot wings instead of 5). This is practically standard for 'De Beer Ridderkerk': either too late and not informed about the delay, or incomplete, or a combination of the two. On top of that, it's not the most economical option. Again, order only if you "must."
