We had high tea for the second time today. Unfortunately, the concept had changed. There were a number of things we didn't like. The reaction when we pointed this out was rather lukewarm, and nothing else was offered. The tea varieties weren't particularly special either: Rooibos, Earl Grey, English Blond, and Jasim green tea. This was the first time we went to eat fries at this park during our holiday. Oh my god, this takes so long... First of all, it is of course quite pricey, but oh well, that is normal at a holiday park. And once you order, they just don't get the order processed, meaning you have to wait an incredibly long time. I believe there are 2 people working, one of whom has to do everything; there is absolutely no system and they are not well prepared. You would expect a park like Center Parcs to have experience with this. On the other hand, the portions aren't big either... I recommend going to a chip shop outside the park. Faster, more, and cheaper

Unfortunately, a disappointing experience at De Smaaktuin. A small menu with fine sandwiches, soup, and snacks. This is perfectly fine and well-priced. A wide selection of sweet treats, coffee, and soft drinks. There is nothing to complain about here, except that the prices of the drinks are on the high side. The service was appallingly bad. Uninterested, impolite, and rude. If an 84-year-old man makes a comment about a sandwich containing red peppers, I expect some empathy. On the other hand, the ladies in the kitchen started complaining that they were having a tough day. Very inappropriate!

Pasta Genova has a simple and well-organized layout with various tables. Think of it as a large space where many people can eat. The food was particularly delicious, prepared with great care, and had an exquisite taste. Thanks to the open kitchen, you could see how hard both chefs were working to serve everything on time and neatly. Compliments on the combination of different flavors. However, the temperature in the restaurant was low; I heard several people talking about this. I estimate it was around 16 degrees. Hoping that a tasty meal would provide me with some warmth, I was disappointed. Despite the fact that we had a multi-course menu, it seemed as if every course had been carefully measured out for a 12-year-old. A small piece of meat, 4 baby potatoes per person, 1 piece of fried baguette per person. We sat in the restaurant for a total of 2.5 hours, during which we were asked once if we wanted something to drink before the antipasto. And yes, I had already finished that after the antipasto. Consequently, there seemed to be a severe shortage of staff. The quality of the chefs is not in proportion to the rest of the restaurant. Unfortunately.

You are literally paying for hot air here since your pizza never arrives. Drive to another stronghold if you absolutely want New York. It is a miracle to me that this trashy place is still open.

It takes ages to get your order

I ate the beefburger last Saturday. The burger was way too raw, but I was chatting pleasantly and didn't pay attention to it. A few hours later, I felt nauseous and threw up during the night. The next morning, I did it again and had zero energy throughout the day. I tried calling them on a number listed on the Villa ArenA website, but the phone is not being answered. Very poor service, because you would actually say that the 22.50 for the beefburger should be refunded. I was sick all Sunday.

They arrived way too late; the pizza had already been sitting on the counter rotting/cooling down for quite some time, we were told over the phone, but oh well, they say it's busy. So fine then, old cold pizza, right?
