I tried to change 1 euro with the owner at the cash register. He wanted to know why. Which is already strange. When I said for the air pump I was told that 1 euro had to be in there. I then explained how his own machine worked and therefore worked on 50 cents I was told that he was going to adjust his machine. Because air had to cost 1 euro!
I now understand the reviews about this man 😉
What a cancer restaurant this is, after waiting for 2 hours you still get nothing and you can't even contact them, I don't understand how this is still open
I waited 1.5 hours, the fries were cold, limp and disgusting, the chicken was also inedible, I wouldn't even feed it to my dog, yuck when I called about it I got extra fries with the next order, what do you think I will never order here again, crazy stuff, yuck I strongly advise against it if you want to save your tongue and your stomach
For some reason, we weren't allowed in because security had a strange feeling or a bad experience or something. It wasn't made clear: half of us were in, the other half weren't.
We came here 45 minutes before closing time. Half the restaurant was already closed up (blocked by chairs), only three most uninvited tables were available, the more cozy ones were blocked with chairs. Okay... We ordered. I asked to use the toilet - nope, "it's closed". What do you mean closed? Yeah, closed. There was a sign saying something about the toilet costing 1€ nope, closed. We ordered and paid for an ice as part of the menu. When picking up the order, there was no ice - here's a milkshake instead... We didn't want a milkshake. Food was disgusting. Drinks were disgusting. Attached are, among others, pictures of a Fuze Tea consisting of foam and a Veggie Whisky Master burger - real thing vs. what it's supposed to look like. Also, we ordered our food to eat in, but got it in a bag, without a single napkin. This extremely disgusting and infuriating experience cost us 22€.
The service guys do not know how to communicate with a customer and may judge them over their characters.
I think those (staff) people are benefiting working in the airport. How? Most of the people do not have enough time to complain over the service, and just trying to catch their flights. Therefore this bad service doesn’t get enough complain as it deserves.
A French fries should not be taking 15 min to serve.
Here is the Netherlands, and we all know how long does it take to serve!
People are ordering that kind of street food due to limited time in the airport. And yes, this is an airport fast food. Must be faster faster than anywhere else.
But unfortunately it slower slower than anywhere else, and if you complain, the service guys is judging your character, and blaming you for not being patient.
(Thanks Mr Doctor!)
Additionally, beer was not cold!
But this is peanut beside the behavior or Mr. physiologist!
So, my suggestion to owner of this business;
You must train your employees at first, and be sure that they know how to communicate with a customer!
Maybe you can have a look for some good examples around!
