Order could only be ordered in advance ignorantly, which caused things to go wrong because you did not assume this. There is no way I can get in touch. They haven't answered the phone for several days and haven't responded to emails either. I will never order from here again.
An elderly woman who was in the store with me was looking for an apple pie. There were five apple pies. Usually, you can choose which one you want. The woman wanted one that wasn't burnt (which makes sense). But the staff thought otherwise and tried to foist a burnt apple pie on her, arguing that they had to go first. Luckily, the woman refused and left the store without buying anything. I then left as well.
I saw the sandwich and fell in love with it: a Surinamese sandwich with spicy chicken fillet. It looked so beautiful and full that the chicken barely fit. But appearances were deceiving. At first bite, I saw that the sandwich was completely filled with iceberg lettuce—tasty and soggy. And the chicken on top covered that full iceberg lettuce sandwich for €5. The place is nice, but the staff doesn't make the sandwiches with love. Staff problem. It's a nice place to have one.
Great place!! I ordered from here for the first time yesterday and didn't know what to expect, but it was delicious. The food arrived very quickly and was still warm (almost hot, even). The delivery driver was friendly, nothing more to say. I had a cheese/chicken burrito with rice and salsa. At first, I thought it would be small, but I was surprised when it arrived, so it's definitely worth the price. I'll definitely be ordering from here again.
We had to wait more than an hour to be able to order at the counter!? Orders via the internet always take precedence🙈🙈🙈
Idiotic and absolutely unfriendly to customers.
Put more staff in your business and ensure that orders are processed normally and on time.
Especially if you order at the counter and take the trouble to do so.
Do you want people to order via the internet as much as possible? Then indicate this and be clear.
Our advice, avoid this business and let them know that things need to change.

On Google maps you have a link to 'place an order'.
They were constantly baking and placing bags that were then picked up.
We had to wait more than an hour before we could order. Too bad you don't respond to that at all.
A business brings all kinds of challenges with it.
I'll take the liberty of thinking along with you. If I understand correctly, you are the owner of the snack bar and of the restaurant Dining above.
It should be possible to temporarily have 1 staff member in the snack bar to handle the ice cream sales.
Staff remains a challenge, I can certainly imagine on the island. However, what should hopefully be the goal of your company is to provide service and be and remain customer friendly………

Also paid for pizza delivery, 2 hours later still no pizza. So I just went by. It was closed, bizarre never again I wonder if I will get my money back!!!!
Valkenburg is characterized by the renowned Limburg hospitality. A true breath of fresh air. A friendly chat, excellent service, or some truly useful advice. This bakery would have been better off in Amsterdam's canal district. It oozes urban arrogance.
While we were in the shop, our daughter was sitting on the bench outside. Well, she certainly knew what she was doing. A slightly older employee watched over the bench as if it were a priceless piece of medieval cultural heritage.
With a growl and a snarl, she and we were ordered to leave.
Not far away was another bakery. Luckily, here we still found the Limburg hospitality we so appreciate…
