Ordered the kapsalon with everything twice here. Both times I only received fries with shawarma. I thought I had made a mistake ordering the first time. But after clearly asking for the kapsalon with everything the second time and still not receiving it. How disappointing.

Never received the food, and I couldn't reach them by phone either. A terrible place, I won't be back.

I ordered pizzas through New York Pizza on August 30th. After an hour and a half, they still hadn't arrived, and I was supposed to get a refund. So far, I haven't received anything. Customer service is also terrible; they only keep referring customers to the franchisee. Never order through New York Pizza. I feel ripped off.

Placed an order and they never showed up on time, even though the order had been accepted. I also called several times, but no one answered. Online, it did say they were open. Very unprofessional...

Do not order!!! I got severe food poisoning because everything was pre-cut and nothing was fresh! Full of bacteria!! I sat on the toilet all night and vomited everything. PLEASE DO NOT ORDER!

I recently bought oliebollen with currants. What a dry mess, and the currants were barely visible (see photo). All the oliebollen were like that. I would definitely recommend against this stall and get your oliebollen from the stall in Snel en Polanen; they're much tastier for the same price!

It's dark. The driveway is narrow. Everything closes for the night.

Great location. The food was quick, hot, and fresh and arrived within half an hour. Calling last minute for an extra thickshake was no problem. We were greeted kindly by a friendly staff member; the atmosphere was great! Thanks!

200+ business trips, Google alias ‘Ribeye’ - tonight’s €15 prawns made me question if garlic has flavour, and the €28 Black Angus featured mysterious aromas with Arctic-cold vegetables. Staff wisely didn’t ask how everything was. Sometimes silence is golden. Consider Uber Eats tonight.

Kapsalon inedible, I literally received the bottom of the head of lettuce, not 1 but 2 (also the salad is brown/black, 3 pieces of cucumber/2 small pieces of tomato Called and their response: can't do anything at the moment, I'll write down your address.. everyone knows that isn't going to happen and I won't get any compensation for it next time because that's usually the case… waste of money never again (kapsalon chicken doner) I always order shawarma but was Not available just something different for the first time you get this nonsense nice ( really laughable this is inedible this wasted money on such a stuffy day😒😒😒😒‼️‼️‼️‼️ do not buy)

Most worthless, unfriendly people. I do not recommend anyone buy food here, or even buy a can from them. They do not want to come up with a solution for their own mistake.
