1 star, purely because zero stars is technically impossible. The business operations here are falling apart on all sides. On a regular Tuesday morning, the queue for the McDrive already stretches far out onto the road outside the premises, and inside, the chaos is complete. I had to wait well over fifteen minutes for a simple order (4x Bacon & Egg McMuffins, chicken nuggets, and fresh juice). It wasn't until the manager happened to ask if I had been served yet and I indicated I had been waiting for fifteen minutes that any action was taken at all. There is zero coordination among the staff. The packer has to constantly beg for products, and orders are simply passed on incorrectly: that same supervisor cheerfully called out the number '84' ​​in English instead of '48'. Meanwhile, a poster with KPIs hangs prominently on the wall. Free process advice for management: only start managing based on targets and dashboards once the basic operations on the shop floor are functioning.

This place must be a gold mine. Bottle of water €3.50. Bizarre. Foreign staff standing there talking in their language as if you’ve done something wrong. Not a hello. Paid for the bottle of water and ran away quickly. It didn't smell fresh either.

Worst place ever, never waste your money

I paid for the pizza delivery, but two hours later, still no pizza. So I decided to stop by. It was closed. It's bizarre, I'll never go back again. I wonder if I'll get my money back!

Delicious coffee. Usually, the staff are nice, but today a gentleman (who didn't speak Dutch very well) asked a staff member if she could explain to him how the coffee machines work. The lady kept shouting that he had to press the "Cappuccino" button. There wasn't a cup yet, nothing. I eventually helped the gentleman; he was quite shocked too. I find it very disrespectful how that gentleman was treated and think I will visit BackWerk less often. -the problem was solved, thanks! The staff are friendly now :)

After I reported by phone yesterday that our poké bowls had unfortunately been made incorrectly, we were simply allowed to pick up two new bowls today. Resolved really nicely, barakAllahu feeki! Service and customer friendliness you don't find everywhere anymore. Definitely recommended! 🍱

Bad owner who only wants to make money off the weirdest man!

After arriving and checking in at EuroParcs de Hooge Veluwe, we wanted to grab a bite to eat around 6:00 PM. Upon checking in, we were recommended the park's restaurant, Boshuis. When we entered a nearly empty restaurant (only 4 tables were occupied and there was absolutely no one sitting outside), the 'hostess' came over to ask if we had made a reservation. We hadn't, and we were asked in a not-so-friendly manner if we would be willing to do so in the future, but for now, we were 'lucky'. Even other guests who overheard this pulled a surprised face. We had a delicious meal there and the other waiters were excellent, but thanks to this 'warm welcome', we avoided this restaurant for the rest of our stay.

Lots of flavors and used to be a great shop. These days, the staff is unfriendly; they don't speak Dutch and barely any English, and they don't even shake your tea properly. They also keep the patio closed so they don't get cold themselves.

After a long bike ride, just a quick drink and a bite to eat at Boelies. Although we have lived in Hellevoetsluis for over 25 years, we have never been there. And except for this one time, it will remain that way. Reason?? See the other reviews from various people. Nothing is exceptional or a lie. I am ashamed and REFUSE to take a seat at such a terrace/dining establishment. First, they need to renovate both the building and the staff.

The food was not the best, fries are fried quickly, devoured fries, I work in a catering business myself and that is basic for a zoo 🙈🙈😬

I understand that a snack bar at a holiday park is busy and that people are not here every day, but this is very uninspired. I didn't really like the fries, saltless. Croquette was nice. Waiting time not long.

1 euro for a dirty toilet? Maybe drive 10 km south to the Total just across the border...
