De beste restaurants in Amsterdam

Expensive for what you get, and not exactly delicious. Kids loitering inside and outside all day long. The store is open whenever they want, and the opening hours are completely wrong. Just close the doors and go home...

They typically run out of food (chicken soup), even though sometimes it can be shown as available on ordering apps. Update/reply - the chicken soup has been run out for weeks, not occasionally. How difficult can it be to make a simple chicken soup.

A cozy pub, just the way a pub should be: a few tables and standing tables with chairs and stools, a bar with stools, restrooms, and nice music (soul, poku's) that's not too loud, making it easy to chat. The terrace is permanently covered. It's directly across from the M54 Reigersbos metro exit. Friendly staff and a lively crowd. One year later. We've landed there again from Limburg - and it's still an exceptionally cozy pub. The price level at 't Klokje is reasonable by metropolitan standards. PS: Someone complained here about having to pay for the restroom. It's clearly written on the door. Just have a drink, and no one will ask you to pay for it. Maintenance, paper, water, cleaning, and heating all cost money, so the request for a small contribution is justified in my opinion.

Kazik in Amsterdam is like stepping straight into Poland, everything from the vibe to the flavors is spot on. The zapiekanka is exactly how it should be: crispy, cheesy, packed with flavor, and totally nostalgic if you know the real deal. It’s comfort food done right, and honestly, probably the best zapiekanka you’ll find outside of Poland. Whether you’re Polish or just a fan of great street food, Kazik is a must-visit. Authentic, satisfying, and full of heart.

Never coming back here again. The kebab was overpriced for the quantity and quality that we got. The owner was blasting music with a huge speaker in the dining area to the point of causing ear pain and a headache and when we asked if he could lower it he only made it stronger. Awful customer service

I've been ordering chicken and pizza platters from here for years. It's always freshly prepared, delicious, and delivered hot. I order regularly, and the quality and prices are truly excellent. Highly recommended—I'll definitely keep ordering from here.

Pizzas used to be well-topped. For the past few years, it's been a SEARCH for the toppings and a SEARCH for the flavor. The toppings are minimal. What you mostly buy is a dry, oven-baked piece of dough with a tiny sprinkle of topping 🔍 Frozen pizzas for a few euros from the supermarket or for a few euros more from the refrigerated section are much tastier (more toppings, more flavor). I wonder when New York Pizza will go bankrupt. Nobody eats this these days, do they?

The food was very bad, the meat was undercooked, and their service was poor. I won't repeat this experience.
