Around 12:53 AM, I ordered two kapsalons, with a delivery time of 45 to 70 minutes. It was supposed to arrive within a few minutes, and after 35 minutes, it was also announced around 1:25 AM that it would be delivered soon. I then waited until 2:25 AM to finally receive my order. The food was cold. He said it was busy, but my roommate happened to have just come from your restaurant and saw that there was only one order (ours) and that it had been sitting in the oven for a very long time to stay warm because, according to the staff, that one order wasn't urgent. I find this quite absurd and have contacted them, but to no avail. They are impossible to reach. Thuisbezorgd has spoken with them, and they are unwilling to compensate in any way. NEVER ORDER AGAIN.

If it onky would be possible to put -!!! The worst pizza ever and meat is not fresh at all! We waited a lot, everything was stinky and burned! Never go or order there!

I disagree with the previous reviews. The shishas are good quality, the service is friendly, and the atmosphere is simply peaceful.

The delivery driver told the owner he had delivered, and no one answered the door. After calling the owner, I was told that if I wanted my order, I had to pay an extra €5. The owner yelled at his delivery drivers on the phone, yelling at me and other customers. The second time I delivered, the doorbell rang even though I had told the delivery driver to call me on my phone. The kapsalon was dry, had no sauce, and the meat was burnt and arrived cold. It was inedible and the most pathetic kapsalon I've ever eaten.

DO NOT ORDER HERE! I placed an order for pickup in January. Once there, the new owner informed us that they were bankrupt. There's no further information about this on the website. August update: I still haven't received my money back! Which bankruptcy trustee should I contact?

Disorganized, rude and unprofessional

Just went in to order two pizzas, and the staff was more focused on joking around than helping me. I asked about any current promotions, but they wouldn't let me know and told me the customer had to bring their own. Terrible establishment. Just picked up my pizzas on sale from the Leiderdorp branch.
