De beste restaurants in Amsterdam

We stopped here thanks to the kindness of the waiter called Minne. I chose English breakfast for my lunch, everything was delicious. I recommend it and I am fully satisfied.

Worst organizing ever! I went to the first branch to see a note “we will serve you at the other branch” so i went there to find another note with we are closed at 4:00 PM???

Well placed near main museums this is a good indonesian restaurant inespensive but clean and well managed worth a visit

I have been coming here for over 20 years and they were better in the past. However, I still give them a 4-star rating because the food and service was simply good. I enjoyed my moksi meti, bakeljauw & telo, and roti kip speciaal. It was still good!

Don't order from here!!!! You simply don't receive your order. If you call after an hour to ask where your order is, they lie that there's a problem and that they're going to fix it. Then, an hour later, you call again, and it still hasn't arrived, and they use the same excuse again that they're going to fix it and deliver it. I waited two hours for my order for nothing. I'm hangry.

Snackbar 't Hoekje has really deteriorated over the years; the service is terrible!!! Yesterday, November 28, 2025, I walked in. Two employees were present. One near the cash register, the other at the front of the counter. He was stocking fries, took them out of the box, and threw them across the counter onto the floor. He repeated this eight times. Then he walked over to the bags he had just thrown on the floor and gave them another kick before putting them away at the bottom of the refrigerated counter. Completely bewildered, I recorded what I had just seen. To verify it, I asked if what I had observed was correct. Of course, I agreed and asked if that was normal practice. The gentleman thought it was perfectly normal. I was quite angry about this. The moral of my story is to explain how this guy handles food in front of customers. Just give a damn and do your thing. (It's about that big, rude guy who speaks broken Dutch.) I'm never going back there!

I ordered delivery for the first time due to illness. I'll never do that again. I understand it's busy, but waiting two hours for your food is unacceptable to me. It's a shame, but I don't need it anymore.

I've been ordering chicken and pizza platters from here for years. It's always freshly prepared, delicious, and delivered hot. I order regularly, and the quality and prices are truly excellent. Highly recommended—I'll definitely keep ordering from here.

Terribly poor service. The order was wrong, the food was cold, and the delivery took an incredibly long time. I was also charged a fee because my order was incorrect. When I called about it, I was given a curt reply and then simply hung up on, extremely rude. I advise everyone to avoid this place. The food was disgusting, sticky, and wet; I could have thrown it all straight in the trash. Once, but never again.

I ordered a 1+1 pizza with the special offer: 1 swaarma pizza and 1 4-cheese pizza. The 4-cheese pizza had a hair stuck between the cheese and on the pizza itself. It was seriously stuck in there, so we calmly called and explained the situation. Still haven't heard anything about the pizza. He said something like that can't happen because we bake it in the oven, so sorry, a pizza in the hair and sauce?!? The answer was very aggressive, as if this was all made up out of thin air. I always order here, and now they're treating you like you were in the wrong. Truly disappointing, don't order from here.
