Ordered two Turkish pizzas, a doner box, and fries. The fries were still crispy! The Turkish pizza was perfectly filled, just a little cold, but no problem. Still the best pizzeria in Zoetermeer.

The food never arrived. I ordered two hours ago. Complete scam!

The plus side is that this is the place fhat closes the latest around the area and that the people were friendly. Otherwise i would say that the service is quite lackluster. We oredered shawarma to go. The price was quite high, and we also got the shawarma in pieces: per person it was one box with meat, one bread, and some salad. On top of that, we didn't even get cutlery to piece it together.

On Sunday, September 28th, around 7:06 PM, I called New York Pizza. I was helped by a young man who completely ignored my requests, didn't let me finish speaking, and was also very rude and impolite. I find this behavior unacceptable. Furthermore, the delivery didn't go smoothly. The order was delivered to the wrong door, and I was missing a Fanta. Only after I pointed this out did the delivery driver have to go back to get my Fanta. What made the situation even worse was that I asked the delivery driver who I'd spoken to on the phone. He laughed at me and refused to give me the employee's name. I find this very disrespectful and unprofessional. I understand that it can be busy, but that's no excuse for treating customers this way or for delivering an incorrect or incomplete order. I kindly but urgently request that you take appropriate action to ensure this doesn't happen again.

Waited 1.5 hours for my food, then I called them to ask how much longer it would take, only to get a cynical laugh with a "yeah we often get fake orders so we didn't make any"—end result: didn't get any food, so... rubbish place!

Pizza with no taste, mice running back and forth under the tables in the restaurant (and the kitchen is open...), lots of mistakes when ordering, grumpy chef, very expensive, little choice, almost everything with meat, ... better go somewhere else.
