We received a lovely and warm welcome, and was able to choose where we wanted to sit. The pizzas and calabrese salad were superb. The crust was just how a pizza should be, thin and crispy. The salad was super-fresh with a lovely coating of dressing and pesto. Could not fault it. Was disappointed that I was so full, that I couldn't manage a slice of tiramisu 😢😂. Will defo be going back soon.
Extremely dirty inside. The floor and walls were covered in sauce. Months of dirt accumulated in the corners. The food was cold, and the service was unfriendly. Never again. The worst fast-food restaurant ever. And then you see in the reviews that it was the same a year ago. Unbelievable.
Evening at the Ziggo Dome.
My friend and I thought it would be a good start at McDonald's.
We waited at least an hour for the wrong order. When we went back to say we'd gotten the wrong one, it took ages to get the right one.
Everything was dirty, and the staff took ages to give us everything and weren't friendly.
The trash cans were overflowing; there wasn't enough staff for this McDonald's.
My husband ordered us two menus, they forgot his burger. Seems to be a recurring issue since basically all reviews talk about how their orders were incomplete.
However the other thing that made me so disgusted was that there were about 3 pigeons just flying and walking around in the location. That's a public health hazard for sure because they were hanging out on the beams and pooping as well. I'll never come here ever again because it's dirty. I can't imagine what the kitchen might look like. There's another KFC close by that's cleaner, we go there now.
There's currently a Whopper Wonderland event going on, so I tried to use the drive-thru to order a promotional item, but they said only one per vehicle. There were three of us, each with their own app, but I was so annoyed I just ordered one. I don't understand the tactic they're using during the event. Burger King inside the Rotterdam Alexanderplatz. And so, goodbye to Burger King~~
I wanted a small Twister, a small Coke, a small cheeseburger, and 6 chili cheese nuggets.
She said the menu was cheaper. So I said, "Yeah, well, then if it's small and cheaper."
I paid 10 euros.
And I got a king cheese menu with mayo, which I couldn't eat, not a regular cheeseburger. She had offered a king cheese menu. And 3 extra chicken nuggets that I didn't even order!
I've never had any problems with my orders here until today. Check your menu carefully! The new staff has poor communication. I had to catch the train, so unfortunately, I couldn't go back with the order. I wanted a small snack for the road and got all this extra crap that I couldn't even finish or ordered.
Over a year later now, guys, what are you doing?
I got a Whopper again, the same order I always get. Go up to them, ask why it wasn't a cheeseburger. One of them starts yapping at me that I ordered without cheese...
A cheeseburger
..... without cheese
Anyway, the bun is brought back completely flattened with a cold piece of cheese in between... so the hamburger with lettuce and all that, hahaha, an extra slice of cheese doesn't make it a cheeseburger, girl...
And no, I still don't eat mayonnaise, hahaha.
So I walk back and unfold that cold, flattened bun; this isn't a cheeseburger.
Making a huge fuss and checking my old order as if I ordered this, even though I ALWAYS order the same thing 🤣
That colleague is absolutely mad that she had to make a new bun.
I did look at what she was doing because I kind of expected her to do something gross with it, she was so defensive about the burger.
Her colleague offers me some ice cream. I say, "I don't want ice cream."
She says, "You're getting ice cream, okay? Please?"
I said, "I don't want ice cream 🤣 just like mayo, I don't eat that."
How hard is it to make a cheeseburger?
That's literally all I ask.
I ordered online and picked up my order. At the location we waited more than an hour.
When we checked our order we saw many items missing: 6 hotwings, fries and 2 drinks. The fries were dry, hard and not fresh at all. Worst KFC experience ever.
