A super nice baker who makes a delicious birthday cake here

What a wonderful experience, from start to finish, with each bite perfectly balanced in terms of flavor and texture, but also for their originality. The "Roots to Leaves" concept they offer allows you to discover a host of local foods and absolutely showcase them. With outstanding service, you feel like you're staying with family. I recommend it 1000%!

I'd planned to eat here a while ago; what a shame we hadn't been here sooner! Pleasant atmosphere, great acoustics, lovely wine pairings, delicious food (beautifully presented meat, al dente vegetables, and a homemade cheesecake ❤️), plenty of time at the table, and a view of the kitchen—we felt at home and pampered!

Best doner shop in Rotterdam. Possibly ranking very high on a world-wide level as well. Crazy taste and the staff are crazy efficient while having a very friendly attitude. Incredibly consistent!

We hadden zin in Thais en kwamen hier terecht. Reserveren kan niet, maar ondanks de beperkte afmeting was er plek voor 2. Kleine kaart, fijne bediening. Ik kan niet anders zeggen dan dat wij heerlijk gegeten hebben! Misschien wel de beste curry ever…..

Very friendly place, nice village cafe

I walked in once last year with my partner and now we are there at least once a week. Wonderful atmosphere, music is at a perfect volume so that you can still hear each other well. Staff is very friendly and take the time for you (if it is not too busy of course.)

The restaurant is located close to the water. It has a big garden with terrace and a private parking. The service was definitely 5 stars; kind and making a connection. The sommelier had some great stories and the chefs also came to the table to serve dishes. We loved 5 of the 6 courses, especially the sauces were really high on taste and we really enjoyed it! The one dish we found lagging a bit was the cheese platter. The goat cheese was really dry and the fig bread was also a bit dry. There was no compote or something to make it less dry. Second cheese was a bit blend and the blue cheese missed the “punch” in my opinion. Also one of the two wine pairings was not to my preferred tasting (I know, that’s personal). I found it to be a bit “petrol” tasting. All in all the experience was five stars, five out of six dishes were five stars and most of the wines were five stars as well. Why a four star total? Because at this price point and the Michelin star I was hoping for everything to fall into place. We spend about € 185 per person. This asks for everything to be excellent in my opinion. But; we will surely return because you do get a great evening with very good food!

Before the menu change, it was a great place with delicious salmon toasts and a good Scandinavian breakfast. After the menu change, only one dish with salmon remained, and it wasn’t particularly edible. The potato base was just a fried crouton — bread would have been a much better choice. Please return Scandinavian breakfast... Also Rempah latte was too sweet, however there is no sweet ingredients in the description
