Pistols are supposed to be fresh and crispy, but if you get them here, they're old and tough even before noon (!!). How hard can it be?

Everything is sticky and too dirty to touch with tongs. The owner is rude and incredibly unfriendly. The toilet has been broken for 10 years, and most of the menu items are missing. In short: NOT DOABLE!

A charming, quirky bar where time seems to have stood still, unique in the Damstraatjes! Usually only open on Friday and Saturday evenings. Cash payment is accepted, no debit or credit cards. Limited staff, so often closed due to holidays or illness.

I think they mixed up the dog food with my order. I ordered a chicken burger, and what did I get? Pita with sandpaper and chicken in it, no sauce. I ordered a spicy chicken pizza, and it was limp and swimming in oil. The chicken tasted like nothing. The only thing hot now is my backside.

I am reading a lot of reviews about bad service. We go here every now and then for lunch (no reservation). We sit down in the Lounge area and enjoy a prosecco with free nuts :) Then we are invited to our table and have a beautiful lunch served by nice people in a great environment. Yes it is expensive but you are not in Mc Donalds :)

I had a great meal here; they serve good portions and are affordable! Unfortunately, you have to eat in the communal area of ​​the food court, which is always very crowded and noisy.

This place is boring and too dark. Despite the waiter is nice, the food is frozen and I found a hair in my lasagna... Disgusting! The price is reasonable for the food standard. I would not recommend this restaurant. There are plenty of options in Amsterdam!

The waiter was excellent, kind, smiling, and welcoming. We enjoyed a delicious cappuccino break, the place was clean, and we were able to charge our phones and use the restrooms. A friendly atmosphere :-)

The sandwiches are really good and they also change the selection quiet often. The staff is communicative and friendly.

Minus 5 stars for this garbage of a place. I got food poisoning after their shitty kebab and spent the whole night hugging the toilet

There was plenty of bread, but it would be nice if there was a bit more variety, perhaps some savoury or sweet options too.

They served us RAW CHICKEN in the dumplings. I’ve been living my worst days since, wondering if I’m about to get seriously sick.
