I was at your location for dinner on the 11th of December, and the employee who cooked my burger has provided amazing customer service. My bun was almost imperceptibly burnt and he was the one pointing it out, asking if I wanted another one, I gently refused as there was no problem with it.
Just wanted to highlight that this has never happened to me in fancy/expensive restaurants and BurgerBar is winning the game.
It's very cold inside because of the automatic sliding doors. There are bar stools, but it's really not comfortable. My container was only 60% full, the farfalle wasn't cooked, and I had to pay extra for cheese. Pretty sad for an international station. It's only because there's nothing better about the station that I still come here.
Delicious Chinese food, a lovely restaurant in a nice neighborhood, easily accessible by tram. The food is delicious and fresh, with large portions. We had the lemon chicken and the Szekhan beef, which were tender and delicious. The lemon chicken is also very tasty, but the mini spring rolls aren't great.
Ordered food at this restaurant and no food had arrived after an hour. Went to ask and was told rudely to go back and it was coming. 30 minutes later, received cold sweet potato fries which I had to send back. Shitty service. This is where to come for bad customer service! I understand being overwhelmed but being rude on top of that? By the way, hour and half after ordering they come to tell us some of the items we ordered isn't available.
Very nice fusion food, small portions. The ataff is friendly but young and inexperienced. The setting is a bit forced hip, but cute enough. Try to get a spot by the canal window.

The staff is incredibly arrogant. Such a shame. I once wasn't helped when it was my turn because I was wearing earplugs. "Customers who call won't be served here," a somewhat older woman yelled. Excuse me? I wasn't even on the phone. I also once asked for two separate containers because I'd ordered quite a lot and wanted them wrapped separately to avoid crushing. "No, we always do it this way!" Terrible customer service! Please fix it!
The food was very tasty and fresh. We were surprised by the owner, who actually got us in from the entrance in Polish. 😃 He was a very nice man who treated us to hot "bread" at the house's expense. We highly recommend it!
Today ordered a delicious wok, quickly delivered by the delivery guy with scooter. Next time you will definitely get a tip from me, thank you very much.
Absolutely the most selfish takeout restaurant I've ever been to, in every way. They don't even bother to remind you that your order is ready, they help all the customers after you first, and then they simply let your food get cold without a single conscience. They're a bunch of sociopaths working there and they add absolutely nothing to our world. Isn't that what you do in the hospitality industry?
They don't care about the customers, will probably laugh in your face, and don't care about quality, their name, or their reputation.
I'm from Bims, and even there, I've never encountered such lazy, meaningless people as you guys, and that includes the gate and the heron forest.
